House is in good location to many popular things to do. Good home for 6-10 people. We had a few little issues with the house but the property manager came immediately to fix our problems and all was good. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Northshore area. So close to aquarium and many other attractions. Also had all bathroom towels, kitchen appliances, even a few games for you to play.
4.7
Great location. Lots of room for sleeping a big family.
4.7
The home was very spacious for 4 adults and 2 teens. The hot tub was nice and we enjoyed the firepit. We absolutely loved that we were centrally located to everything! Ruby Falls and Rock City were the farthest and that was only 15 minutes! Would definitely stay again!
4.7
The pictures were accurate, the reviews were spot on, the place was spacious and clean, everything needed was provided and the property manager was available and proactive. Check in/out was a breeze. Outdoor area was exceptional and the hot tub was great. Neighborhood was great, the front and back porches were cozy, the yard was great and furniture was comfortable. The TV's worked as noted and the coffee maker was just what we needed. Conveniently located to everything we needed. The beds were firm and the sheets and towels were soft. We would definitely stay here again.

convenient to Stringers Ridge Park. Great stay.

Our family stayed during Thanksgiving weekend. The house was clean and we loved the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and near a trailhead. The house is within a few minutes drive to anything you want to do in Chattanooga. One note, there were three unlocked windows when we arrived. We had a great stay and would return.
4.7
I would stay here again. A few minor updates to the place would make it even more enjoyable. There was only a mirror in the bathroom and no hooks to hang things on. However, the hot tub worked and I had no issues with any appliances etc. The driveway is on a hill so it’s a little challenging loading and unloading luggage. It’s not enough inconvenience to not stay again though.
4.7
It was a cute house. Very steep driveway, parking area. Only room for two cars. Kind of rough area, but house was cute. Property manager was very responsive with concerns or issues. Only thing I didn’t care for was my sister ended up being able to join and even though the house slept 10, I only had 7 people initially- I had to pay extra for her. Also would recommend more mirrors in home so more than 2 people can get ready at a time. But overall very happy, we enjoyed it!
4.7
This was a very clean and comfortable place. The location was great especially for families as a nice playground was just about 100 yds from the house. Surprisingly quiet for so close in town. Great location 5 min by car to Coolidge Park and the Walnut street bridge, 7 minutes to the Aquarium and downtown Chattanooga.
Only negatives were no microwave so couldn’t reheat leftovers from restaurants easily and master bath sink had no stopper for the sink drain.
4.7
Nice cozy place. Several things could use a little maintenance especially the deck and hot tub area
4.7
A few minor things, but were taken care of promptly! Nice hot tub! Would stay again!

This bungalow is perfect for a visit to beautiful Chattanooga. The house was spacious for our family of four and it had everything we needed like soaps, towels, and paper products. I have to agree with a previous review about needing hooks or bars for hanging items, though. Alas, we didn't use the hot tub because we were so busy exploring the area. I can't say enough about the location - it is great! It's in a quiet residential neighborhood and I really enjoyed the provided coffee on the front porch every morning. There is also a trail head to enter a city park within a couple blocks of the house. We did not venture far on the trail due to time constraints, but it seemed like a nice park for hiking. And the house is very close to the downtown area; walkable if you're ambitious, but short drives to everything, really. I highly recommend a stay here if you're planning a visit to Chattanooga!

So convenient to downtown and great restaurants and attractions

This was a good place for our family. Was a little concerned about location, but no problems. We had plenty of room and there was a nice little park in walking distance for the grandbabies. Would definitely go back it was convenient to all the attractions we wanted to visit.
4.7
The house was clean, with plenty of towels and a good location. A few minor recommendations: we had young children who still take baths, and there were no plugs for either bathtub. The main bath did not have a way to hang any towels. Hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. The closet in the master was full of storage and not useable. The master did not have a dresser, so we had to leave our belongings in our luggage on the floor. Aside from those inconveniences, the house was in a good location and great for our needs.
4.7
Close to everything, parking was basically on the hill driveway but we only had one car so not a big problem. Dishwasher still was full with other dirty dishes, still not an issue for us. We loaded ours and ran it as we left. Hot tub was great. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable
. We will stay again

Over all everything was terrific the only thing I complain about is the toilets, I am 82 years old ant the toilets are like sitting on the floor. Not your fault but I though I would give you a laugh.
4.7
This was a good location for our golf trip. Convenient to restaurants and Moccasin Bend golf course. Nice to have four bedrooms. Everything worked fine except the freezer section of the fridge. The ice maker didn’t work and it was not cold enough to make ice.
4.7
We had a great stay at the bungalow. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and we enjoyed the privacy of the backyard. The best part of our stay was the close proximity to Stringers Park- a wonderful place to walk or mountain bike.
Communication with the rental company was seamless and they were quick to respond with any questions. Check in/out was easy. It was a great stay!
4.7
This was an easy process we found it, called booked, and paid in one phone call. This location of this rental was in an excellent location. We wished the hot tub was bigger. We had a few minor things hopefully it will be taken care of .

