5 Stars. Good value, Clean, Comfortable and Quiet.

I definitely loved the bathroom it had a shelf to store your personal hygiene stuff and the shower was really nice. Furthermore, there were a lot of restaurants within a quarter mile of the property.

Its hard getting to the hotel during traffic hours and it didn’t have traditional complementary breakfast i.e sausage, eggs and bacon.

It appears that the employees are not performing their duties to the best of their abilities nor is there adequate overs

It’s close to shops and restaurants and is pet friendly.

The doggie waste station was overflowing and out of bags. Sadly, that was the case on my last stay at the property too. The breakfast area was neglected. Minimal fruit, yogurt and milk choices. Sadly, it was just not up to par. It had been better on previous stays. The front desk clerk at check in was unfriendly. That had not been my experience on previous visits.

Friendly staff; clean place

Only thing I didn’t like was the heater was very loud like an 18 wheeler on the highway; other thing was the tub was not straight installed, shampoo bottles would slide.

We had a wonderful time. It was affordable, up to date, and clean.

I really liked the view from the room. The window seat was so cozy. The fridge and microwave were great amenities. Everything was clean and up to date. The breakfast set up was "germ free", with options, clean, and replenished timely. The room was really comfortable and the hotel was decorated so nice for the holidays. The front desk staff and the cafe attendant were professional, kind, and helpful. The area was great in order to walk to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Great staycation location!

We enjoyed everything. We had no complaints because everything was wonderful. We will be back.

I would definitely stay here again for a staycation.

The staff, the facilities and the location were perfect for what we needed.

I would have liked to have had more of a selection at breakfast. Possibly some how make your own omelets or waffle stations. Decaf coffee available.

I would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and inviting decor. I slept in the double queen room and it was super clean, roomy and accommodating for a family of 6. The window had a huge bay window with seating so you could sit with your coffee and look out the window. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I have no complaints about this hotel. The price point was great as well.

The breakfast selection can be more robust. But it was ok with the basics. Maybe include a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs. The bagels and cereal had great options. Most places don’t have decaf coffee, this hotel had decaf coffee which was nice to see.

Worst night ever

The Queen beds were comfortable. The room too except the walls so thin that we can understand the TV of the neighbor...

The breakfast was only processed food, nothing warm, nothing fresh ! We spent here the most horrible night ever, rude neighbors watched their TV the entire night !!!Impossible to sleep between the slammed doors and the noise. I deeply regret to have come in this hotel.

It was a lovely mini vacation close to everything.

The property inside and out was very clean and the employees were always smiling and friendly. The room was very clean, beds so comfortable and even the pillows were awesome!

Nothing really but if I had to pick something I would say the getting in and out of the parking lot. Didn’t take long to figure out but a little confusing. However if using the gps it gets you right in there.

Clean comfortable room and facilities. Very good location as it is located next to Waugh Chapel Town Center with lots of places to dine and a Regal Cinema . Near Target and next to Wegman's groceries. But don't limit your dining options in the town center, there's plenty more within 5 miles. Also situated between Baltimore Airport and Annapolis. Very good value for the money compare to the hotels on Riva road.. I highly recommend this hotel If you are in town to visit your Midshipmen at USNA, and don't mind driving an extra 8 miles. I also recommend Akira Ramen, Nando's Peri-Peri chicken, Hibachi Bento and an authentic Mexican resto El Cabrito. All very good value for your hard earned money.

Nice hotel located next to busy shopping center.

Skipped the breakfast so can't rate for that, but the hotel was perfect for our needs (short overnight stay). Parking was great, plenty of room. Staff was super friendly. Our 2-queen bed's room was clean and comfortably sized for our needs. Loved the cozy-looking window seat with the cushions. Bonus for location -- you can walk to Wegmans and all the other shopping, movies, fitness centers in the same area. Be vigilant when navigating around the shopping center, it's super busy.

The ceiling in our room could have used some touching up; there were several discoloration stains that were a bit off-putting to look at (is it a water leak or just mismatched paint?). The room's coffee maker is in an awkward spot and I didn't want to fumble around with the power cord to move it, so I skipped that. AC was a bit loud, but ok if you need noise to drown out snoring, lol!

The room was very large with one bed. There were only two desk chairs in the room and no other seating . The door in the bathroom had no hooks (they had been taken off) which was not helpful for my use. Two items which should be addressed

I was called an hour before checking after being on the road for 12 hours to find out they would be canceling my reservation because they were over booked when I booked the room days in advance.
