Escape the ordinary and unwind in style on the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This home was designed with vacationing in mind! Our first-floor unit, part of Seagate Condos (a small four-unit building that enjoys one of the closest to the ocean lots on Amelia Island!), features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master boasts Bali inspired decor, equipped with a king size bed and luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. The guest room- a cozy queen with a true, beach cottage feel. Relax in the evenings in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, marble tile and quartz countertop sink. Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen showcasing white quartz countertops, new appliances, and white cabinets with lots of light filtering in through the two large glass sliding doors. Relax on our comfy, Pottery Barn sectional backdropped by a beachy shiplap wall and enjoy one of your favorite Netflix films to close out a relaxing day on the beach.

Retreat through one of the sliding doors to your own large, private oceanfront deck. Lounge in the hammock in the shade, have happy hour on the outdoor sectional, enjoy our *new* gas fire pit while listening to the ocean waves, or host a dinner party at the solid teak table which seats six. Cook your own dinner and pick your fresh herbs from one of our well-maintained, raised garden beds, or have our private chef come cook in for you and your guests! Enjoy your morning coffee in one of two large lounge chairs with cushioned ottoman overlooking the dunes and listening to the sound of the waves (keep an eye out for the gopher turtles- mornings are when they love to make an appearance in the dunes!).

Stroll down your private beach access and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach puts you at 2 great beachfront restaurants. Outdoor enthusiast? As part of your stay, we include usage of our THREE ocean kayaks as well as our soft top surfboard and paddleboard. There is nothing better than a calm morning on the ocean! Golfers? Great! As part of your stay you will also enjoy access to the exclusive “The Golf Club of Amelia Island” and their immaculate 18-hole championship golf course which also hosts the famous “Concours De’ Elegance” (based on availability/guest fees apply). Our condo is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

This beach condo is truly one of a kind. Unlike most condos, there are no stairs or elevators along your route to get to the beach. Just walk out the back door, and you're there! Another favorite feature of ours is the large deck out back. Where most people have a balcony with a couple of chairs, our beachfront deck is large enough to house an outdoor sectional, two large lounge chairs with an ottoman, a teak table that seats six, a hammock, and 3 raised garden beds. You won't want to spend any time inside!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! This was our first time to Fernandina Beach but we hope to come back soon! The condo had everything we needed and it was so nice to have a tent and chairs for the beach! If you want to enjoy both the beach and the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach/Amelia island, this is the perfect spot. Straight from the porch you can hop onto a private board walk over the dunes and onto the expansive beach (Close to the Sand Bar!). It's basically a straight show (6 minute drive) to downtown for shopping, dining, and live music. The unit had anything you could need from basic amenities to beach gear. Our host was responsive and checking a breeze. I have full intentions of returning to this lovely stay!

Great location for the car show in for shopping and eating downtown. The house was very cute on the inside. The beds were really comfortable and the walk to the beach was nice and short. We enjoyed sitting outside, using the fire pit and listening to the ocean at night.

This is a very cute beach cottage. I have two reasons for not giving a perfect rating: there are no beach views. We loved the back porch and comfy lounging area, but you can only hear the ocean. The sand dunes are pretty and you walk right up to the beach, but we missed the views. Also, there is a lot of foot traffic from the people in the unit right above us. We heard them especially at night.

We had a terrific stay at this condo. It's beautifully and comfortably furnished and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. We loved the spacious deck which is well-shaded in the afternoon. It provided a perfect spot for us to relax with our dog, listen to the surf, and enjoy relaxing dinners. Our hosts were quick to respond to messages and provided very helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do while we were in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at this condo! The location was great and the place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. The sofa and the beds were super comfortable! This is one of the best locations at Fernandina Beach. The ground floor unit makes for easy access to beach or car without multiple trips up and downstairs with people and pets. New appliances, countertops, a good-sized TV for those times you're not on the outdoor furniture or on the beach. Isolated enough for a quiet getaway, yet near enough to shopping and restaurants to ensure a great week at the beach. We will be back.

If you want comfortable beds with great linens, comfortable furniture, all the necessities to cook dinners in, very nice decor, and a patio to die for then this is your condo! We took advantage of the patio since the weather was pleasant and even enjoyed the firepit, all while we listened to the surf. There is a very short boardwalk to actually see the beach, but the dunes are lovely to look at and definitely provide that beachy atmosphere. Management was great and access was easy with a key code. Couldn't ask for more!

Ashley's property is absolutely perfect! I was prepared to be impressed just by the pictures, but it is even better in person! A well equipped condo in a perfect location with the beach as your back yard - I couldn't ask for anything more. It has everything you need throughout the day - coffee maker, plenty of beach chairs and toys even kayaks. The beach is perfect and very quiet. We were not used to having our own section all to ourselves! So relaxing. The outdoor area at the condo was my favorite part, a great place to come relax and listen to the ocean. I would absolutely stay here again and would not change a thing. Absolutely perfect!

We greatly enjoyed this condo! Ashley and Brian are wonderful hosts! Great location and proximity to Downtown Fernandina Beach and restaurants (lots of good music on Friday and Saturday nights) . Very comfortable furnishings and bedding, well appointed kitchen. The back deck was a real highlight, great place for morning coffee, reading, of course napping and cocktails while enjoying the sounds of the ocean! Several restaurants/bars that can be reached by an easy walk on the beach. Two thumbs up from Tammy and me! Oh and two paws up from our boy Ruckus! We will visit again…
