This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water. The amenities include both men's and women's body wash as well as shampoo. They provide quality toilet paper. The towels are thick and plush. And yes the bathroom has a fan, something many hotels leave out these days. We didn't cook but they provide anything you need from utensils and cookware to seasonings. There's a screen door and a porch light, which were a nice bonus. We were extremely satisfied and hope to stay again next time we are in the area.

We went to Hendersonville to spend Christmas and New Year's with family who live in the area. The tiny house was just what we needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was super comfy, hit showers and heat which we needed since it was a lot colder than we are used to here in Florida. Highly recommend.

Upon arriving at this property at check-in time, I was unable to gain entry as outlined in my booking confirmation.
Upon contacting the host, I was informed that the property had not been cleaned and prepared for us.
We came from another state for this trip and were caught off guard by the unpreparedness of the hosts of this property. We had to find lodging elsewhere for the night last minute, which was highly inconvenient and difficult.

This property was clean, well maintained, quiet and the perfect size for the two of us. The description and photo's were completely accurate. It was conveniently located right off the interstate, near food & shopping and easy to find. We did have an issue with the internet and tv at one point, but when we contacted the owner, they responded immediately and the issue was immediately resolved. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. We've enjoyed both the house and it's location; 2 miles to downtown Hendersonville. Residential neighborhood is very quiet. Bed is comfortable and house is nicely decorated. Small kitchen has everything needed to fix meals if you choose to eat in- we usually do breakfast, lunch but eat dinner out. Keurig coffee maker with a nice selection of cups for whatever flavor you prefer. Lots of storage is a big help as the house is tiny. This place is nice for a couple or someone with an infant but any more than that may feel pretty cramped. Bathroom is small but has a nice sized shower. Host has cleaning supplies as well as shampoo, bath soap if you forget yours. There is a shaded area to the right of the house that is nice in the evening- my husband enjoyed his evening cigar. There is a wicker patio set and a picnic table- there is also a grill but we were unsure if it was usable and again, we have several restaurants in Hendersonville we like to frequent for dinners. We bring camp chairs to sit in. Access is super easy- the host has recently installed a keypad to the front door which was easy to use and very convenient.

We arrived later than we expected, once we arrived it was so dark we couldn’t see. Unsure of where we were.. there was no lights/porch lights in the “tiny house”. My husband tripped trying to get inside. The keypad was easy access but trying to get up the steps to the actual door was aggregating. The bush to the right side of the steps was over grown and made it difficult getting inside. Once inside we were getting bitten by mosquitoes.. (inside the house we were getting bitten) multiple bugs were crawling on the floors and walls. The AC unit wasn’t even blowing cold air. It was set at 68 and it felt more like 75. It was very stuffy inside the tiny house. I cleaned the counter top myself with my own lysol wipes and they were dirty. It smelled like a cat had been there before us. Along with cat hair on the folding chairs at the bar area. The towels did not smell clean but looked clean.. we felt unsafe and concerned about the air conditioning so at 11pm we found a hotel. We stayed maybe 15 minutes at this tiny house. I have contacted the owner for a refund. I have not received anything yet. I’ve been in contact with VRBO due the my concerns. The photos that are listed are not at all what the place actually is. Save your money and just book a hotel.

It is really tiny, like a large bedroom with a tiny bathroom and little kitchenette attached. The shower is small but nicely done - plenty of hot water. The bathroom towels were big and plush; they supplied four of them but only two washcloths and two face towels; we could've used another one of each. The kitchenette was lacking a toaster but they brought one for us the very next day (but sometimes it set off the smoke detector even when nothing was burning). The bedding could be updated to a better quality and style. But the bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe so we got good sleep which is all we really needed out of the place. Not comfortable for sitting around or having visitors. A very reasonably priced 'room' if all you're needing is a place to sleep and shower.

Nice small place for those that are travelling alone or a couple. Small bathroom and smaller than most hotel rooms. Quiet neighbourhood and easy access to highways and shopping. Did not see any property manager or owner as check-in and check-out were by auto lock on door.

At first i was liking it only issue i thought was lack of electric outlets, but next day i found mold in shower and maggots coming out of outside trash can located in outside patio

No heat, called VRBO mgr number, lefr message, no return call. Got ahold of owner, she was annoyed, sent someone to work on heat, took ten minutes to get to work. Heat didn't work right for two nights. Than worked third night.
Dog next door barked a lot.

