Big apartement, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Food is tasty and clean. Bar and coctails were delicious.
The snacks for all inclusive were a bit minimilized bit that didn't bother us

Fantastic family hotel, everything was perfect especially the Buffett breakfast, delicious. We can’t wait to come back. Our 2 year old daughter loved it. Particularly the play area and baby water slides. Staff were amazing.
Minor point but the children’s play area just needs a white line painting on the step down as many people/kids were falling down the step

The hotel is very clean, almost spotless, and the staff is very friendly and i would say their best asset. The food for an all inclusive hotel was of good quality. The superior rooms have very comfortable beds and good quality pillows. Very good facilities for kids.
We did not like that there were no Greek channel options and the English channels were very limited and mostly news channels. Very limited entertainment in the evening so not very convenient for those planning to stay in at night. The drinks could have been better.

The food was very good. Compared to other similar hotels the quality was high and with a lot of variety. Also the waiters are really kind.
The apartment was quite new and with plenty of space. We were 4 but was space enouhg even for 6.
It is announced as a hotel for families, but the kids have very little things for them. Just two small pools and very few slides. No other activities nor entertainment for them. Only a show every Friday, but we stayed two weeks without sean it as it was cancelled due to that it rained during the morning (and the show was in the evening...)

Great place to stay in a perfect location.
Platanias is a very nice place.
Everything was great.

There is a big selection of food at the buffet style restaurant but the quality of the food was poor.
Kids were unattended, touching the actual food with their hands .
By the pool, there was no available sun beds by 10 am . People were reserving with their towels , then went back to their room or for breakfast.

The hotel has very good standards of rooms and facilities for the whole family. The staff always made us feel welcome and happy to help. The restaurant food was good too. And the general atmosphere was very pleasant.
If I have to say anything, the beds were a bit stiff or uncomfortable but not terrible.

Perfect for kids, lots of entertainments, friendly stuff, great food, clean rooms, close to the beach and Chania
No drinking water in the room, it would be good if the hotel would provide at least couple of water bottles a day

Cleaner did à great job and were extremely friendly especially with kids.
Room size was huge.
Hotel accepted to let us have the room until later than check out on our departure day. One staff woman at the reception was amazingly helpful with questions regarding activities or doctor. She took the time to call the activity providers to check prices and hours for us. Staff at the continental were great too, always friendly. We forgot our ipad once and it was put safely aside for us, much appreciated!
Bartender was lovely
All inclusive is not quality: drinks are not good - we started paying for our drinks at day 4 (paid drinks are what you expect from a drink), snacks between meals are very average and there is not much choice, ice cream is really poor quality. I was really disappointed because from reviews, it seems that the hotel is providing great food and drinks on all inclusive forfeit and this is why we chose it, but really it's average...
Microwave and fridge in room at childs height so not child friendly. Bed not comfy
At check in, we arrived with our parm and baby and lots of bags, the staff at the desk escorted us to the room but clearly was not happy to answer any questions I had and did not offer to carry a bag although it was evident we were struggling. This was a specific male staff, all other women staff were fantastic.

Accommodation is excellent and clean, staffs are kind, food is first class, very good place for kids with all necessary facilities!
I was there alone with 2 kids and we had wonderful time, we even managed to attend 3 excursion, hotel employees helped us with booking and pick-up.

The food had plenty of selection catering for all including gluten free. The omelettes made by the chef were the best. The pastries and cakes were delicious. The location was quiet but had some lovely shops. The staff couldn't do enough and so covid secure.
The only thing I'd say is the food could have been warmer.

Myself & my husband have just spent a week in a superior apartment all inclusive at Stefan village hotel and I have to say it is without a doubt one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed in. It really is like walking into paradise you wouldn’t need to leave it at all. The Apartment itself is a fantastic size, spotless clean and so comfortable and has everything you need for a great holiday. The all inclusive was fantastic and the food was delicious. This is a fantastic resort for families & couples,But Stefan village wouldn’t be so good without the amazing staff that they have there. I have never seen staff to work so hard, they are so welcoming and nothing is any trouble. They really are a credit to Stefan village Hotel. Thank you for a fantastic holiday in paradise & we would 100% recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be back.

The place is perfect if you are traveling on a budget. The all-inclusive is very worth it, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks and food are available from 8am to 10pm. The room was well equiped with cooking stuff should we wished to cook there. The staff was very friendly and were there to help with every need. Staff were also wearing masks at all times.
The AC is installed in the KLD part of the room, so it took a bit of time to cool the bedroom on hot days. On cooler days, it wasn't needed. The pool was freezing cold for a September day.

Family ready.
Hard sofa-beds, water slides dangerous if you’re a big person.

The personnel was extremely nice and helpful, when I asked, they booked us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We had a few things during our stay: we booked dinner in the last minute, the hair dryer got broken, one of us got bitten by a bee, they were always very nice and helpful and they also helped us with some information regarding the public transport. Also I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday, and it was so perfect, they prepared decoration for breakfast and we got a very delicious cake and champaign as well. :) Best hospitality ever! Also the place is very nice and chilly, even better than in the picture. It's very close to the beach and to very good restaurants as well. I would totally recommend and go back. :)
We liked everything. :)

A+++ for the staff ready to help you , the food is lovely with lots of options, and value for money especially for the all inclusive. Very nice and clean. Good location.
Maybe Some of the 'old 'rooms (one we stayed) needs to be refurbished as not very comfortable couches and old furniture.

I loved the fact we received a bottle of wine with their compiments for our anniversary celebration. Very clean room and nice breakfast.
A bit noisy because of the children and no iron machine in the room

Staff was very helpful for all our requirements, they packed even breakfast for us when we left early in the morning. Pools are nice, so is the garden and waterslides. Room was modern and clean, we had superior room.
There is a short walk to the beach and shops so if you want to live perfectly in the middle of everything, there are other options. However, this is a very nice family hotel with a good price/quality ratio so I would definitely go there again!

We loved the room nice and clean, the pools. We got lucky also because it wasn't full and We liked this. Good variaty of food.
We apreciated the cleaning and the covid measures at the restaurant. Carefull personal. Overall a great place
Only small details 🙂. The pool program could have been longer, officially it close at 18.00. Also the dinner closing hour could have been a bit later, it close at 20.30. Another small detail that could be improved, the essential condiments would be apreciated in the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil)

That the pool closes at 6pm
