About this apartment rental
A325 is an adorably renovated double-suite condo with separate bunk area. It is located in Waterscapes A building on the 3rd floor, close to the parking garage. The patio faces East (an outside facing unit) where you'll get to view every brilliant sunrise over the island. Just an elevator ride down to the resort style pools and exclusive Waterscape beach!
IS THERE AN OCEAN VIEW?
A325 features a partial ocean view. You can see the ocean between the Waterscape building and the next door hotel. from the patio, you can see limited views of the ocean and bay that is on the other side of the island as well. Inside, the largest master will have a limited view of the ocean. In all other areas of the condo, your view is mostly a birds eye view of the parking lot next door. Most guests that book consider it a worthy trade off for the quieter patio and lower nightly rate so they can enjoy more fun excursions while on vacation!

Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island. The Condotel is conveniently placed directly on Waterscapes private in Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our king sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality black out curtains allow for the darkest, coziest napping environment so you or your little ones can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!
The adorably decorated separate bunk house located right off of the dining area is the kids ulitmate getaway. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby to where you'll be lounging after bedtime.

Loved the smoothness of the check-in and check-out process. Appreciated the fact that we weren't left with a bunch of check-out/cleaning tasks with the risk of being fined if not complete.

We absolutely loved this property. It was conveniently located since we were there for a dance competition! We enjoy this area every year and will book this place again for next year.

Check in process was very easy. Condo was great, only issue is living room TV has a blue tint but we really didn’t use it much. It’s a large facility and we were there during fall break so the beach was more crowded than I’m used to during the summer months. My daughter enjoyed the pool areas even with the colder water temps of October. Ocean still felt great though. Condo is fairly quiet at night. Very nice to have a pack ‘n’ play, beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys already there so didn’t have to pack that. Enclosed parking garage made loading/unloading in the rain easy and was able to park very close to the room. Hosts are very quick to respond to any messages.

Our 4 night stay at this location was one of the best experiences we've ever had! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The beds were comfy, the kitchen and appliances were greatly appreciated and there was plenty of space to spread out! We felt right at home here! Check in/out was super easy, and any host communications were quickly addressed! We will definitely plan to stay again!

This place is GREAT! We had excellent communication with the hosts before, during & after the visit. Zero issues. Very clean & plenty of toys/games for kids. The beach cart + toys was a huge bonus & we will definitely be back! This resort was amazing for our kids age 9 months to 8 & the adults had a great time as well! A few minutes away from the boardwalk which had great restaurants & only a 10-15 min drive to destin with traffic. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Thank you for letting us stay :)

Everything was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like about the property itself was the smoking allowed in the parking deck and out by the pool. Several times we had to leave the pool because the smell was horrible & we have children whom we do not want around cigarettes or marijuana.

This unit is perfect for my family!!!! My kids love the bunk nook!!! They loved the curtains that they could pull back to make it like a “fort”. We come to FWB every June and September and now we hope to stay at this unit every time!!!!

We’ve stayed at this property about 6 times since it 1st open. Love the layout, nice to have indoor parking. Plenty of restaurants in the area. On the beach. Only draw back this year I wasn’t able to get ocean view, always enjoy my morning coffee looking out at the ocean. Sent lots of pictures to Facebook everyday

My husband, son and I have been coming to FWB for about 5 years now and love it. We didn’t need this large of a condo but at this price, we couldn’t pass it up! First, the pictures do not even do the condo itself justice. This is by far the cleanest condo we’ve stayed in! It’s simply beautiful and tastefully decorated. Kendra and Chris were absolutely AMAZING hosts…I have NEVER had hosts that were so thorough and communicated like they did. The pride they have for their property shows and you can tell that they care about their renters enjoying their stay. To me, that says a lot! The pools are great, my son loved them. The beach is just amazing. There isn’t a view but since we’ve been here several times, we know what’s out there! Everything that is mentioned in the listing is provided in the condo. The welcome binder was very thoughtful and we chose a restaurant or two that we’ve never been to from there! We felt very “at home” here…my 10 year old didn’t want to leave! That’s a first! Usually by day 5 he’s ready to go home! I could go on and on…we were just very happy with our stay and would most definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to this area looking for a spacious condo for their family. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our party consisted of four adults and two young children. The lay out was perfect and I highly recommend. The host, Kendra, is great - very friendly, communicative, and helpful! The only note I would make to future renters is that this is not the place to stay if you need to work remotely. The host does note that the WiFi is not great due to being on an island and that is very true. If you can truly get away and not have to get work done, this is a great place to do it. If you need to work remotely, this is not the place for you! Next time, I will look forward to truly getting away. We will definitely be back.

There was a small hiccup with our check in, but Kendra fixed the problem immediately. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The resort had everything we could ask for for our 3 children (13 months-12). We are already planning to go back.

