Welcome to 191 Sweet Shop Lane! This custom retreat sits in the heart of the Suncadia community. Conveniently located, walking distance to the Lodge, Inn, Swiftwater Cellars, driving range/golf courses. The Lodge and Inn and Swiftwater have great dining options and spectacular views. This home offers the best features and entertainment for the ultimate resort experience.

Planning a couples getaway, ladies weekend, mens golf weekend, or class or work reunion? This mountain home is perfect with 4 King bedrooms, each with private bath en-suites. There are 2 patios; a private space to enjoy the hot tub and another space for gatherings with seating, fire pit and gas BBQ to enjoy meals or quiet mountain evenings.

On the main level you will find a contemporary open concept floor plan featuring a large gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room. This open light-filled space features vaulted ceilings and access to the two separate outdoor spaces.

The large mountain modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink and lots of counter space to accommodate preparation of meals for large groups, as well as smaller intimate dinners. The dining table can seat 10, and there are 4 seats at the island for conversations with the cook.

The living room seats up to 11 comfortably to enjoy a big screen TV, gas fireplace, or conversation. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with the group.

Home Features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Two downstairs Master suites feature a King size bed, TV and attached bath with tub and shower. Both have private access to the outdoor patios.

The second floor has a loft area and two suites with king bed and attached full baths; one with separate soaking tub and shower, the other with a walk in shower.

The half bath is on the first floor.

Excellent home for our group of 6 women celebrating our annual Christmas Exchange. The house is laid out perfectly for playing cards, hot tubbing, listening to music in the large, beautifully laid out living room. We had difficulty getting in to the rental (not too good with the electronic entry stuff) and our host was right on it. She showed up and even brought in all our stuff sitting on the front porch. Outstanding communications and lovely home. We plan on returning again next year.

There was plenty of room for all seven of us. It was nice to have separate beds and baths. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. The only aspect I would point out is that although the furniture is well suited for a group to watch sports such as football games, you can't access them without your own personal streaming subscriptions. That was a little disappointing.

Very roomy and comfortable for a weekend away with a group of friends. The en suite bathrooms with each bedroom were awesome. Excellent amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in process and the host was very responsive to questions that came up over our stay. Everybody in the group agreed we would definitely stay here again!

Five of us gathered from around the state - it was a lovely and easy to access location. The owners were very very responsive and patient with my questions. We mostly stayed at the house and surrounds- there was plenty of room to either gather or have some quiet time inside and out… I would stay again The 4 bedrooms each have an ensuite and the extra half bath was convenient as well! The kitchen was stocked with enough tools to make all the meals - and room to keep everyone involved - the open plan makes sure everyone can still be part of the fun. The beds were comfortable, and hot tub a nice addition (we had 3 in at a time). The hot tub system outsmarted us but the owners were over super quickly and had it up within an hour (maybe less) Two things to be aware of - (1) the development means the neighbors are close and this lovely home doesn’t have window covering facing the neighbors (privacy fencing between the two homes was very nice) which we only noticed because they also didn’t seem to have any, and the upstairs “bunk room” of the neighbors has a clear view into the living room at night - nothing untoward happened but it was there (2) like most VRBOs I’ve been to, the knives could use a good sharpening … I keep forgetting to bring my whetstone with me! All in all a wonderful property and reasonably priced

Four couples had a delightful time at this house. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open concept living area, and a great outdoor fire pit. It also had a hot tub but we were having so much fun we didn't use it. Easy walk to restaurants, winery, and golf courses. We were very surprised how close Roslyn and Cle Elum were. High recommended.

The house was beautiful, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The large table was great for games. There were 7 adults sharing the house; we loved that the beds were kings and that there each bedroom had its own bath + there was a powder room. It wasn't a big deal to us, but future renters might like to know that the hot tub is accessed through the master bedroom. Also, there is no usable closet in the master bedroom. (It's locked.) We were at Suncadia for a wedding, and had to share an upstairs closet for our dress clothes. Suggestions to make a stay even better: 1. Put brighter bulbs in the upstairs bathroom with the tub (left bedroom.) It was not bright enough to do makeup in that bathroom. 2. We appreciated the iron to touch up our formal clothes, but a full-sized ironing board would have been much easier to use than the small bed-board. 3. It would be nice to have a book or list of directions for the TV, the hot tub, and other amenities. It could include a list of recommended local restaurants, attractions, grocery stores, hiking maps, etc. Also, please note check-out procedures so renters can plan ahead. They were not added to the VRBO site until the last minute. That said, we were very comfortable at Todd and Maria's house and would be happy to stay there again!

We have stayed at many rentals, this one took the cake! It was fabulously well stocked, had everything we needed for cooking for a big group and plenty of room. Beds where comfy. Hosts where easy to communicate with and the process was seamless. We will be renting this one again next time we head back to Suncadia. 5 stars!

We four senior women have been friends for many years. This was a great place to gather for a reunion! The 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, were lovely and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals and snacks. The hot tub was perfect for soaking and chatting.

The house and amenities were great. The only inconvenience was that we were charged a fee for the hot tub, however when we arrived the hot tub had been turned off. It took a day to heat the water, not a big deal, but worth mentioning since there was an additional charge.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It had everything we needed! Plenty of space for a group of friends to enjoy the weekend. We loved that every room has its own private bathroom. We made use of the hot tub and gas fire pit. Good location for walking to the restaurants in Suncadia. Our hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful. Golfers: This is completely out of the control of our hosts, so doesn’t affect my rating at all. However, Suncadia gives priority to members and hotel guests. Everyone else can only book out 14 days in advance. We tried to book exactly 14 days in advance and the course was completely booked by the members and we were unable to play. I think it’s only fair that non-member golfers are aware of that.

I rented this lovely home for my team's leadership retreat. There were 4 of us on the trip. It was perfect for brainstorming, relaxing, planning and having personal space. We moved between the living room and private patio (with firepit) throughout our days, enjoyed dinner at Swiftwater Cellars and at least one made it out to the hot tub on occasion. Each of us had their own bedroom and bathroom so we all felt like we had personal space while together. I took pictures to show my family in case we decide to have a small family reunion. Check-in and checkout were super simple. All went off without a glitch. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable, well stocked getaway with several options for hanging out.

We loved our stay here. It was a reunion for college friends and our spouses and the location let some people get some rounds of golf in and we also spent a day exploring Roslyn. It was great to have four bedrooms, each with a full bath attached. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and more. The house is gorgeous and we had a great time.

We had a great time in this home with my annual girls' trip. We enjoyed wine tasting, golf and axe throwing, which was super fun. This house is really nice, with beautiful furnishings, comfortable beds and was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table as well. We had the most amazing time at this property. The home is stunning and the perfect setting for a mountain escape. The location was perfect for us to attend a wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. The kitchen had all the amenities and more. Each bedroom has its own private bath which was so nice for each of the couples to have their own space. We’ll definitely return to stay here again.
