Welcome to "Palm Place", a beautiful and spacious coastal chic DESTIN beach home located directly across from the community pool and just steps to the beach! "Palm Place" is located in the family friendly Crystal Shores neighborhood of Destin. The neighborhood is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, world class golf courses, an IMAX movie theater, Whole Foods & Publix, countless restaurants & shops, miniature golf, an arcade, marina and much more. The charming neighborhood is lined with white picket fences and brick sidewalks.
The main house is 2600 square feet with large wrap around porches and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is over 1100 Square feet of outdoor deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and three outdoor dinning tables that seat 22. A perfect set up to enjoy the lazy days at the beach with your friends and family. This beautiful Destin Beach Vacation Rental is handicap accessible.

We had a great time in Destin. The house is better than advertised. We especially enjoyed the breezeway area that has a table big enough for all 15 of us.
The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and spices.
The beach is a five minute walk from the house.
I highly recommend this house!!!

The house was really nice. The location was even better than expected. Being right across from the pool was perfect. The beach was a 2 minute, super easy walk. The amenities were great. Any questions/concerns we had were answered by the property owners right away.
We thought about renting a golf cart. It was not necessary. Stores, shopping and restaurants were not really places you could travel to on a golf cart. There was one restaurant in walking distance, just across from the beach. Others you had to drive to. Shopping was super close.
We had never been to Destin. The only thing I wish there was more of was shopping and places to eat on the water. Maybe a cool downtown area to explore? There might be, it just was not super close to where we stayed. Besides we were pretty content at our house and at the beach.

I don’t usually put reviews on here, but this is the best rental my family and I have stayed at. From the cleanliness of the house, to the extra beach supplies they have for visitors including beach towels, a cart to haul stuff to the beach, lots of pool floaties, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. Beach is an easy 2-3 minute walk as well! Pool was also very clean and never busy! Loved our stay- will definitely be back in the future years.

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked and garage had everything we needed for the beach. It was only a 2 min walk to the beach so very close. The community pool is directly across from the house so felt like we had our own pool at the house. There are so many restaurants and shopping within a few minutes from the house so we we never lacked for something to do. We would definitely come back and stay again. Tony was a great host and had excellent communication! Thank you!

This house was spot on! Our group of 11 (8 adults and 3 kids) loved the house. The rooms had everything we could ask for and was super clean, too. It was great to have both the crib and high chair on-site for our use. Despite the rain we enjoyed the outdoor seating and the pool across the street. Thank you for the opportunity to stay for the week!

This property was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The pool was right across the street and was great for all the kids. The beach was walking distance with the water beautiful and clear.
The house had beach toys for the kids which they loved. We had everything else provided that we needed. It was a great week.
The owners have been very communicative/responsive and on top of everything from the time we booked this property 9 months ago all the way through our stay.
Highly recommend this property for great multi-family getaway. It was so nice to have the separate house as well!

Nothing but positive things to say about this house and the hosts. We had 13 people, ranging from 3 - 68, staying at the house for a week, and it was perfect.
Some Highlights:
- The location is perfect. 3 minute walk to the beach. There's a cool cafe on the corner, where you can grab a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning, and a cocktail in the evening. You can walk to a lot of other stuff too.
- The outdoor space is incredible. Wrap around porches upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of seating areas and places to just talk, play cards, drink, and hang out. On multiple afternoons, my wife and I just sat on the upstairs balcony and read for a few hours while drinking coffee. There's a decent grill there too. In fact, we did a lot of grilling during our stay.
- The carriage house is awesome. It has two bedrooms, a living room, and also a full kitchen and washer/dryer. This was a lifesaver. My sister stayed there with her teenage daughter and my teenage daughter. It was great.
- The layout of the house works well. Good communal spaces, but there's plenty of room for everyone to retreat for a little private time.
- The bottom floor works well for people with mobility issues. There's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, which worked out well for my mom, who has a hard time with stairs.
- The hosts. I've stayed in a lot of places, and Tony and Deby were easily the best hosts we've ever worked with. Communicative and informative.

Amazing location only a few steps away from Crystal Shore Beach. Tony was great and his home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids (under 5). I would highly recommend this location!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Deby was very responsive when we had an issue with the plumbing. There was plenty of room. Loved having two kitchens! With 14 people in our group, the only inconvenience was counting on, but not having, both dryers operating.

What a wonderful stay in Destin. We had originally stayed in Destin and eyed this house as a potential for our next trip. So happy we were able to book this house and stay for a week. It was so convenient having the main house and carriage house for our guests. The property is just a short walk to the beach, but also convenient if you want to take a drive around Destin.
Tony and Deby were super communicative leading up to our stay, and were available if we needed anything when we initially arrived. We look forward to staying at this property in the future!

Our family of 13 stayed here and loved everything about the house. It was really close to a great beach. The house was clean and they had everything we needed in a home away from home. There were tons of beach toys, beach chairs and two carts to haul stuff to the beach. The owner checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. He was very willing to help with anything we needed. We had so much fun making family memories and would definitely stay here again!

