About this apartment rental

1300 sq ft apartment with front door parking.
2 bedrooms that have queen beds & a Bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa ….the living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. (Total of 2 queen beds & 2 queen sofas)

We are centrally located in Vicksburg Mississippi near I 20 close to everything Vicksburg has to offer: historic Vicksburg National Military Park, Tourist Information Center (both less than a mile) There are museums, Antebellum homes, the Vicksburg Convention Center, many restaurants, Sports parks and Historic downtown which are very close.

Also located at the west end of the 6500 square-foot building is Holley Rentals 2 bedroom ID 2867776 & Holley Rentals 1 bedroom apartment ID1987010 …Both can be rented for extra space... There is also a hair salon in the building and we live in apartment over the salon.

We purchased this property in 1999. It was a vacant mechanic shop and had been vacant for around 10 years. Through the years, during the time we have owned the property, it has been many different things, currently it is occupied by a hair salon and 3 corporate rentals. This was a perfect easy place for our family to stay the night when traveling through the state to get to our final vacation spot. The hosts were so kind and made us feel very comfortable. The location is off a major highway and is conveniently located near the downtown area and military park. There is also a little backyard play area for the kids.

Our family has stayed here before and hope to stay here again. The property is always clean and comfortable and Tami is a warm, gracious, and helpful host. Our 3 year old grandson loves the play area out back, and our 10 month old is crawling all over the very clean carpet in the den. The location is perfect, right off I-20.

We found from start to finish that communicating with Tami was prompt, warm and informative. The accommodation was so clean and welcoming. It was located near the Civil War site, Vicksburg town, supermarkets and easy to access roads in all directions. Thank you Tami once again from the UK band of vacationers.

Our family was traveling together bringing our 85 yr old mom to see our sister in FL. This place was so perfect for our stop for the night. It was super clean and they have really thought out every detail for their guests! Tami was so easy to work with and sent us very detailed info about the property. We had plenty of room to all be together and it was so much better than us being in hotel rooms. We will definitely seek this property out again on our next trip!

We had a good time visiting the historical sites in Vicksburg. The condo was perfect - clean, well equipped and a great location. The owner was very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to include directions for arriving after dark as we did. We had trouble finding the driveway from Frontage Road.

My husband and I stayed with Tami when we were pulling out boat from the North Texas area to Alabama. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. It is located right off of I20 which was very convenient for our trip. The accommodations are very updated and quaint. I highly recommend this location for friends traveling from the Dallas area to the Gulf Coast of FL or AL.

My husband and I travel to Vicksburg every year to celebrate the Fourth of July with family and typically always stayed with my MIL. But this year was our first time traveling with our son who has special feeding needs and we needed more space. Tami and her family were so kind and had everything ready to go for us. Her responsiveness to any questions I had was outstanding. And most importantly, we all felt so comfortable and had more than enough space for everything we had. I forgot something in the fridge and she let me know that I could stop by and get it. Holley Rentals will be where our family stays every July 4th!

This property was amazing! It’s exactly as pictured, not a speck of dust, & so many details to make it very welcoming & cozy. Night lights through out the common areas, fluffy towels, full amenities in the kitchen & bath, laundry basket, every detail was thought of & handled. Tami is a fantastic hostess. She genuinely cares that her guest have a pleasant stay. The care & consideration she put in to creating the property extends to her interaction with guest. Henry and Tami made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and a feeling like being at home away from home. The location is unassuming but functional and convenient.
