Wake up and feel the ocean breeze as you enjoy breakfast sitting on the patio of your oceanfront condo. You have a relaxing den with a flat-screen TV and wet bar. Nice full kitchen to prepare great meals and enjoy friends and family. Master bedroom with a queen-sized bed. One full bathroom. Bunk bed nook sleeps 2. Pull-out couch sleeps 2. Only a few short steps to the beach. Your relaxing vacation awaits!

We provide sheets and towels including -
* one set of Queen size sheets and pillowcases for the bedroom and
* one set of Full size sheets and pillowcases for the pull-out couch
* two sets of Twin size sheets and pillowcases for the bunk beds
* six sets of towels

Please bring the following-
* toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, and laundry detergent
* for the kitchen: paper towels and dish soap. We provide dishwasher detergent tablets
* small trash can liners and large trash bags for kitchen trash

We had a great stay in this unit, located right by the pier on Ocean Isle. Everything was perfect. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, glasses, dishes, and silverware, as well as salt, pepper and spices. Contrary to some inaccurate reviews, linens are provided, including several sets of towels that included bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges and kitchen towels were also provided. The wet bar with a full set of bartending supplies was a nice touch. The storage closet on the lower level had good chairs, beach umbrellas, and floats. The location is the best on the island, and close to shops, restaurants, and the park. We definitely plan to return here in the future, and this condo is highly recommended!

What a great week! The condo was better than advertised! Grandson and I watched sunrise on the beach 3 days in a row! Best part of week was fireworks show from the Ocean Isle pier Thursday night. Condo was located in first building closest to pier! We had the best location to view fireworks. Able to see entire show from condo patio. Did not have to go to crowded beach. When show was over, we were already home!!! Great week!

We had a great time at this condo. It’s right on the beach, and in walking distance to restaurants and the park. It’s in a great location! We would stay here again. The owners were easy to contact and everything in the condo was just as pictured.

The property was as described. The view from Condo was great. Rob was very quick to answer any questions and to provide check in info well before arrival date. When planning another trip to Ocean Isle, I would definitely stay here.

We had a great stay ! Good weather and good company . The only negative which was minor was the shower. The water was trickling out and took a long time to take a shower. The water pressure everywhere else was fine. But the shower wasn’t great. We will come back just wanted you to know Tom

Our family of 5, kids age 8,7 and 3, loved this property. We loved the closeness to the beach as well as walking distance for activities, eating and souvenir shopping. We went in October and nothing was crowded. We had a great stay and our kids loved the beach, waves and sand!

Between myself and my family, I have been to Ocean Isle many times. The location itself is quiet and amazing. The hosts at this location made it even better. The condo was comfortable and clean. They provided plenty of kitchen utensils and seats for the beach. What I liked the most was how much they seemed to care about our stay. Through multiple messages they made sure we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to reach out if anything was wrong. Ocean Isle is an amazing family destination, but would definitely recommend these hosts and this unit.

I just want to say how pleased we was with everything. The condo had plenty of room and was very clean. The bed was so comfy and views were amazing. The owner was very detailed with check in/check out and super accommodating. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the pier, restaurants, putt putt and shopping. Already waiting to book for next year. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was just as described. The decor and the artwork were beautifully coordinated and fit the beach theme with a modern twist. It was perfect for the 2 of us, but would have accommodated 2 children comfortably as well. Kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed to cook meals to eat on the deck by the ocean. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had.

Perfectly located in OIB. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach! Really enjoyed the porch overlooking the beach with coffee and cocktails.

My mom and I stayed her from Monday-Thursday after Labor Day and enjoyed ourselves a lot! The property was perfect for the two of us. I think having 6 would be a stretch spacewise, but 4 would be doable. It's a lovely oceanfront condo and a short walk to the beach. Having the pool just steps away was an added bonus! There were a lot of flies on the porch most of the time, but nothing to do about that. Lovely spot for a quick mid-week getaway!

We are NOT beach people... So this ocean front condo was PERFECT. 2 days of sleep had both of us ready for our 2 mile morning walks on the beach followed by mimosas on the balcony.

Location can't get better than ocean view. This property does not provide any towels, dish rags, hand towels, wash cloths, or sheets. Also does not provide hangers. Be prepared to pack or purchase, along with laundry detergent etc. The view was amazing!!! My husband, four children, and I enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time to Ocean Isle and the first time we have stayed at this condo. The view was perfect, we loved how close everything was to the condo- right within walking distance. Everything was clean, and looked just like the photos. We plan on staying here again for our next family vacation!

We loved the location of this property as husband is a pier guy. We could walk to pier, Breakers subs (wonderful) and pizza, wine bar, dining, putt putt, ice cream, etc. Unit was clean and private. We celebrated 25th anniversary and birthday and had a fabulous time. Would recommend!

It was an excellent stay. The place was more than We could have hoped for. The only down side was the room was supposed to be ready at 2. We got there at 2:30 and our room wasn’t ready till almost 4. Past that I’d recommend it to anyone
