Very nice view of the Aravis and Fiz chains, and the Aiguille de Warens.
The chalet is located 600 m from the village center of Saint Gervais, 2 km from the cable car which leads to the ski slopes, village-cable car shuttle, close to the sports center (swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf).
Bus station in the village of Saint Gervais.
SNCF station and Thermes au Fayet at 6 km.

Unlike the "fixed" cancellation of the site, the conditions are as follows:
In the event of cancellation by the tenant intervening up to 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded. From 60 days and until arrival, the deposit will remain with the owner, unless the latter finds a new tenant for the same period and at the same price. In the event of cancellation due to an infringement by the owner, the deposit must be returned in full.
