Everyday house keeping would collect the used towels and never put replacements back and I'd have to go to the front desk to get them. Today walked into my room and their houser used the toilet and didn't even have the curiosity to flush. I come to this area alot for work and always stay here. This will definitely be the last time.

Staff was friendly hotel was decent, they are remodeling right now so the hotel smells moldy. Didnt have a good breakfast selection. But for a pne noght stay it was a good hotel for a decent price

I needed to go get towels everyday we had 4 people and they only let us have 2 a day! Then I needed the bed changed so I took off the sheets and set them on the floor next to the bed and it was never remade! We were there from Wednesday night til Sunday morning and I took them off on Thursday night! I figured they would know what it meant but I was wrong!!! Also the so called breakfast hahaha there was hardly anything there a couple yogurts, 2 kinds of cereal and some dry sausage biscuits. No apples or bananas or even donuts muffins!

It's been a couple of days since we stayed there and the lasting impression was both rooms smelled fusty. I get migraines so some odors bother me.The lobby smelled like some kind of nasty men's cologne. The beds made our backs hurt. But there's eating establishments close by, a Mexican restaurant next door but we didn't eat there.

We arrived at this hotel at 8:36 PM. To be told the hot tub and pool closed at each 30 p.m. when the signs clearly indicated the pool was to be open till 10 as well as the hot tub. When checking in hubby noticed several younger family members of what we presume was the person working at the front desk his family. When checking out the following morning we inquired with the person at the front desk as to why the pool was closed at 8:30 when the signs on the door stated 10 PM? He replied it was not closed. It was open till 10 PM. We informed him that it was not we were told it was closed question. When we inquired if we should inform corporate, he said no he would make sure that we were reimbursed for part of our stay. We shall see if that happens. Would I return to this facility? No, not after such pathetic service. As well was cereal only or cup of yoghurt or a small sandwich no toast to go with The cereal. Chairs had not even been taken down from the tables. We went for breakfast at 8 o’clock. Everything was still folded up as if they were not ready for business.

The "Hot" tub was luke warm at best. The Television in the room comes on, but there was no service. There were no "pool" towels.

Room was supposed to be accessible. The shower was a joke had no mount for the shower head. We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. Advertised breakfast, but all they had to offer was cold cereal.

Not only did we not have water(they promised us $25 off) but the hallway was noisy and we didn’t get our $50 back that we had to pay for the deposit!

We drive a truck and stay at a lot of places. First time to stay here. The room was clean, the bed was awesome. The cost of the room was fair and affordable.

The hot tub is a cold and jets sucked. The super breakfast super sucked; they only had mini frozen sausage biscuits, mini frozen muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, and snack bars. Staff didn't want to give out pool towels; I asked for 3 towels for 3 people & was given 2 towels. There was mold in the ice from the ice machines. The room was clean.

They had canceled my reservation saying my card had been declined. That wasn’t true (it had never been run through my bank) or possible (I never provided my card when I booked the reservation.) The room had no AC going when I arrived and was incredibly hot. It took an hour to cool it to a tolerable temperature and most of the night to make the room actually cool.

Im not sure my room was the cleanest i found tags off someone's cloths right beside the bed. Like how did the house not see them when she changed the sheets or did she and vacuum she should seen them two big tags laying on the floor. Im praying im sleeping on clean sheets. Wondering if this was good idea.

This was a clean hotel but room smelled moldy at first. Their pool is only open from 11a to 7pm which is dumb. I will say staff is friendly and helpful.

Yoi can get a contact high just walking down the hall. Their breakfast is no excuse for a breakfast at all. Night clerk was telling his mgr they were almost out of muffins and frosted flakes. This was a huge part if their breakfast menu. Being cheap isnt always good folks.

I have stayed here a few times when visiting my mother. They have different rules everytime. The place always stinks, they never have enough towels amd theres roaches. There pool is only open when they feel like letting it be open.

After traveling all night by plane from Anchorage, Alaska I showed up at the hotel at noon hoping to check in early. I even offered to pay extra for an early check in and the unfriendly and rude guy at the front desk said they're cleaning now. Come back at 2:00. Well where was I supposed to go???? Surely there had to be a couple of rooms already cleaned by noon. But no, I had to wait 2 more hours and was exhausted of course. I'll never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!!!!!

So Hotels.com did their job. Super 8 on the other hand did not. I reserved a ki g suite with jacuzzi tub. It was broken. However they called to let me know day before. Apon arrival.I was still charged for the amenitie. Thats a difference.Room rate was for dollars for standard king room but was charged for room. Attendant said that is their price. They would not honor Hotels.com price. Saying that Hotels.com price was incorrect Website and Hotels.com both state have free breakfast, but did not. Rooms were not very clean. And whole hotel smelt like Marijuana.

We had to have 4 remotes brought to our room and the tv still wouldn’t work. Our second room had a tv that would not turn on. They were supposed to bring another remote but never did. The breakfast had 1 muffin and 2 yogurts. The coffee was watered down and horrible. The shower head would not move so you have to contour your body to get water. They have a lot of working g men there who are very loud at night. The hot tub was barely warm. We won’t be back
