Bwthyn Y Cwm is a superb mid-terrace cottage resting within the village of Penmachno in Snowdonia National Park, Wales. There are two bedrooms including a king-size with a TV and a twin room, benefiting from a ground-floor bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to four people. The ground floor also holds an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find a communal garden and off-road parking for one car. Bwthyn Y Cwm is a great base for a small family to explore the natural wonders of North Wales. One small well behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Gas central heating, partial underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. 2 x Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Please note: the lawned area at the back of the house is privately owned by a neighbour with access to high street only. STRICTLY NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS LAWNED AREA. There is a small secure area behind our car parking area where dogs are welcome. One small well behaved dog welcome at the property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles.
