Situated on the 5th hole of the Weiskopf course, yet still incredibly private. 4200 square foot floorplan with stunning chef's kitchen, spacious great room, gas fireplace, wet bar and pool table. Plus 4 luxury bedroom suites. It's the perfect place to enjoy all the desert has to offer!
Time spent in the delightful backyard will have you planning your next vacation to Casa Azul. The sparkling saltwater pool and spa has an extensive tanning shelf and peaceful waterfall. The putting green is perfect for a little practice before hitting the links. Or enjoy a game of cornhole. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool to enjoy the intimate garden setting. It's on the golf course, yet incredibly private thanks to the mature landscaping. There are plenty of spaces to relax and spend time with your group. Gas firepit with seating for 4. Outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and a built in BBQ grill and prep area. Covered outdoor living room with ceiling fans, and a secluded center courtyard with outdoor dining for 4.
The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool. The great room has a large comfortable sectional, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and pool table. The wet bar has a sink, wine fridge, prep area, glassware and seating for 4. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen is an absolute delight. Highly upgraded with gorgeous granite countertops, Wolf 6 burner gas range, high-end appliances, and a spacious island with seating for 5. The formal dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen table has seating for 6.
The spacious Primary Suite has a King bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, seating area and private doors to the back yard. The Master bathroom has dual sinks, a jetted jacuzzi tub and large shower with dual showerheads and bench seating.
Suite 2 has a Queen bed, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. Suite 3 has two Twin beds, HDTV and en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. The separate Casita has a private Suite with King bed, HDTV, private doors to the courtyard and en-suite bathroom with tiled shower. The Casita living room has a couch and extra seating, large TV, desk and its own entrance to the center courtyard.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
