We had a wonderful stay at Five Point Cottage. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to the lake and into town and out to wineries... The house was in a very convenient location. It was a perfect little getaway.

We had a very enjoyable stay - not walking distance to anything so be sure to have a vehicle. But everything you need is a short drive. The lake walk was beautiful with the dog. Thank you so much!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house and neighborhood were perfect. We felt right at home. We walked to lake several times and saw a beautiful sunset. Easy drive to the falls and enjoyed our time walking around downtown. Took our family and dog to the olde angel inn for a nice lunch on the patio with live music. Thank you for sharing your home!

This residence was very accommodating and felt like home. Transactions were flawless and we would have booked this place again, but it was booked already. The hosts were excellent to deal with.

We had a great vacation staying at Five Point Cottage. The neighborhood was quiet it was a short 5-10 min walk to the lake. Neighbors out doing yard work or taking a walk were friending and welcoming. Lots to do in about a 30 min radius. We did a wine and tasting tour over 2 days, spent a day walking around shops in old towns, a 2-3 days doing things in the falls area including boat tours and diff falls tours and attractions. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed relaxing at the cottage in the late afternoon/evenings. I would recommend this listing to my friends.

The house was perfect for our mother's day weekend trip. It's quite spacious, equipped with everything we needed, perfectly clean, and close to downtown Niagara on the lake.

Amazing Property. Location was perfect. House was also fantastic. Four of us 55-80 and our dog came to visit in January. We came for only two nights to attend the Festival, tour a couple wineries and see the Falls! The only suggestions we might have - is grab bars in the upstairs bathroom, and instructions that entering through the garage might be an option as the front step is a bit of a "doozy" ! We did not figure that out until our last day! But all in all - it was about as close to perfect as we could have asked for. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. The house was super clean, spacious and we had no issues, never had to contact the owner. All was easy to find, everything we needed to know was printed up and well presented. The shower water pressure was awesome and the beds were comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful. The location was great for going anywhere you needed to go.
It was great to have Netflix on the TV!! We would definitely love to return! Thank you for a great time!

This house was better than the images. Quiet. Clean and roomy. The images make no mention of the finished basement! Very nice neighborhood in a really cute little town. Wineries are all very close. It was a wonderful place to retreat to after a day or touring the wineries. We had a great time!

We have visited NOTL many times. Always prefer to stay in town. This house is located within easy walking distance of the Main Street and Shaw theaters. House itself is modern, 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom, open kitchen/living room space. Comfortable furniture. Small yard with porch/table and chairs, fenced and private.
House was scrupulously clean. Easy check-in. No major issues at all. Televisions in living room and bedrooms are small. Curiously, kitchen faucet didn’t have spray setting-or we couldn’t figure it out. But these were minor points. We’d definitely would stay here again. First class rental property.

The house was clean and very well stocked. The furniture however was not comfortable for anyone over 5'5". We could hardly get up from the couch as our knees were higher than our stomachs. Also the house is not handicap friendly at all. The toliet is too low and the walk in showers available are either in the basement or have a lip to get into them. Adding handicap bars in bathrooms and getting better furniture would have made this house amazing.

My sisters and I were blessed to stay here. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. This house lacked nothing and had ample space for more than the 5 of us. We enjoyed the quiet neighbour and short walk down to the water. Being close to downtown Niagara on the Lake, was super convenient. Highly recommend this location!!

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. And the bedding was a nice quality. The location was quiet and convenient to going to downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and the surrounding area.
Suggestions – a Keurig coffee maker and upgraded towels would enhance the experience.

We loved the proximity to Lake Ontario. Within walking distance to restaurants and groceries.
Would love to come back sometime.

Nice, comfortable clean house close to the water and a short drive from downtown and several wineries. We had a great time. Only a 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls. We also enjoyed the jetboat tour that was nearby. Home away from home!

We enjoyed a quiet 3-generation vacation at Elsi Mae's place in Niagara On The Lake. The location is easy walking distance to the lake in a lovely treed neighbourhood. Good access to Niagara Falls and St. Catherine's as well.

The property has great potential but did need a bit of TLC. Simple things though - nothing major.
We did find it odd that being in wine country that there was no corkscrew and only 3 red wine glasses. Our trips often have us playing games/cards in our down time and there was no options for that so bring your own if you enjoy that type of thing.
Area was quiet, beds we’re comfortable and there is lots of space for 4 adults.

Over all beautiful property. Fantastic areas for enjoying outdoor chatting with friends. The only issues are: we would have liked more red wine glasses (there were only 3 and we were 6) 2 pillows per person would have been ideal and the barbecue needs some love!

Roomy Accomodations
The home was spacious, which accommodated us nicely (6 adults). A little farther from downtown than we had hoped but we were still able to walk it easily. Backed onto a field where we saw deer and lots of birdsong in the neighbourhood.

Lovely Home Near the Lake
Kids loved Lake Ontario. The house is well appointed with comfortable beds. Everything is close. We visited in April - even then the garden is beautiful.

The perfect NOTL house for four pepople
The house is ideally located for visits to wineries in the NOTL area and on the Bench. This neighborhood is very attractive in the summer and the winter too. The house is quite new and is very attractive inside and out. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for NOLA!
What a great location - quick walk to Tim Horton's and the lake and just a short drive to the downtown area. We loved exploring and I can't wait to come back and check out al the wineries! The house was perfect for our family of 6 - just enough room to spread out but still be together. Kitchen had everything we needed - thankful for the garbage bags, paper towels and TP which we had forgotten! Wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space. Thank you for the hospitality!

Property was exactly as described. Great location. Definitely worth the money.

We had a really nice stay at the Five Point Cottage and were able to relax and disconnect. The house is larger than it looks from the outside and is in a great location. It is a couple of blocks down from the water and is about a 20 minute walk to the main street. The backyard is lovely and has a sitting area on the deck, a dining table and chairs for 6 people in the backyard and a bbq. The indoor furniture is older but comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. My two recommendations for improvement would be to focus a bit more on the cleaning and to replace some of the items in the kitchen. On the cleanliness front, it was clear that all of the main surfaces and bathrooms had been cleaned, so we were comfortable being there. The insides of the fridge and freezer could use a good scrub though, and the whole house could benefit from some dusting and cleaning in the corners and crevices (and skylights). With respect to the kitchen items, most of the knives in the knife block are dull (the table knives are sharper) and couple of the fry pans should be replaced.Overall, we were pleased with our stay and the house certainly met our needs. I would definitely recommend the house and I would stay here again. The improvements that I've mentioned above could just take the house to the next level.
