The beautiful Pemi river is located across the street from Alpine Village. We are one of the first set of buildings in the complex so it is a quick walk to downtown to enjoy the many restaurants (0.4 miles away), brewery, and shopping (grocery/gas 0.3 mile away). Lincoln and it's bustling downtown is approx 1.5 miles away, Loon Mountain 4 miles away. Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon is only a 10-15 minute drive. Kancamagus Scenic Highway right down the road. Clark's Trading Post and Whales Tale Water Park all within a 5 min drive. Hiking, swimming, biking, fishing, leaf peeping, and all the White Mountains have to offer are waiting!
Thorough cleaning of entire unit to include all surfaces, EcoLab Sanitizing spray (Covid recommended for commercial use)after unit cleaning, and all touch surfaces wiped down again with commercial grade disinfectant wipes at end of this cleaning. The cleaning fee is increased at this time due to all the additional steps that are being taken.

Perfect place to hang in the white mountains. Golf during the day and good food and drink at night. Will do it again

This is our second time staying in Alpine Village, visiting from FL. The place is beautiful, clean, comfy, and well-kept with plenty of space for all of us to enjoy some free time. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Franconia Notch. We Enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood on a beautiful, cool, crisp night. Our Host was easy to contact.
The only suggestion I have is that the hinges on all the doors, especially the on the bathroom doors could use some WD 40, they are all very squeaky and annoying at night. Also, we moved the rug in the upstairs hallway bc it rolls up and we felt it was a tripping hazard. Not a game changer. We would absolutely stay here again.

More house than you would think
The pictures do not do it justice. We were amazed by the amount and the use of space. Perfect location - everything very accessible. And despite middle of July, the temperature inside was bearable.

Perfect updated condo
As a family of 4 this was a little more space than we needed but the kids were excited to have rooms of their own. The loft was Probably a little too warm for sleeping but Was a very neat space. Kitchen was stocked with most kitchen essentials which was great as we chose to eat most meals in the condo during this NH trip. Good location and nice quiet neighborhood even though there are quite a few units in Alpine Village. We very much enjoyed our stay.

White Mountains Getaway
This property was super clean and updated. The property is centrally located to downtown and my kids loved playing on the Pemi with rafts. It was also easy to get to all the attractions in the area. I highly recommend this property (but keep in mind the lack of AC in the loft might make the sleeping arrangements tricky depending on the number of people).