My family and in-laws stayed at this home for a family vacation. The location of the property is A+. It’s near shopping, food, and the beach. The pool is right across the street. The only downsides that we could come up with are that the pool is a little small, the house’s interior could probably use a refresh/update, and the TVs were hard to work (would recommend getting rid of the roku systems and using YouTube tv or regular cable only to simplify). Overall - we loved our stay here and the owners were very nice and complimentary. Would definitely stay again!

House was perfect, short walk to the beach, pool right across the street. The one negative experience we had is when people staying within the neighborhood had friends come swim in the pool who were not staying in the neighborhood. Made the pool overcrowded and weren’t able to use it a few nights.

Comfortable home less than a five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 15 people staying there. The owners, Tony and Deby, were very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Host was very helpful and went above and beyond with any question. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Cute neighborhood. Close to the pool which was very convenient. Walk to the beach was easy - beach supplies provided! Can’t say enough good about it. Highly recommend.

Holiday vacation
We stayed right after Christmas. There was multiple cockroaches in the guest house. We ended up leaving early because of how many there was. The pool was not heated and very very cold. The house is nice and had everything you needed in it.

Beautiful beach home!!
This home was perfect for our group of 15. The location could not have been better! We were steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and all the shopping you could want was a short drive away. Our hosts were friendly and responsive-communication was easy and frequent. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking big family dinners and the decor was so pretty we didn’t mind eating in. Such a wonderful spot for our family vacation!

Family Friendly
This is a great property ! Our 8 adults and 7 children (2 - 9 y/o) fit nicely. We had useful common areas and plenty of sleeping configurations. There are 2 kitchens (with all the necessary pots, pans and utensils) and two washer and dryers. This makes for efficient meal preparations and laundry. The expansive covered decks were the ultimate. Allowing respite from the sun, nice ocean breezes and cool gathering places. The neighborhood pool is just across the street and a good alternative when the beach gets to be too much. The walk to the beach is a short, safe and easy. The garage has 2 nice beach carts, 8-10 beach chairs and all kinds of beach toys and other fun stuff. We had a great time in this very accommodating place.

Location location location
This home is spacious and well kept with a ton of amenities. It’s very close to the beach. You can even see the water from the top deck. The beach entry has a pavilion with showers and bathrooms. We loved lounging and playing cards on the extensive deck. A hammock would be a great addition. We had a group of 12 and we were all very comfortable in the home. The landlord was very friendly and had great recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend this house and would rent again.

Perfect spot!
Great location! Walking distance to the beach—easy for even the littles! Near the movie theater and bowling too—we had a rainy day so that was perfect! House was fully loaded with all the things you needed! We will be back!

WE HAD A GREAT TIME!! This was a perfect location for a group of 12 people and local friends who also visited from Ft Walton and Niceville area. It is close to the beach and Destin Commons for shopping. It was very clean and comfortable for all of us We had a little problem with the locks when we first arrived but Deb and Tony were readily available and handled the problem immediately. We will definitely use this property again and recommend it as a great family or team building get away.

THE BEST BEACH EXPERIENCE EVER
This place is a freaking GEM! Tony is absolutely incredible. He was so accommodating. He made sure that every single detail that makes a vacation relaxing was taken care of. The space is amazing. There is so much space, and the house was spotless. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. When I book my next trip, I will look for this property first! This was seriously the best beach vacation spot I’ve ever stayed!

The Perfect House for a Family Vacay Get-away
We stayed here back in mid August, I apologize for the late review. Got back to reality with work and back to school craziness. With that being said, I can't wait to go back. If you are looking a for house to have a fun family vacation. This is your house, look no more. Everything you will need, is already there. No need to pack the just in case things. All the kitchen necessities, towels, beach towels, beach toys, and SPACE. The house was beautiful, and had a very warm welcoming feel to it. Very close to the beautiful beach, safe and easy walk with kids. The pool across the street was a plus, we had a windy day (Tropical Storm Fred was on his way), we made the best of it and got to enjoy the pool. The Leo's were awesome hosts, great communication, answered all of my questions, great hospitality. You will not be disappointed with your stay, this is the perfect house to get away from the craziness of life and enjoy making memories with your family.

Great place to stay and close to the beach
Beach access was great for this property only a block away. Also, everything was extremely well stocked including towels and beach toys. Really no need to bring anything other than clothes to this beach house. It was a great place to stay and the owner is very responsive. It was really nice to have heated shower outside to wash off the sand. Stayed here for my wedding and it accommodated all the guests really nicely.

The house was exactly what you would want. Great location, nicely decorated, and furnished. The beach was a couple blocks away. The house had everything you would need for cooking, the beach, grilling, etc. The pool is right across the street. Tony and Deby were all over making sure everything was right with our stay. The main house is where the 4 sets of parents stayed and our 4 senior boys had their own space in the carriage house! They were as thrilled as we parents were to be on their own!! (But really a couple steps away)

The house had a lot of extras! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a fully stocked kitchen!
The location of this home is amazing!! The community pool is a hip, skip and a jump away from the front door and the beach is around the corner!