We were happy with our time in & around Chattanooga, but did not really enjoy our time in this house. It was not well kept, felt like they were still working on the rooms and remodeling while renting it out at the same time. No dressers to unpack our clothes, so we had to leave everything in the suitcases, closets were full of stuff and furniture for other seasons. No hooks. Electric plug outlets were all hidden behind beds with poor access to them. The bathrooms had pink mold and no drain covers. The toilets were excessively low to the ground for our family of tall people. Only 1 towel rack per bathroom to hang up wet towels, yet supposedly room for 6-8 people. There are walls they could add hooks. No working can opener. No working ice maker and no ice trays available either. Sage was quick to respond, but had no results to our requests. Common sofa was low to the ground and "very well used", not comfortable for watching TV at all. Refrigerator door is set up backwards to the rest of the kitchen and difficult to access. Didn't use the laundry because it literally was in a dark closet. The outside trashcan was full when we arrived. The hot tub was nice, but quickly overflowed with more than 2 people in it. The yard was low and rain water puddled and did not drain well, so a muddy weekend. Taco Mamacita was an excellent restaurant nearby! The Aquarium, Rock City & Ruby Falls were marvelous. The downtown area was nice to walk around in. We enjoyed our time in this nice city!
4.7
Overall it was a great little house. It could use a little tcl. Few things where broken, like the toilet paper holder and the toaster oven, but it still worked. The driveway was tiny. Barely fit 2 cars. Hot tub was nice, but only really fits 2 people. The loud noise of house construction in the area was an all day thing. I would definitely rent again if in the area.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay. Check in/Out was easy! Location was great. If we ever plan on being in the area we will book. again
4.7
Very quiet and lovely. It rained a lot but the outside was beautiful.
4.7
The place is much bigger than the pictures show and although it could use some TLC it felt very clean. We loved the location, easy walk to a state park that had awesome trails. We were able to walk into town for dinner and happy hour (less than a mile) and then relax in our private hot tub after we walked back. There were ubers available but we never had to use them.
Property was very quiet, you could even hear the birds singing in the morning.
Neighborhood looks like it's getting an upgrade and we met the neighbor and he was super nice. There's a nice little park 2 doors down.
There is a free shuttle about 2 blocks away that takes you into town, across the bridge to the aquarium and all the way to the Chattanooga Choo choo.
The owners/managers were really prompt with replying to inquires and friendly.
Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo, blow dryers, etc.
It is a very hill area so get ready to get your cardio in. If you are taking more than 2 cars should probably check with owners about parking.
We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great and extremely clean!

PRO: We had plenty of room. Comfortable places to eat and relax. The table had 2 extra leaves and a total of 8 chairs.
CONS: We only had 1 towel washcloth per person. They were well worn and had bleach spots. The walls had plaster missing from furniture. The dishwasher barely worked. The kitchen appliances need updating. The LR couch really needs to be replaced.
We had trouble with trash pickup. Not the owners fault. Both cans where full when we got there. The day before we left the trash truck came but could not stop on the hill without sliding.

Very convenient to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the sitting area in the back.

My friends and I loved this cute house in Chattanooga! Perfectly located between Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain AND right down the street from Stringer's Ridge trails! It made all of our hiking and trail running dreams come true. It was also great to be about 10 mins from downtown Chattanooga and all of the cool restaurants. Highly recommend this house!
4.7
The location is so close to Northshore and downtown Chattanooga. It looks small but it is very large inside. We used the fire pit for smores and hopped in the hot tub every night. I will definitely stay there again when we come back to Chat.
4.7
We enjoyed our stay and loved that it was close to everything. We had a great experience and would definitely book again someday.
4.7
First thing is that the pictures online are very deceiving! The driveway is BARELY big enough for 1 vehicle to fit and you can’t safely park on the street because it’s on a massive incline! The location was ROUGH…VERY uncomfortable driving down the street. Did NOT feel safe at all. The inside needs renovation badly! There’s holes in the walls, paint missing everywhere, wires were hanging and the TV was off the wall and on the floor in the spare room. Both showers had TONS of mold and mildew on the curtains. The room with 2 beds does not close/latch. And the beds were very hard. It was just not worth what we paid.

We love to stay on you property beautiful and clean

Family vacay
This was a perfect location and size for our family. We enjoyed a jam packed few days and really enjoyed being able to spend time all together under one roof.
4.7
We really enjoyed visiting this house. The location was fairly close to Lookout Mountain. The neighborhood had quite a bit of construction around, but it felt safe and fairly quiet. The house had all we needed to cook a nice meal together, and the hot tub was a great touch!

It was very clean, everyone was super nice and yes the kitchen is a little small but the rooms more than make up for it! We had a blast! Would stay again!

Very nice bungelow. When we arrived, I was a bit surprised at the neighborhood, but it was a really nice kinda college environment. Publix right up the road. Enjoyed our brief stay immensely
