About this apartment rental
You'll love this beautiful gardened setting within walking distance to Lake Ann Village, 15 minutes to Traverse City, minutes to Leelanau County & the National Shoreline. Your Burnett Nestt is an upper level, fully furnished 2 room apartment including a lovely covered porch, private entrance & foyer. Businessman, S.S. This property is absolutely gorgeous and the apartment is charming, comfortable and very clean. The private front porch is dreamy. Lake Ann is a cute little village with a coffee shop, brewery and restaurant a short walk away. It was the perfect location for a trip up to Traverse City one day and Sleeping Bear Dunes another day. We loved this place!

Barb was an excellent host and this place is exactly as described! Great location in that it is central to everything around like Traverse City, Leland, Suttons Bay, etc. and walking distance to a brewery, restaurant with outdoor seating and live music, and an ice cream stand. It was perfect for us, not cramped at all, and a great set up in a beautifully maintained yard and garden. Would definitely rent again when in the area.

This was just the right size for my husband and I. The gardens are so beautiful you can't help but relax. The location is close to everthing, but far enough to be away from the crowds. Lake Ann is a little gem

The host, Barb, went above and beyond. She was very welcoming and her communication skills were excellent. She also provided us with several restaurant recommendations and tips. There is a great coffee house just a 5-minute walk from the Nestt.
The amenities and decor exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend staying at this adorable, quaint, private apartment.
We hope to visit again!

The property is very attractive, beautiful gardens, wonderful porch to sit and enjoy. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The Village of Lake Ann has a general store that has just about anything that you would need/want. There is a little beach on Lake Ann that was quite cute. Lake Michigan was only about 12 miles away and there were a couple of beaches that we went to, located in Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. Barb Hood, the owner was very accommodating! Definitely would recommend this property.

The unit was well represented in the pictures. It's two rooms that includes a small kitchen and bathroom. It was perfect for my staying visiting in laws on the west side of Traverse City, which was only about 18 minutes away.
The unit is literally within a few hundred feet of downtown Lake Ann, which included a nice brewery with live entertainment. The location is perfect if you like to hike. There are a number of trails close by. The landscaping and the front porch were well done. I enjoyed hanging out and reading for a bit.
I will likely be staying here again.

Cute Hideaway in Quaint Town
Great time and great space in northern Michigan, close to a lot of hiking trails, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and wonderful coffeeshop and grocery store. Couldn't recommend location enough, though was a bit surprised at the combination bedroom/bathroom at the place, aside from that a great trip away from home!

Cozy and clean
Super great and private place to stay in the TC area. Close to Empire and an amazing brewery across the street too! Place was clean and well stocked...you really don't need to bring anything, Barb provided so many nice comforts and supplies. Beautiful property and loved hearing the water fountain at night. The bed was super comfortable too!

Wedding Weekend Stay
My wife and I attended a wedding in the wine country north of TC. The Burnett Nestt was an excellent choice to call home for the weekend and actually added to our enjoyment. The house was beautifully kept with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being able to walk down the street to the Lake Ann Brewery to listen to live entertainment and enjoy awesome libations was an extra bonus! I would gladly book another stay at the Burnett Nestt, and I have already recommended this place to my friends.
