We had a great week. The only hitch was check-in was 45 minutes delayed for cleaning after driving through the night and we were so exhausted. It was worth it for an exceptionally clean condo!

This condo was perfect for our family! Being on the top floor and on the end was very helpful, we weren’t disturbed by other visitors. The elevator is near the unit which is convenient. The pools are big and clean with plenty of chairs. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Check-in was seamless. Received an email weeks in advance with the door code(s) to use during our stay, and everything else we may want or need - other suggestions & vacation tips, places to eat, grocery delivery, etc. Property had beach sand toys, volleyball set, wake boards, pool floats on site - in addition to the included beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). We used the beach service both days that weather cooperated during our stay + and our son loved building castles with the sand toys. It was wonderful to have the other options provided for use, if we wanted. Its those small things that make the difference sometimes! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean and with all kitchen items you could possibly need. The condo is within walking distance of a convenience store, and a café in the Wyndham Garden hotel next door, but other restaurants or stores you do need a car service (rental, Uber, etc) to get to, or do delivery. We used Uber with no issues to and from the condo multiple times. We went to dinner at the Okaloosa Boardwalk & walked the pier ($2/person). We also went to Destin Harborwalk (about 10 min drive) on an overcast/rainy day, and did the Buccaneer Pirate Cruise with our 4 year old son, which was a highlight of his trip for sure!

This was our third trip to Okaloosa Island. I must say this was the BEST condo property so far. Love the location. Love the parking garage. The pools were exceptionally clean. Beach service was fantastic. The condo itself was fantastic. I would have liked to have seen a better finish on the kitchen table, the painted finish was sticky from humidity and would have liked a little more comfortable chairs but they worked fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed another week or two. The gem of this condo is the balcony and windows!!! Aaaa-mazing. Highly recommended.

Condo is very spacious and the balcony view is spectacular. Sofa and loveseat upgrade and cushions for metal chairs in dining and hard plastic on balcony would improve comfort level. Kitchen is well stocked but more basic starter supplies based on length of stay would be appreciated. Beach chairs and towels should be provided with stay. Great location with good restaurants nearby.

Nice property! We loved the location, top floor, corner unit. Very quiet and close to elevator! Beds were very comfortable, view from balcony was beautiful! If you plan to use the “included” 2 beach chairs and umbrella, you have to get down there quick as they are all spoken for pretty much as soon as they are put up, glad we had taken our own. Overall, great stay!

Watching the sunrise over the water from the balcony is breathtaking… what a lovely way to begin the day! The heated pool was wonderful for a morning swim. Walking along the beach and discovering new places to explore like parks on the Sound and the Bay and the Women's Veteran Memorial Park were invigorating and interesting. Many good restaurants are close by like Stewby's, Angler's and Ali's Bistro. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware needed to make meals. The grounds are well tended and the staff is friendly. Coastal Vibes was knowledgeable about the area as well as attentive. It was great to reconnect with family and make new friends not to mention ending the day with a wonderful sunset.

Corner unit with an amazing view. Condo was very spacious! We had 8 people and never felt on top of each other. Condo was clean and had starter supplies. Contact with the owners was hassle free. Check in/out was easy and they even notified me that we were able to check in early! Will definitely re book

This condo at Waters Edge (603) was amazing. The view was amazing. The location was great. The resort was very well kept and the staff there was so nice. We did have to reset the wifi modem a few times which was a little annoying. I would definitely like to come back to stay again!

The condo and the property was very clean. The views were out of this world. The pools were spotless. Close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We had perfect weather and saw sea turtles, sting rays, dolphins and even swam with moon jellyfish. We had a great time! Thank you! We will be back.

This unit was absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing We saw dolphins almost everyday. There were two big pools one heated and one not with several lounge chairs. Unit had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful. Highly recommend this Penthouse unit. We had 6 people but can fit 8. Thank you

We had a very relaxing stay over Spring Break! The area was quiet, and the beach and pool weren’t crowded. The views from the condo are amazing! My only complaint is the firmness of the beds…I know some people may like that, but it was too firm for us. Overall, the condo is nice and decorated very nicely. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again!

I loved this property so much! The location was stellar and the beach is stunning! My only complaint was the master shower. There was mold growing around the base and up the seam in the shower. It was pretty gross, but everything else was clean.

Likely one of the best and most spacious condos we have stayed at in the last 15 years. Very clean! Very comfortable beds. The LR has10' ceilings with glass from floor to ceiling revealing magnificent views! Well stocked kitchen ( as petty as it sounds, maybe update the glassware a bit?). Host was extremely responsive. The Router then the Keurig went out but they were both replaced within minutes. Would stay again, and again, and again....

Our family loved this roomy, comfortable condo with a beautiful balcony that offered a wide, stunning view. It seemed even more spacious than shown in photos. It had everything you could need, plus extra amenities we didn't expect. The high ceilings made a difference. We felt like we were living in the lap of luxury :). The property and pool area are also very well maintained.

Unfortunately the pictures make the condo look nicer than it really is. When we got there and started checking things out, we noticed mold in the master shower, soap scum in the master tub, mold in the washing machine drum, sheet rock dust on the bathroom floor where they did a repair after the cleaning crew came, and we did not get all of the supplies that were promised. We got 1/2 of the toilet paper and paper towels, 2 trash bags instead of 5, but I did ask for more and someone brought them right away. I think the condo needs to be cleaned better after each group rents or at least deep clean it once a month and do an update on paint and other things.

We’ve stayed at Water’s Edge for the last few years. We rented the 6th floor condo this year which is ok if you don’t mind waiting for the elevator. The condo was clean, had lots of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. For some reason there weren’t any extra blankets. The king bed was very comfortable but there were complaints about the twin beds being uncomfortable. The balcony was spacious and had very nice furniture. The owner was very easy to deal with. The only real complaint was the condition of the beach. There was old seaweed all over the beach that dried harder as the days went by hurting your feet to walk on. I don’t believe I’ve ever been to okaloosa island where they didn’t grate the beach, but I was there a week and it wasn’t grated one time. This would not stop me from going back though. You won’t be sorry if you rent this condo. We hated that we had to go home.
