Do yourself a favor, book elsewhere.

Not great in terms of the way the staff welcomed us and treated us, the place needs an urgent facelift, location isn’t ideal.

The staff was rude and unfriendly except for the night team who were kind enough to lend us their electric kettle as the kitchen is not equipped. There is no actual kitchen just a sink and empty cabinets.

We have a short stay in Manila and I booked the accommodation so in between flights we could get some sleep. I messaged

There was a bed and it was quiet

We were on the bottom and the window into the corridor constantly let light into our room

Bon hôtel pour passer 2/3 nuits de passage sur Manille, il remplit parfaitement son rôle.

La propreté a été un grand plus, tout était nickel ! Le lit double très spacieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins et essaie d'aider et de répondre aux différentes demandes du mieux qu'il peut. Localisation pratique pour aller visiter Manille (15/20min max en taxi en fonction du trafic).

La salle de bain ne contient pas de rideau de douche ou de paroi pour faire une séparation avec les toilettes (comme souvent en Asie) et reste peu spacieuse. Les stores de ma fenêtre qui donnaient sur le couloir n'étaient pas assez occultant ce qui peut être dérangeant pour dormir car le couloir reste allumé la nuit. La cage d'escalier résonne très fortement, je conseille donc des boules quies pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger. Le wifi n'est pas très performant.

Not a good stay

We really can not say a lot of positive things about this hotel. The staff at the Reception was friendly...but thats really it.

I just wanna send some picture, so you can see how the room looks. I am fully aware that the Philippines is a country with a high poverty...but as OYO is a hotel chain, i would expect a bit more than this.

Value for money.

Clean and near to restaurants and transportation access. Staffs are accomodating and respectful.

Neighbours not within the building are noisy. I guess becos the wall of the building is attached with like an apartment near. And my room is just behind it. But it is all about adjustments and getting used to the situation. They atleast do stop their noise before 12midnight, so it's fine.

Only if you are in a really tight budget and no other alternative.

Although we were on the 3rd floor, there were loads of cockroaches, a lot of infiltrations on the walls right next to the bed, no hot water.

Overpriced for the facilities it offered.

Nothing.

Facilities need some maintenance, like broken door knobs, table needs fixing, no chairs provided,, no microwave oven, no refrigerator, all for the rate of P2K plus (including tax) per night.

The place was clean and tidy.

I like the location, it was close to the mall and just a few steps from where my sibling lives. Easy process of check in, I like how the room was - small but still has enough space. It was clean and tidy. The room has space to store your things (cupboards and small wardrobe/cabinet), and a small table. They provided two towels and a set of toiletries but just for one guest. Would also be best if there was a liquid hand soap. The tv has a few channels where I could watch a proper tv program.

The water coming out of the shower was too small amount. It was good thing they provided a bucket and a dipper. The set of toiletries provided was just for one person. I don't know if it was a protocol because of Covid, but a visitor cannot come even just for half an hour.

It is accessible. Near to my work & my daughter's school.

Low internet signal & it is not soundproof. You can hear the voices of the persons staying on the next fl. And why there are noises even in the the middle of the night. 😩

Superb

Value for money, friendly and helpful staff and very flexible to your needs! Booking and coordination was also a breeze.

Pillows were kinda flat and can be abit hard to fall asleep to.