Overall, the house was cute and was just the right amount of space needed for 2 people. The check in process was really easy, we just typed in a code and let ourselves in. I was really excited to have a morning in and cook breakfast, however the stove was out of gas. I reached out to the host to let them know and was told it would be fixed within an hour. However it was not fixed during the entire duration of our trip and I wasted a lot of money on groceries that I was not able to cook. I was not offered any sort of help or compensation which was a bit frustrating, but overall the place was safe and nice.

My husband and I stayed at this adorable little house while we were in town for a wedding. They house was adorable! Clean, well decorated, and equipped with everything even an iron and ironing board! The location was perfect, we were able to go to the Biltmore and also do some things in Hendersonville. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice and quaint little bungalow. Excellent location off I26. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. The only thing we ran into- the shower curtain needs to be longer…

Very clean and updated very tiny house. It is about 15' x 15' I'm guessing....quite small but plenty for one person. Good for a couple who really likes each other! Has an outside small fenced yard with table and sitting area. Love the on-demand water heater. Cute and fresh tiny bathroom with all you need. One person at a time. Has a two-burner stove, coffee machine (k-cup) with coffee, small fridge. Was initially hard to locate in the dark since the address belongs to the house that is in front and on the road of address. This tiny house sits behind the other house and on a different street that runs beside the house. Easy parking. Once you've found it once, no problem.

It was quiet and secluded. Very cute place with a little side garden with hammock. It was nice to have a small kitchenette with gas burners and plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Not a happy camper!
Wasn’t as it appears on line, looked run down to me. Grass should have been mowed and trees trimmed

Nice place
Clean, quiet, nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. Only slight complaint is that the only seating options are bed or folding chairs. Some sort of easy, softer chair would be nice. Loved the near by hike (little Bradley Falls) trail

Great place to break up a long drive!
We stopped on our way from North Central KY on our way to Hilton Head. The listing is accurate and was easy to find and access. It was a quiet neighborhood, and close to just about everything. I would suggest bringing pillows as the ones there don’t have good support at all. The mattress is firm, which I don’t mind if I have good pillows. The keurig was great and they provided a variety of coffees and a cappuccino. Decaf was also available. The use of space was great. There was also different cooking spices in jars for your use as well. We didn’t cook, but thought that was a nice addition. Shampo, and body wash was also in the shower for use as well. Nice shower and great water pressure. The grass and weeds around the house and driveway needs to be manicured better, but that may be a NC thing as we have seen a lot of that around there and in SC. I wasn’t sure about the checkout process because I didn’t see anything, but I did hang out towels up, made the bed presentable, swept the floors, and changed garbage can bags. Lots of adequate space for storage if you stay long. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back if we come down this way again.

Great spot nearby to Hendersonville
This is a great spot for 1 person or a couple to stay. It's close by to the highway (you can't hear it, but very convenient) and nearby to great hiking/biking/breweries, etc. If you are looking for somewhere to lay your head at night, this is perfect. It is literally just a bed and bathroom with a small kitchenette, but perfect for somewhere to sleep.

Nice studio unit with basic kitchen supplies and Keurig. No decaf supplied but I bought some pods and left them there. Bathroom door is barn style and does not lock. If you are traveling in a sports car, the parking is over a curb and you should be careful, as your front spoiler might not clear. This will not be an issue with many cars, but it would have been with mine. I think the host should post a ground clearance notice. Parking is not covered. Parking is gravel, so if you are on a motorcycle, be sure to have a plate or park with your stand on the beam running across the parking area. The desk area inside could really use a lamp. Enjoyed the stay. Would recommend.

Great place, great deal
We stayed 3 nights while visiting my mother in Hendersonville. The location was great for us. The property was just as described and shown. It's small, but it was all we needed. We'll definitely tell family members who also are looking for places to stay when visiting Hendersonville. We'll certainly look booking again, the next time we head down to NC.

Convenient Location
We stayed a week. The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was adequate since we were there just to sleep. We cooked breakfast a couple of times. Wish the bathroom sink and the shower curtains were a little bigger (water splashed out every time and had to dry the floor) but it's a small inconvenience for the price. Overall, we were happy with this tiny house
