Home was very charming and full of all the amenities. However, neighborhood is quite busy and main street in front of home, Morrow Ave., has constant traffic on it and people speed through the neighborhood early in the morning and late at night. Only place to park your vehicle is on the street, so we made the decision to park on the side street of the house to avoid any issues. This was not disclosed in any of the comments, but future renters should be aware in case you are expecting a quite neighborhood. Not so quiet.

Cute little place with adequate parking. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Security cameras made us feel very safe. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need. Lovely home will definitely look into staying here again if we are in Waco.

The house is so cute and location is fine. It’s is in a neighborhood that is loud with people and traffic.
We had a great time seeing all Magnolia!
The house is historic so very cute but smells very musty.

This was a beautiful, cozy home. We loved our girls trip and had a great place to stay in. It was very clean and comfortable. We had all we needed. You will need to park on the street and the light switches are in odd places, but it’s to be expected in an older home. The hosts are great communicators so if you need anything, they can help.

Very clean, comfortable and perfect size.

Lovely home, enjoyed having Alexa for music!

Had a wonderful stay at this charming little house. Host was very attentive. Instructions were clear and concise. Would stay again.

We booked this house to watch the total solar eclipse and it served us for that purpose, however if we are ever in the area again, we would not book this property. You can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into decorating the place, but it was lacking in some necessities like cookware (only 1 skillet) and decent knives. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband ended up sleeping on the couch. The hosts were unreachable during our stay too.

I'm partial to older homes, and this one has personality. Hostess was amazing.

Rating the three times my wife and I have stayed in the Waco area, this home was far and away our favorite. The hosts communicated VERY timely and continually offered themselves to help with any questions/concerns.
Since the home is equipped with a washer/dryer, it made packing for our trip SUPER convenient, since our stay was going to be almost a week at the home. Equally convenient, was the location of the home, not only to Waco, but to shopping and nearby attractions also.
The ONLY points taken away, and this is knit-picking, for us, compared to the two previous stays, at other homes, was the lack of off-street parking. My wife and I will ABSOLUTELY look at availability for this home, before for any future visits to the Waco Tx. area.

The little Brickhouse was charming, and filled with all the basic essentials. Loved it.

This home is very cute and cozy. Close to everything. We would absolutely hear again and again.

This house was dirty and smelly. The house is in a really old and crappy part of town. My wife and daughter were shocked. The house is also on a corner, so you have car lights shinning in the bedroom all night. The ad says close to magnolia, but it is still a good 15 min drive to the silos. I know this sounds harsh. I wish I would have seen a review like this before booking. Because I would never have booked it. This is a condensed version of my entire experience. Renter beware!!!!!

This little house was perfectly located for our visit to Magnolia. It is located on a fairly busy corner with stop signs, which translates to a fair amount of car noise even throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to pack some earplugs. Otherwise, no complaints.

We had a wonderful time! Perfect location and the house is adorable! Thank you for having us!

Charming house located close to Magnolia in Waco. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Great place to stay for a girls’ trip weekend getaway!

My two friends and I wanted to have a cute house we could visit and catch up and this house was exactly what we were looking for. It is close enough to all the things we wanted to do in Waco and also a great place to just relax. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Elizabeth, the host messaged me with instructions on how to enter the house and they were detailed and appreciated. There is not a driveway but we had no problem parking our three cars on the street especially since this is a corner lot. The products they use in the house are also great (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) The kitchen had an amazing gas stove and the fridge has a water/ice maker. We loved the charm of the house and details the host has put into it. Overall, this house was exactly what we needed for girls weekend away and we would gladly book again.

We had such a fantastic time. The house was adorable, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to get to all the Waco locations and safe to walk the neighborhood.

I think the best thing I can say is the owners had a welcome book, that provided great details of things around, things they loved. Everything was clean and in working order. My son found a Oregon Trail game it was missing a dice but we bought one to replace the one missing the game was great for evening fun at home. It was close to Magnolia and near stores.
Only negative was the height of the entrance coming up the stairs in front of the house. My son is almost 6 foot and we weren’t aware of how short the entrance was luckily he was paying attention on the way in. I would have just suggest that it be listed as a pro caution for potential tall people.
Otherwise this was an perfect place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing was the temperature would reset in the middle of the night and we would all wake up sweeting.

The place was spacious and conveniently located. Great for our family's needs.

Was a peaceful stay in updated 1920’s home.

The property itself was well maintained and full of character. Elizabeth ensured that the arrival was as easy as possible. The check-in process was seamless. The property more than meet our needs for our stay. Although there is no off street parking, it was easy enough to simply park on street immediately in front of the property.

Hosts were great, house was perfect, everything was easy!
The post specifics there is only street parking already but I would like to add that we were able to park on the street directly in front of the house every time which made it very easy to come and go!
Would stay again!

Close and convenient to shopping, especially Magnolia market!

My sister and I greatly enjoyed the house! It is wonderfully decorated and has many perfect amenities. Out of the owners control, but… parking on the busy street was not ideal. We did eventually end up parking on the side street.
4.7
The location is very close to Magnolia Market and Magnolia Table and antique stores on LaSalle Street!

The house was a lovely place for a girl’s trip to celebrate my birthday. The decorations were adorable and had everything we needed. Elizabeth was fabulous to work with. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no driveway so you have to park on the street. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room with the double twin beds. Overall a great stay.

The best place to stay in Waco while visiting our Baylor Bear!
4.7
I would have preferred to not have to park on the street. Otherwise it was great!
4.7
The property manager was excellent. Extremely responsive which was much appreciated.
For us the neighborhood was a bit loud at night. Location to Waco was great.
4.7
Wonderful for a group of 4 friends! We loved the gorgeous decor and cozy touches. It was a great location close to many of the local shops, sites, and restaurants. The Christmas decor was such a festive surprise! Our host was very informative and kept in touch throughout the booking and stay.

We loved this charming older home! Decorated so cute! A tv in both bedrooms was a plus. Easy access to get in and the book of details on the table was very helpful. It was a perfect fit for our Magnolia visit, exactly what we were looking for.
