The condo has great views of the beach. Easy access as well and very quiet. The rooms are spaced and there is plenty of room. The bathrooms are nice but the shower heads do not adjust much and it makes it harder to wash children and get all the sand out of everywhere. The kitchen has basic tools and utensils that you needed for cooking. We did have issues with the dryer. It seems like a complaint from other people as well. It would take an average of 3 cycles to dry completely and there was a persistent smell in the utility room. We had to have maintenance come out two times and it never cleaned the smell out and the dryer still didn't work properly. This was very frustrating. We had a good time overall and would consider staying again if the dryer was replaced and the vacuum worked better on picking up sand.

This property is very, very nice. It looks just as was represented.

I loved this place. The condo was super clean. It needed a few more kitchen items, but we had someone bring some thing from home on the way up. The pool was nice. The only thing I wasn’t particularly happy with was only being able to get 2 parking passes for most of the week. They did provide a place to park our other vehicles a few buildings down.

This worked great for our family size and still provided some privacy. Pool & Beach access was easy. It was comfortable and clean. Restaurants and grocery are close by, we even walked across the street one night for seafood. Mainly we took turns cooking for each other and were able to make do with the supplies they had. The ocean view balcony was awesome for relaxing. The only issue we had was a leak from somewhere above us but it was taken care of quickly. I would stay again.

Where do I start? The location, the amazing balcony, and the condo itself is superb. Very spacious for my 10 person group! Not to mention the staff and vacasa team is excellent and timely on responding. I would recommend this company/condo!

Our stay at the Azure
Great place! The condo was beautiful and the beach was clean. The Azure is beautiful itself. The pool area was really nice! The only thing we didn’t care for was not being able to claim the beach chairs on a first come basis.

We really enjoyed our stay at Azure. The condo was lovely with the side windows in the living area and the double bed option was great compared to bunk beds. A few gripes... as stated in previous reviews, the dryer situation needs some attention. After figuring out that the dryer was pushed back too far and the hose was kinked we were finally able to get the dryer to dry clothes. The vent outside is caked with lint and seems to be a fire hazard. I think someone should definitely get that cleaned out and put a note up for future guests to ensure dryer is pulled out away from the wall. The front door doesn’t seem very secure. It does lock however...The king bed in the room by the balcony is really hard... perhaps just because I’m used to a pillow top mattress but... I think future guests would like a softer mattress. The white fuzzy blankets were the best!Amazing view and love that one of the pools are heated!

We had a great stay and I would stay here again. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the bed/bath worked well for us. This is an end unit, so keep in mind that the distance to the main lobby/pool/beach access is quite far. If you have someone will mobility issues this wouldn't likely be the best location within the building. However, the building itself was nice, pools were great, etc. I do however have a list of things that should be addressed by management and I can't find another place to put this feedback.-Our parking passes were not provided as the check-in information stated and it took a long time to talk to a person and get the passes. I talked to multiple customer service reps and the all seemed to think I was overlooking the passes or trying to scam them out of more passes or something.-The oven takes a very, very long time to heat up. Possibly something wrong with it?-We needed a couple additional items in the kitchen to really have a fully functioning kitchen: a corkscrew, a 9x13 pan, and more forks. There were tons of other utensils but not many forks.-The dryer needs replaced. We had five beach towels that took hours to dry. Lots of laundry was done since there were 9 of us total, and the dryer was constantly having to be reset.-Speaking of the dryer, there are birds nesting above the access panel on the ceiling above the dryer. You can hear them chirping and flapping their wings.-The pocket door from the twin bed room the bathroom is clearly hitting a nail sliding in and out of the pocket. And the lock on the pocket door does not work.-The bathroom shared between the king bedroom and twin bedroom needs an exhaust fan near the shower space. The water closet door also squeaks very loud.

Love Azure 518
I would have given 5 stars but the unit does need a small amount of maintenance. As for the view and the bed setup, it is perfect for our group. We've stayed at Azure twice a year since it opened and this is one of the best condos available! 2 Kings, 1 queen and 2 doubles are perfect instead of twins or especially bunk beds when travelling with all adults. We will definitely book this room again!

Adults Only Weekend
We were 4 couples that enjoyed a weekend away from our littles. The house was beautiful and very clean. I can not say enough about how spectacular the view was. Each of the couples had a great time and if we go to fort Walton Beach again this is definitely where we will be trying to stay.

The property was just like the photos. The large patio is a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We hope to return!

Loved the view and space inside the condo.
Hated that there wasn’t an easier way to keep my two year old boy inside the condo other than a luggage cart on its side in front of the door the whole time. I assumed it was like any other hotel/condo door and super heavy. The door doesn’t have a lock from the inside to contain them. My son is super fast and within five minutes of not having my eye on him, he jetted out of condo and up one flight of stairs. Thank God we found him quickly but outside of the condo wasn’t my first instinct to look for him. This condo should have a better way to lock the door.
Also wasn’t thrilled about the ten homeless people making camp in the pavilions next door who were fighting and cussing at each other.
I was also disappointed that me and the other three families with me arrived to Florida three hours early and no exception was made for us to enter the room before 4pm. They said it was to allow more time between each guest. I think it should have been “enter at your own risk” really? What does three hours do?

Beautiful home
Me and some friends came down from Georgia to get away and celebrate a couple of birthdays. We had previously stayed in Azure, but in another unit, so we were excited because we love the area. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised because the pictures do it no justice! Very open space with new decor and furniture. Will definitely be returning when it’s available again!

Great unit
We had a big group and this condo was plenty big enough for us all to be comfortable. Gorgeous view and the pools were awesome! Beds were comfortable and couches were as well. The only con I have was there isn’t a lot of cookware so if you are going to be cooking a lot I would definitely take some extra pots and pans. But over all it was an awesome unit with plenty of space for the 10 of us!

Not a happy vacationer
Had problems with refrigerator not cooling properly when we first arrived. Mgmt did not reimburse for all meats/fish lost from freezer not freezing (over $200 worth of food). Never heard back from mgmt after maintenance guy came for second time. Dryer takes 2 hours to dry clothes on high heat. Furnishing very limited in kitchen.
Other than above listed issues, location was great. Kids enjoyed themselves. Will not recommend staying here for price we had to pay - not worth it.

Love Azure, but not this room.
We love Azure! We have stayed there many times threw out the years. This year me had to have a 4bedroom with one room having 2 full size beds. Hard to find. This condo met that need. But that’s the only reason I choose this condo. The seating in the living room just isn’t done right for how big the condo is. All the beds are old, the dryer took ALL day to dry one load of clothes. The kitchen is not stocked good we went out and bought a pan and skillet and some spatulas. Just little things but they end up being very annoying. But the Azure the property is fabulous. Oh and the shower heads and all the showers are horrible. Takes you 20 minuets just to wash your hair.

Loved the building but the condo wasn't the best
The Azure building was great and the beach was perfect!! The condo we stayed in had two microwaves and the one with the vent for the stove top didn't work and the other one worked but was huge and took up lots of counter space. Some of the TVs didn't work and the furniture was way too big for the condo. We did have a chair break on us while we were there too. We would choose a different condo in the same building next time.
