Overall, I recommend it!

The location is fantastic—right in the center, close to the train station, and within walking distance of Luzern’s main attractions. The free luggage storage facility is a great feature, allowing you to explore the city hands-free before moving on. The staff was also quick to respond to calls or texts if we needed anything.

Due to the caution money system, we had to be vigilant. It’s unclear what breakages the caution money covers, so it’s hard to know what to be careful about. However, the staff listened when we reported issues after entering the apartment.

it can be good for 1 day stay. But not more. Location is the only selling point.

Cleanliness. They did not even provide the right cleaning material for our 3 day stay. We had to request basic things like a broom to clean the apartment. When asked, the response was, `its not our problem.`

For a last minute grab it was fairly good. It worked, but then, I usually am up before 7:00 am.

The apartment itself was clean and a good size.

The building, the halls, were really dirty. There is a concrete demolition project going on right outside the window that starts at 7:00 am (June 24). Good morning!

Overall comfortable and nice.

Location, size, staff

Curtains rather thin, room does not get dark enough at night, power points very awkwardly located, do not cater to people like us travelling with universal adapters, some more crockery would be helpful, dicing board in the kitchen, a bigger bed would be welcome.

Hay que dejar 200 euros en depósito por posibles daños Me parece inapropiado para una noche Fue el martes pasado y aún no tengo hecha la devolución Es la primera vez q piden tanto en concepto de depósito,según para que economías es demasiado Aparte hubo que pagar un seguro...

Disappointed with Swiss hospitality

Arriving in the late evening when the sun was already down & under the rain, we walked past the apartment due to poor direction. The reception was not welcoming & the man did not give a helping hand with our many luggages. The lift did not bring us to the apartment floor & we had to manage another flight of stairs. Apartment was dark & poorly equipped. One other bedroom did not have hanging wardrobe. When we asked for another portable hanging wardrobe which was available only in 1 bedroom, he said "Not possible". Kitchen was really dark & did not even have a knife for cutting a loaf of bread. Clock was not working, door of shower room was half broken, rubbish bin in kitchen was broken too...

Relativamente cénteico pero nada funcional

Los enchufes y la luz está lejoscéntrico de la cama No funciona el wf No hay lavavajillas Nos han cobrado 38 euros en impuestos que no estaban presupuestados Intentamos alargar la estancia un día, por no andar cambiando, pero nos pedían más dinero nero, a pesar de no ser ya temporada alta. Hay que llamar por teléfono para poder acceder al apartamento, aunque pedí atención vía email para poder utilizar el traductor.

Spacious 2BR apartment, well maintained and perfect for 2pax

2BR apartment was more than spacious for two friends, we each took 1 BR and had plenty of living room, dining room and kitchen space to relax and cook in. Service was great, despite the fact that this looked like a residential building. Staff was very fast to reply on text whenever you need anything. Check in process was simple, for us we texted the residence 5 mins prior to our arrival to let them know we were reaching. By the time we got to the door, there was already someone standing there waiting to welcome us which is much appreciated. While the building had an elevator, he also helped us with our luggages which was very nice! Upon given the keys to the apartment, we were given an apartment tour + information about the building and neighbourhood which was a thorough and comprehenive introduction. Some initial issues with wifi but the staff was very actively troubleshooting so we mostly just waited for their instruction before it was up and running again. We found out after that while the building is a residential building, many apartments across the different floors are holiday apartments belonging to the same company and they have a staff office located within the building which made it easy to contact them if we needed any additional help. They showed up at our door step promptly during those times as well. Amenties were very well maintained, the kitchen even had a dishwasher and dishwashing pallets were provided. 3 supermarkets in the neighbourhood made it very easy to buy groceries. Location wise, it is rather close to Luzern station and you can walk provided you don't have too many luggages. Otherwise, I would advise you take a short bus ride.

La ubicación y amplitud del apartamento.

Nos encontramos las camas sin hacer, literalmente tuvimos que pedir las sábanas y hacer nuestras propias camas, para colmo las almohadas y edredones estaban sucios. Los muebles tenían muchos desperfectos y marcas de uso, la puerta solo quedaba cerrada bajo llave (no funcionaba la cerradura) y la puerta de la ducha estaba descolgada. Por todo ello me parece excesivo el cobro de 200€ de fianza por una noche. El estado del apartamento no lo merece.

Lovely spacious apartment, friendly host, extra comfy beds, lovely and warm, and quiet location.

Very friendly host who greeted us, showed us everything and answered any questions we had.

Nothing, everything was great. A microwave would be handy but everything was as described.

Sober, maar wel voldoende voor wat we zochten en lekker dicht bij het centrum.

De borg kon niet via pin en moest daardoor via cash, die we moeten halen (met extra kosten), want we hadden niet 200 euro cash op zak. En dat na een vermoeiende dag met hele zere voeten. En natuurlijk moeten we dat ook weer inwisselen (met extra kosten). Erg jammer.

Property was good, but staff was not accomodative

Mosquitoes. Staff was not good, did not even let us use the washroom while picking up the luggage. Bed mattress was not good. Charging sockets were loose. Spider webs were there in the balcony, we could not use it.

Very good

The location was very convenient (a 10 minute walk from city center). Property was cleaned and as pictured. The host equipped the apartment with coffee, tea, towers and necessities, which was nice. They also offered a guest pass that provides free bus pass and discounts on activities around the city.

There was no AC so it was a bit hot if you visit in the summer months, but they have fans so it was ok. I wish the beds were more comfortable.

Very good

Check in an Check out was easy. Location close to city center is nice. You get a Luzern pass from the accommodation which gives you free public transport and discount.

It gets quite hot inside (we knew there was no AC), but when you open the windows lots of mosquitos get in. Maybe a mosquito net in front of the windows could help.