For the most part, everything was great. The one thing that I would mention to any potential renters is that while WaterScape (the building) sits on the ocean, this condo does not have any view of the ocean or pool. The balcony looks over a parking lot of the hotel next door. So if you are wanting a view of the ocean or pool, this isn’t ideal, but if you are just wanting easy access to the beach, I would definitely rent it!

Condo was in a great resort with lots of amenities, especially for those with a handicap. Beach access is excellent. Condo was in need of some maintenance but was clean overall. The living room TV had some sort of serious screen damage and both bedroom’s TV no longer worked with Hulu or Netflix. Baseboards need painted and we fixed toilet seats that were broken and light bulbs that needed changed. Also had to fix a shower head. We ended up possibly needing another bracelet for the pool and reached out to the host. We also explained the issue with the TV but nothing was done and she still wanted to charge us for the bracelet. Luckily we didn’t end up needing to use extra bracelet but just the idea behind it. We also bought batteries and replaced all batteries in remotes! No big deal, but still annoying after the issues we had and the things we fixed for the host.

Lovely Vacation
The stay was absolutely lovely! It was our first visit to Fort Walton, and it did not disappoint. Kendra was fantastic throughout the whole process, her communication is stellar. There is so much to do in the area, and SO many delicious places to eat! AJ’s across the street was a favorite, along with Floyd’s and The Shack. The condo was very nice, and our 7 year old adored the bunk area. We had a great time, and would definitely return!

The beach was great and easily accessed, they had a beach cart available with lots of beach toys and chairs. When the ocean was too “dirty” we hung at the amazing pool! Lots of pool chairs and tables available. Probably one of cleanest hotel pools I’ve ever been to.
The condo is in a perfect location for food and entertainment. We enjoyed AJs, Crab Trap and Old Bay Steamer, all within walking distance. Crab Trap was our favorite! We enjoyed the live music at AJs. We had ice cream right down the street and enjoyed the putt putt course. (Also within walking distance).
We were in town for a softball tournament. So we had lots of kids with our group and we all felt safe letting them walk around our resort in partners. Wristbands can be a pain but they made us feel safer!
You won’t be disappointed in this condo, I promise!!

Fun and relaxing trip
The condo had everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The beach chairs and toys made everything easy. The pool was great and a nice quiet, cool condo to come back to and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was spacious, clean, and had great beds! The owner's directions were excellent and her tips helped us enjoy the property even more during our visit. The only negatives were the seaweed in the water (June grass!) and the parking lot view off the balcony. Other than that, we really enjoyed Waterscapes A325!

Not the resort feel I was hoping for
The location itself is close to beach, which was great, but the water was filled with debris and seaweed the entire stay. My kids all got rashes and it was so bad that no one wanted to get in the ocean. Luckily there were pools, however, when we were there a massive church group of 1100 teenagers all stayed there and made the resort feel like a packed concert with standing room only in the pools, lazy River (no room but to stand) and uncomfortably smashed together while on the pool deck. We thought we would have a more family friendly environment but this was WAY over booked and we ended up leaving early due to everyone being frustrated about the resort. The pool was so over crowded that every 30 minutes if you had not been by your stuff, the pool attendants would take it because everything was so cluttered everywhere. Also had to have cleaning ladies switch out sheets and comforter upon arrival because there was hair, Cheetoh stains and food crumbs in both beds. Owner was nice and professional. Location of condo is in a lower end area and sirens went off at least 10 times a day/night. Sheriff office is literally in parking lot across condo. We saw two people get arrested in parking lot while we were there. We will be going with a different resort for our family of younger kids and grandparents next time.

This unit is hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at while on vacation. Everything was so CLEAN and Kendra was amazing at letting us know what we would need to do prior to arrival and so forth. The bunk beds were the kids favorite place to play and tell stories. The beds slept so good and the hot showers were my favorite! This unit had everything that we would need and if not Kendra let’s you know what you may want to consider bringing. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we can’t wait until our next trip already. Thanks Kendra for making things easy for this momma :)

This unit is hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at while on vacation. Everything was so CLEAN and Kendra was amazing at letting us know what we would need to do prior to arrival and so forth. The bunk beds were the kids favorite place to play and tell stories. The beds slept so good and the hot showers were my favorite! This unit had everything that we would need and if not Kendra let’s you know what you may want to consider bringing. I would recommend this unit to anyone and we can’t wait until our next trip already. Thanks Kendra for making things easy for this momma :)

Top notch
Waterscape is the place to be with the family. Plenty to do for the kids and adults. Walking distance to gift shops and restaurants. Our renters were extremely helpful and contacted us at the beginning and at the end of our stay to check and make sure we had everything we needed. We WILL be back!

Fun family vacation!
We had a blast staying here! The owner was super helpful and communicated well. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds and furniture was very comfortable. This unit has everything you need to have a family fun beach vacation. Great location very close to everything you could want to do. Very short walk to the beach. The pools are so much fun and there’s so much to do at the resort there’s no reason to leave. Short walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. We had a great stay!
