Me quedé con mal sabor de boca

El baño.

Alquilé una habitación porque me gustó lo que vi, cuando llegué al alojamiento era la mitad de pequeña y no era lo que contraté. Hablé en recepción y me dijeron "que eran fotos orientativas". El desayuno buffet demasiado caro para lo que hay.

Vistelse med sol men inte bad.

Ute miljön var verkligen fint. Bra ute plats. Med bord o stolar. Bra storlek i huset. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Fint poolområde, dock endast som dekoration.

Det märks att området är till åren. Söndriga lådor, myror i badrummet, kryp i köket. Litet kylskåp. Många solstolar är sönder. Det är iskallt i poolen! Det gick inte o simma i poolen då det var så iskallt. Vi är vana vid kyla just nu har vi -16 hemma. Men så kallt i vattnet. Såg max 5 personer i vattnet samtidigt på 21 dagar. Barnbarnet kunde vara i 2-3 min sedan skakade han av kyla. När de mätte temperaturen tog de ytvattnet i poolen med en plastspruta o mätte på sprutan.

Nous avons été "sous-classés", la chambre que nous avions réservée n'étant "pas disponible". Le personnel d'accueil n'était pas aimable La nourriture de l'hôtel est ignoble. Les chambres sont vétustes et mal équipées

Calme et Tranquillité dans cet hôtel.

Location de 8 jours en janvier 2024. L’établissement est un peu à l’écart du centre ce qui est très bien pour la tranquillité. Pas de soucis pour garer la voiture.L’hôtel ne fait que la demi-pension, le repas est à 14€ et le petit déjeuner à 7€50. Les logements sont bien équipés et permettent de faire un peu de cuisine. Nous avons parcouru toute l’île à partir de maspalomas et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, car de toute manière il faut grimper dans la montagne pour découvrir toute la richesse de gran canaria.Nous avons même fait le tour des dunes à pied en passant par la playa del ingles et retour par le phare. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres sont faites très souvent.

Les logements ne sont pas très bien insonorisés, ont peut entendre son voisin, mais cela je nous a pas gênés.

I will definitely stay here again all in all very nice place. The hotel staff are very professional and there are credit

to be honest, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. if I had to say one negative thing, it would be the bar staff could be a bit more friendlier to families.

Good value for money

Good size rooms and they clean your bungalow every day providing clean towels. It's quiet and safe also and AC worked perfectly.

You're not allowed to have any visitors from outside of the resort although it's not mentioned on their page and nowhere as I've looked everywhere. That was really disappointing yet I've survived without it. Cleaning is good but it can be improved. The most annoying thing is that we had a toilet that kept leaking on the floor. The resort is nice but needs updating although the staff is doing the best.

Really nice place, easy location to take public transportation and go to the beaches or to the nearest shopping centers. The pool was big and clean. The dinner and breakfast had a variety of food at very good prices.

There is garden, lots of nature and trees sararounding every bangalow/studio apartment which is really nice but our place had ants in the bathroom and kitchen coming from outside!

A nice vibe at the complex, friendly staff and neat little convenience store (more expensive than the supermarket but that is to be expected).

The bathroom window was filled with mold. The smell was very noticeable from the beginning but we were tired and wanted to rest after a long day. I am sure that if I would have gone to reception a solution would have been found. Clear signs of maintenance problems that routine cleaning cannot solve, such as the mold in the high bathroom windows, mattress toppers, and old furniture

Enjoyed my stay at Caybeach

The frontdesk staff were really friendly and serviceminded, poolarea big, clean and perfect.

Good swimming pool, nothing else

Dirty bungalow, no services and staff not educated at all! Bar close at 22.30 and no chance to have a drink close by.

Very good

The place, the people (mostly in July, while in August the guests were a bit more impolite). The waiters were great and the receptionist always helpful. Unfortunately the maintenance technicians couldn't fix the problem of an annoying stink coming out of the shower. The holiday was great for us and the kids, family friendly place, awesome pools. The cooks are great, exceptional food, freshly cooked fish every day and a good selection of vegetables and cakes.

The customers in August were more rude and there was a stink coming aut of the shower. The first three days we were in a bungalow with air conditioning broken.

Good value for money

The pool was great and the rooms were well equipped. Pool bar offers a variety of food and drink and there’s happy hour twice a day. Only one problem is one of the lifeguards didn’t allow balls left lilos in the pool even for little kids and was very strict about it and sort of ruined the atmosphere but other than that it was great value for money

The breakfast was lovely, staff were lovely, cocktails were very strong

The cleaners version of cleaning a room is sweeping the floor and making a bed when the sheets are dirty, the cleaners also robbed my bin bags when I purchased them myself, the location wasn’t the best with not much restaurants around. The buffet wasn’t the best with not much option of different foods. The meat was the same every day
