Molto bello ed accogliente, consiglio vivamente.

Ambiente molto familiare, Biagio è veramente molto simpatico e cortese. Colazione abbondante e varia. Consiglio vivamente.

È appena fuori Scalea, quindi indispensabile avere un auto per spostarsi

Понравилось все, ездим с мужем не первый раз, Бьяджо очень приветливый и дружелюбный хозяин.. Завтраки приготовлены с любовью, выпечку делает его мама, за что ей отдельная благодарность, Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал, Очень рекомендуем для отдыха, особенно кто устал от шума городского и хочет именно отпахнуть на природе , в тишине

Beautiful renovated building with swimming pool and nearby beach.

Very good breakfast in beautiful room overlooking the ocean.

Only one electrical outlet in room placed near the head of the bead. But owner brought us a couple of extension cords to compensate.

Soggiorno favoloso! 😍😍

La struttura è favolosa..a pochissima distanza dall'ingresso di Scalea..le stanze comodissime e spaziose, con spazio esterno dove potersi rilassare..colazione abbondante e per tutti i gusti...parcheggio privato disponibile.. Biagio, il titolare,è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione..ci torneremo sicuramente!! 🤗

A partire dalla struttura, curata e accogliente, oltre che pulita, confortevole e dal piglio molto moderno, per arrivare all'oste, Biagio, accogliente, preparato sul territorio ed oltremodo attento a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, il nostro soggiorno presso l'87029 è stato perfetto. Biagio ci ha indicato i migliori posti dove mangiare, le attività e i punti d'interesse da non perderci. Veramente notevole l'impegno nella valorizzazione del territorio attraverso la promozione di esperienze che permettono di conoscerlo al meglio. Consigliatissimo e complimenti ancora a Biagio!:)

A nice location for a relaxing vacation

Very cordial and really helpful and friendly staff, very nice facility, amazing interior design, water and coffe always available all day, super tasty and rich Italian breakfast.

We enjoyed this peaceful, quiet and clean property.

This property is on the outskirts of town. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The owner was very attentive and helpful to arrange transportation for us. The building is unique with many artistic touches and collections of the owner.

Not a criticism, but we didn’t realize this property is not within walkable distance of the main part of the city.

An excellent place to stay.

Biagio was the ideal host, very friendly. There was a great selection for breakfast. As a solo traveller it also felt very secure. In summer, I imagine this would be perfect with the lap pool off the private balcony and the sea just fown the road.

I personally like a kettle in the room, but couldn't fault the coffee bar in the lobby.

Magnificent!

Such beautiful views of the mountains, the house was gorgeous and the host was simply amazing! He welcomed us in such a friendly way and we did feel like we were at home! Absolutely amazing, will definitely visit again if we ever come back to Italy! :)

Extraordinary accomodation, the best I've ever stayed at! The room is cozy and the entire place is just beautiful, it was like out of a Hollywood movie (in a good way hahah). I especially recommend getting a room with a direct private access to the pool. The staff was super sweet and welcoming, Biagio was always available to suggest places to see. It was hard to leave!

Initially there was an issue with the room and we were asked to stay at a different - and way worse - accomodation for the same price. Luckily the staff managed to solve it and we had to stay at the different place only for one night and as an apology we got a room upgrade and a welcome present.

Unbelivable host, beautiful and special location. The owner, Biagio Cavalliere, was very helpfull and open, giving us the recomandations about the beaches, restaurants and the history of the old beautiful city Scalea…Really nice italian breakfast…In the end, we had the feeling that we were not just tourists, but friends! Grazie mille, Biagio!

P’n’T-REVIEWS: We have been on our way down the coast heading south and found this very nice road house! The communication with the very friendly host Biagio worked very well. Prior to the check in he sent us important information and planned the time for the check in. Biagio welcomed us, showed us our parking lot, brought us inside and checked with us our room. This was cozy and everything was there what was needed: double bed king size, balcony, small TV, good working aircondition but not very powerful, fridge with bottled water, separate bathroom [br] with toilet, fan, hand soap. Everything was clean and tidy. We booked a breakfast for 10€ extra per person (you can also choose a smaller italien breakfast for 5€), which was ok and the coffee was very good! We didn’t use the swimming pool area because of lack of time but the displayed photos are not the same. But it’s a nice clean pool! One of our best stays in Italy

The house is set in a nature, quite close to the beach. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The host Biagio was very nice and attentive. The house is a state of art - very modern and stylish. The breakfast was amazing. The fruit is from their own garden. If you are looking for an awesome retreat - go for this beautiful place.

A house you could call your home

It’s a very clean and spacious building. Every thing is brand new or up cycled with great style! Biagio, the owner, clearly has a vision for his business and goes to great lengths to make sure you’re comfortable in every little thing. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Also the staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast and treats were great too! Our stay there was one of the best I’ve had so far. I would definitely do it again!

Exceptional

Biagio and the entire team of the 87029house made us feel super welcomed (in a typically Southern Italian way) since we took the first step in this super new and stylish hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Free water and tea/coffee available all day long. We also had a private terrace and an outdoor shower (in addition to the one in the bathroom). Breakfast was awesome, featuring local sweets and seasonal fruits, plus fresh croissants. Biagio was a wonderful host and helped us planning all the activities (he booked both rafting and paragliding for us), provided us with plenty of local tips on things to do, places to visit and restaurants to go making our holiday a really effortless pleasure. Strongly recommended.
