Other than above ...good stay....your people were very nice....complaints are directed to the owners

Your “ included “breakfast was good ....it was hot , plentiful decent selection and the lady did a nice job maintaining all

1- being told that the first floor rooms were usually saved for people with pets.....2- being told that there was 100$ refundable charge for? Room damage I guess....my wife and I are 75 we brought no pets what in Gods name do you suppose we would do that you couldn’t take a chance on us that we would damage anything that you’d have to charge 100 $ more on my card?...just another “ thing “ I will have to check on for awhile to be and sure you removed the 100$ charge....you see ,I don’t know you or necessarily trust you either....and the email a couple days before our stay informing us and warning us that covid protocols were in place and we would be required to be “ masked “ up while in your hotel....perhaps you need to update and check what your sending out to your customers a little more....

We generally choose Tru by Hilton hotels but, for the price, would prefer a better breakfast.

The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable The hotel is definitely near the airport but we did not hear planes until about 5:30 a.m.

For the price, the breakfast was just so-so. I made the reservation four months in advance & requested a specific floor. The hotel did not fulfill my request which was a bit disappointing. They said it was because they were fully booked.

Good room for price.

Close to food places and most important coffee. Staff was friendly.

I read a review prior to the stay and i laughed because they complained about the bed frames sticking out. Little did i know i would become a bed frame victim, they stick out so much i hit my knee so hard it tore my pants and made my knee bleed. Breakfast was just ok. The worst part was parking. The hotel was booked solid and there was zero spots. I had to park along the side of the sidewalk and hope it didnt get hit by morning.

Pet friendly, staff was very accommodating, clean facility, easy access to parking and pet area. Breakfast was good as well just wish the coffee cups were bigger lol

Loved this hotel!

This hotel chain is absolutely fabulous with wonderful amenities! The value is unbeatable. I really enjoy the free breakfast and the supply of water is a major plus. LOVE this chain and I will stay anytime I have an opportunity!

The staff was not friendly at all! There were only two friendly staff members out of the five that I encountered. If they had better staff this hotel would’ve got a 10 out of 10 for sure.

Overall great!

The decor was great. Real clean and nice. They did end up having a pool even thought their site and on here says it doesn’t.

Not all the staff knows how much the deposit is. I was lucky to get a gentleman who let me still stay even though I was told the deposit was $50 total for a weekend. It’s actually $50 a night. The breakfast can be a bit better, and also the restaurant and bar does not exist at this location.

Great Stay

I loved that the screen had my name on it. It made me feel special. That they were intentional about my visit.

For some reason, the AC unit will automatically switch to heat. Had to wake up a few times during the night to adjust the thermostat.

Very welcoming environment

All the staff was amazing. Was greeted with very polite employees and they all went out of their way to say hello. The room was very clean, breakfast was very good.

Desk attendant at check in was awesome. Room was clean.

Breakfast service was fine, but there were no forks available. My daughter expected waffles, but slower to cook pancakes weren't large enough portions to satisfy. Would've liked ice machine on room floor.

Not a pleasant stay!!

Morning staff was rude, more concerned with their phones and gossiping with each other. One day the breakfast person refused to put out extra breakfast even though there was plenty of time left to replenish things. There were lots of softball girls that needed to eat but she didn’t care.

How clean the rooms and whole facility was. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay again for business and pleasure! Great customer service which is very hard to find these days! Great 9 star hotel!

It was very pleasant.

The breakfast was good, nice variety. The room was clean, plenty of towels. I like your soap, lotion and shampoo bottles. So much better than the small bottles offered at other hotels.
