When you enter through the front door, the inviting main-level LIVING AREA greets you with honey-colored wood floors and a cozy stone fireplace. In front of the fireplace, there’s an overstuffed sectional sofa with room for everyone to snuggle together, and a large HDTV mounted over the flames that’s perfect for watching the game or your family’s favorite TV show.
A formal DINING SPACE features a lovely round dining table with seating for six, with bar stool seating for three at the nearby bar. The bright and open KITCHEN boasts gleaming maple cabinets and marble countertops that continue dramatically up the backsplash. The premier appliance suite includes a gorgeous gas range, dual-paneled refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and microwave. This main level of the home also includes a convenient POWDER ROOM.
Climb the steps to the serene second floor, where you will find the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a craftsman-style king-size bed, HDTV, and a private balcony with mountain views. In the ensuite bathroom, you’ll love to relax in the deep soaking tub or large steam shower. Downstairs from the main floor, you will find the other bedroom suites. The second GUEST BEDROOM includes a full-size bed, and the final guest bedroom is a camp-like BUNK ROOM with two rustic twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private full bathroom.
