Fire alarm and no water!

Hotel was good and decent.

Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off around 4 am, very unpleasant to have to wake up to this and evacuate the building. Luckily, there was no fire, but there was a water leak which caused the main water line to be shut and we ended with no water for the rest of the stay.

Shampoo room carpet and mop Bathroom floor!

The person that checked us in was super nice.

The carpet and floors need extra cleaning. My white socks got black on the bottom from walking on the floor in our room. The neighborhood seems to be getting a bit questionable. We did feel as safe as we had in the other times we've stayed there.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. Everything you need, nothing extra.

Clean, spacious room. Competitive pricing. Quiet and comfortable room.

No Coffee in the lobby. No tissue in the room. I would prefer a regular continental breakfast vs a breakfast bag to go. This is all small stuff. I really liked the hotel and would stay there again.

Location

Terrible customer service. Mold in the bathrooms. Bedbugs found on property.

Will not stay again!!!

The hotel was close to everything.

I could not sleep because there was a noise on the floor above me and the breakfast was in a bag. It consisted of bottle water, friut bar, fruit cup and hostee donut, they could have done better than this. I was very disappointed.

A Very Reasonable Option!

The room was large and very clean. No noise at night on either night I was there. The cost for a king room was very reasonable, about $75 a night. It's about a half-hour drive to Graceland and Sun Studios from Hotel DeSoto.

Nothing about the hotel itself, but it's kind of out in the boonies for restaurants. There's a Pizza Hut about a block away, but after that you really have to hunt to find a non-fast food place to eat.

One of our favorite places to stay.

We always stop here on our way down south, it was a pleasant stay the first time and always is. The staff is always great and gave us directions and chatted with us about the area. We make it a point of stopping in Olive Branch on our trips.

Nice area in the cut

Breakfast was a brown bag with a water, donuts, fruit cup and granola bar…hotel is to nice not to have a decent breakfast!

My stay was good. During my booking, I requested to NOT be next to the elevator or ice machine and as soon as I step off

Overall the stay was worth the price.

Staff was fantastic. Price was perfect. It was a great location.

Breakfast was a paper bag with hostess donuts and if you didn’t get down first thing then you missed out. It was very limited. No coffee or juice selections.

Disappointing and overpriced

Bare bones & disappointing for the money. The bedding and towels are cheap and uncomfortable. There are no amenities to speak of. There is no coffee or breakfast in the lobby. They give cheap, nasty coffee for the room (I had to go down and ask for it from the desk). They give a grab and go paper bag with junk food for breakfast. The facility was clean, I guess, but looked old and worn out. I would have expected to pay $60 a night for a place of this caliber. Not $100.

Not as advertised!!!

The room was relatively clean!

Location was further than the website said. Breakfast came in paper bag 😳! Never eat it! The staff was not friendly!

I was satisfied with the room and price but the noise and kids were very disappointing

the rooms were a perfect size and clean

Their was kids throwing balls at our windows as we were trying to sleep and they were running down the halls knocking on several people’s doors. kids were all over the lobby to the point we couldn’t get out the elevator they had toys and gum stuck to the floor which got stuck to my shoes
