It was a great house for our family reunion. The house was spacious where we could spread out and enjoy different activities. It’s close to the attractions in the area. They were very quick to respond to questions. We would return for another vacation.

House was large and open! Our group of 13 had more than enough room. We loved the large dining room table and multiple areas to hang out. The hot tub was great. Kitchen was one of the most fully stocked rentals I've seen. Made for a great home base for vacation with great access to trails, mountains, breweries and restaurants and other activities.

Everything was a good fit for our ski trip, close to several ski resorts. The house has a great layout and very functional. We had a big group of skiers stay here, and it was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out.
The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The two car garage and large driveway allows for parking as many as eight cars.
We would like to stay here again next year!

We came out from Vermont for an alpine ski camp with 11 athletes and 3 coaches. The house had everything needed. Heated garage was a nice aspect of the house. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting summit county!

We recently got married in Dillon, Colorado with our closest friends and family. This house was perfect for our friends to stay in with us and our bridal parties to get ready in. The girls got ready upstairs, while the guys got ready downstairs. Everything was absolutely perfect about this home and the teens absolutely loved the hot tub! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful
Wonderful place to stay. Coffee pot was broken when we arrived. Called and had a new one the next morning. They also shoveled 8" of snow off the deck the very next morning after it snowed! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this house!

Huge, Centrally Located, Awesome communication!
Our group of 12-14 peeps of all age's travels to Colorado for our annual ski trip. Huge house, lots of bedrooms/bathrooms, hot tub and location are the key focuses. This place did not disappoint! We used the hot tub so much the water needed refilling halfway through our trip and Jaimie was there within 30mins topping it off. Very responsive, clean, easy to get to. Highly recommend!

We stayed two nights in early October for our group of 14 people. Everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan of dining and living rooms. Everything looks new. I loved the kitchen design. We highly recommend this property.

Great spot tucked away
We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean, everything worked (except the hot tub we didn't know entirely how to use and was a bit over chlorinated), it was easy to get to, we were far enough away from the neighbors, and we enjoyed our weekend in the woods. The house is fairly close to some solid hiking and a golf course. Cheers!

Just perfection for large family vacation.
We stayed at this property for 8 nights in Aug 2021. There was nothing lacking with this property, location, or owner communication. We were a family of 8 adults (with 4 cars) and one 4 yr old. The house gave a very initial good impression in that it was simply decorated, modern, no clutter, clean, and bed/bath linens were very high quality, all of which we appreciated. After settling in, we fell in love with the incredibly spacious layout. It was easy to be together, or escape to some privacy. We really liked having the large kitchen island with seats, as well as the long family-style table at which to gather (or work a jigsaw puzzle and play games). I personally liked that each bedroom did NOT have a TV - the one in the family room was large and had great access to all viewing options. It was more than enough and kept the rooms that much simpler.... The location was great - we saw a lot of wildlife (deer, fox, birds, etc.) on our evening walks, and the view up the mountain in front of us was lovely. The entry/exit system (no keys) was simple and easy for a large group. The patio/deck, outdoor dining table, and hot tub were put to good use. Throughout the house, the thoughtful, smart touches such as hot tub towels (of a different design than bath towels, so they could be separated easily) in baskets near the patio door, stacks plain white dishware and more than enough heavy duty flatware and glasses - all matching (THANK YOU!), large laundry room with supplies, extra pillows/blankets in each bedroom closet, good lighting, great bath fixtures, and no "rough mountain cabin" dark heavy wood decor so prominent in most CO rentals, were appreciated and welcomed!! Overall, the open, clean, uncluttered, and modern feel to the house, along with the dishes, linens and furniture not being a hodge-podge collection, made this place a big winner. We have rented many properties in CO for years, and this one was the best experience in every way. We will be back.

A+
Hosts were very responsive. The pictures don’t do this properly justice. The whole house is updated and new. They designed this house with groups in mind. My group went in the summer, but it’s the perfect distance to Breckinridge for ski season. I would rent and recommend this property again and again.

Spacious and open!
This property was an excellent location for our corporate retreat. It had all the beds we needed (14 of us total) with plenty of space for both an upper and lower level "classroom" area. Nice kitchen features (high quality pots, pans). Definitely could use some additional serving bowls, trays. Overall, an incredible stay.

Outstanding property
Beautiful, updated property in a great location. It has two king size master suites and another king bedroom which is a huge plus. Way bigger than the photos make it seem. Nice, secure neighborhood and was great to be able to walk on some nice trails and walks with great views. The hot tub was nice and clean. There were more amenities than I was expecting such as basic spices, etc. Did correspond with the property manager several times before I booked and several times during our stay and they always replied very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in a gorgeous neighborhood
We had a great experience, the house was really clean and had more than enough dish ware and towels to accommodate our family of 8 + 3 kiddos. Gorgeous quiet neighborhood in a great location. We had a couple of questions for the property managers who responded right away. The house was bigger than it even looked in photos. The basement has an additional living room space which was awesome and we had fun playing pool and soaking in the hot tub after the kids went to bed. Would definitely book again!
