Equipped with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and space for ten, Summer Place 403 is ideal for all types of beach vacations. With free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer, soon you will be feeling right at home at the beach. The master bedroom even has its own en-suite bathroom outfitted with a dual vanity and handicap accessible walk-in shower. Not to mention, both guest rooms have their own private bathroom as well. Soak up the view from your oversized balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Since this condo is on the fourth floor, the sugar-white sand beaches and community pools are right in your sightline. And it won’t be long until the sound of the waves lures you down to the shore, either!
Since our condo at Summer Place in Fort Walton Beach is directly on the beach, you can easily spend your days strolling along the sand, enjoying the fresh sea breeze. There’s no better way to start your day than with a morning walk down the beach! Our wide beaches are the most beautiful you'll find with sugar white sand and views forever. We pay for beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrellas) to be reserved for you for each day of your stay so no need to get up and go out to the beach early to snag chairs. Just give the beach attendant your unit number at the beginning of your stay and your chairs will be waiting for you!
Summer Place has 2 large, beachfront pools (one is seasonally heated) as well as a hot tub. We also have the only beachfront grilling and picnic area on the island.
How will you spend your days on vacation? With so much to do in Fort Walton Beach, you will surely want to extend your vacation days to fit it all in. Cast your line off the Okaloosa Island Pier and grill your fresh catch back up at your condo, or head to one of the local restaurants for a bite to eat. While we provide you with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, Keurig cups, beach towels, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
