The location is amazing and accomodations were spectacular ! We truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

This was the perfect location for us and our adult children. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, everyone had their own room/bathroom (which was key for us).
We enjoyed playing family games that were provided; enjoyed the balcony ( view of ocean and pool) & watching concerts at Windjammer ( concerts ended by 9:30 pm, so not a problem).
We got to the condo earlier than expected, and Amy was very kind letting us park in one of the parking spots, so we were able something to eat and enjoy the beach until 4pm. We walked everywhere. We would definitely recommend this condo/location… it was just the best family vacation we have had in a long time. Thank you very much letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

The management team are extremely responsive and work hard to optimize our experience. We had an issue with the original condo and they immediately moved us into another condo without question and efficiently.
The next day there was significant rain combined with a high tide resulting in temporary flooding of the parking lot. None of the cars were adversely affected. Management kindly reassured us this would be transient and is due to the poor drainage systems and low water table inherent to the region including Charleston.
I nice plus is that this unit is adjacent to the WIndjammer where you can enjoy excellent views of their stage and excellent performers. Another nice plus is the included beach gear credit. We enjoyed 2 bikes for the duration of our stay which we used to ride to breakfast and on the beach. Overall, we have a nice time and would choose to return.

Great condo with exceptional beach and dining/bar access. Condo was spacious with a family friendly layout. Loved the dedicated, gated parking. We usually stay in Wild Dunes, but everyone enjoyed being in the center of activity.

I thoroughly enjoyed waking up and looking out at the ocean. 50 yards over dune to beach. Walkable to multiple restaurants, grocery store, liquor, store, butcher shop, seafood store, etc. Each of the three bedrooms enjoyed having their own bathroom. Wonderful, wonderful condo. Thank you so much.

Spacious open floor plan, bright and cheerful decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cozy bedding, abundant supply of linens, fabulous deck with accompanying outdoor furniture, all the essentials to get your vacation started. Within the first few minutes we knew this would be a family favorite VRBO rental. And we were not disappointed. So glad we stayed in Dunescape 201. This place is beautiful...like walking into a model home! And you cannot beat the oceanfront view. Conveniently walkable to restaurants, too. Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful week at Dunescapes. The condo is well-equipped, clean and updated including a kitchen that we enjoyed using, a beautiful balcony area with additional table for eating outside and a spectacular view! Other than a coffee table with sharp corners it was kid friendly for our 1.5 year old. We rented a high chair from Baby’s Away which worked out well too. The description also said sleeps 8 but really sleeps 6 since apparently there had been bunk beds or pull outs at one time but there is now new furniture (which is very comfortable ). We all enjoyed the pool and spectacular beach. The only downside was the Windjammer music was very loud right next to us on some evenings when they had concerts. It is good there is a noise ordinance in effect 11pm- 10am weekends and 10pm -10am during the week.
I would highly recommend this property as long as you knew about the scheduled events at the Windjammer.

It was a perfect 5 night getaway with my family! We came from different parts of the country, and this condo had it all. It was exactly as pictured with all the amenities right at your fingertips! Loved sitting out on the deck, and being able to walk to local establishments. We all actually enjoyed being right next door to The Windjammer!! Management was extremely attentive. We loved our stay! You can’t beat the location! The actual unit is clean, well decorated, and clearly newly remodeled. We have a 2.5yr old, and 1 yr old- music is not too loud if you bring sound machines! It is loud though, but we enjoyed it! We will be back!

Everything in close driving distance including airport and Charleston. My family was all adults so it gave them so many options to shop, eat, drink. Even renting a surf board was right across the street. Loved the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there. The music venue is loud but you have great seats to the show. Noise ordinance is followed. So it shuts down at9:30. Condo was great. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Enjoyed our vacation. They made everything very easy

We've been stayed in the Dunescape complex on multiple occasions and absolutely love this location. From this unit you get a great view of the bands at the Windjammer, which is great and is over by 9:30 pm. There seems to be a little more noise from the unit above, but nothing too drastic. The unit was clean for the most part, there was some residual sand on the floor, which is to be expected being located right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!! Our family, which included a 4 and 6 year old and my in-laws, absolutely loved our stay.

5/5 stars for the actual condo property, parking, pool and beach. However the extremely loud concerts that took place next door were very unfortunate, had to put close captions on the TV in order to here it in the living room. They did stop by 10pm on a regular basis.
All that said, communication from the management company was very nice and consistent. Cleanliness was great and pretty much had your own private pool. Just probably not for young families trying to put kids down at 8:00 pm or do t have a taste for the music scene.

1st visit to Isle of Palms
We are frequent vacationers to Hilton Head and wanted to try something different. We love Charleston so we decided to try Isle of Palms. The condo was beautiful. The patio was huge. The beds were comfortable. If you love music this place is great to listen to the numerous bands. I definitely will be back to this condo again!
