It was fine for what we wanted.
Took a while to understand the Hive heating system.

The location of the house wasn’t too far away from Beverley town centre. The area of the house was quiet.
A few things could do with being updated like the shower ( not very powerful ) the door handle into the living room ( was loose), also the microwave not in good condition. So don’t agree with the bond you have to pay for damage/ breakage. On top of what you pay for the property also maybe some air fresheners.

Good location and quiet. Plenty of space and comfortable. Great price. Warm and secure.
Bit faded. Twin room lacked bed side tables. The curtains in the bedrooms were not hung properly and were difficult to open and close.

Too many msgs from the Host which were not needed.
Booking.com msgs followed by the email auto received which is expected however the was also texting too despite me advising that it was my parents staying and they had the number if needed.
Booking.com msgs received in the middle of the night from the host and texts received early on day of check out for my parents.
Long winded process with ID and deposit. This has put us off further stays.

Good location, 15 minute walk to the town centre. Very quiet area. Close to Aldi and Sainsburys local. Onsite free parking. Good sized space. Very clean.
It was a bit lacking in personality and some aspects were in need of updating.

Off road parking. Kitchen well equipped and visibility through the window so the person cooking could still interact with the rest of the group. Comfy lounge area with enough seating for all guests. Good size dining table for communal eating. I liked the additional trundle bed being in dining room so additional guests could go to bed even if other guests were staying up a bit later.
All good. Only thing i would improve on would be adding a couple of throws in the lounge to help keeping warm when sat in the evenings. I know this may make additional washing/drying. As we were there in winter it didnt affect us but outdoor seating would be good. (There may be in Summer as there appeared to be a garage so it may have been in Winter storage).

Love rhe spacious house. And quiet neighbourhood
The shower is horribly low pressure Half rolls of tissue for a family stayinh for two nights.. For the price we paid for 2 nights, buying even a four pack of tissue shouldn't be too hard as a courtesy benefir. No heating first night. Second night fairly OK.

Paul the owner was great and quick to answer any queries. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Small Sainsbury's and fish and chip shop just round the corner, a few minutes walk. 20 minute walk into the centre of Beverley so great position.

Location more than 15 minutes from the town as advertised.
All of the curtains in the bedrooms needed changing. Couldn’t close them properly and block out the light.
Small bedroom to poky for an adult.
Bedroom with two single beds - in very small.
The landing area very dangerous access to bathroom very tricky.
Part of the fence to the front and back of the property missing anyone could have walked in.

Quiet location with easy parking, the property was a lot bigger than it appears on the photographs. Close to town centre and amenities. Very clean and not lacking any mod cons.

Owner very approachable and attended to our requests and queries straight away. Property in nice quiet cul de sac.
Couldn't get to grips with heating controls. Couldn't it to stay on. Kitchen needs more utensils for home cooking. Several small points which could improve overall quality of our stay. Owner made aware of these.

Nice & quiet, very clean, nice comfy beds & plenty of kitchen ware. There was even complementary tea, coffee & milk & shampoo, condioner & shower gel. The host Paul was very helpful on a couple of occasions when we needed him. We enjoyed our stay that much we added an extra night.

Ideal location. Definitely a home from home, lots of space for the children. Paul, the host went above and beyond for us. Sourced a Christmas tree, complete with lights, and was so thoughtful leaving our children a present each. Already looking at dates to stay again next year.
