Welcome to your next home away from home in beautiful Southern Vermont! This “gem” of a place is a cozy, bright, well decorated slope side condo that is a TRUE ski in/ski out. No need to deal with the far parking or lugging of all your things!! No need to use the lodge for food or bathrooms since you ski right back to the condo for all that! A fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated work space & wood burning fireplace makes this lower level condo a great choice for either a quick getaway or a longer stay. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views right here!
Chester House , where our cozy condo is located, is the first of all the sections to be built here in Bromley Village. It was established in 1968 and built by Fred Pabst (Pabst Beer). You will be staying in the “House” section of Chester House. There is the “Shed” section (the middle) and the “Barn” section (closest to Plaza Trail).
This is not just a winter destination, enjoy all that Bromley has to offer at Vermont’s Summer Adventure and shared pool. Come see the spectacular mountain views as the leaves change in the Fall.
Our condo is perfect for a family of 4 or a couple. The roomy master has a queen bed and a half bath. The living room has leather couches, one opens into a queen sofa bed. There is a twin bunk set nestled in the living area as well. For anyone who needs a workspace while here, there is a comfortable desk area and excellent WiFi. Cable television is available on main TV, and a Firestick in the bedroom TV.
Conveniently located near the complex’s clubhouse where there is a seasonal heated pool with lifeguards, a playground, a fitness center, tennis court, and a sledding hill with fire pit.
Wake up in the morning and step right out back door to see amazing views of the sun rising up behind the mountains! Enjoy strolling around the pond located at the bottom of our road, while taking in the views of Stratton Mountain. Hiking Bromley is as easy as walking out the back door right onto the mountain!
You are sure to enjoy the beautiful views as you take a stroll or a cardio challenging walk around Bromley Village Condos..
You have access to all the amenities Bromley Village has to offer. There is a gym located over at the Community Center as well as a downstairs lounge area with couches, tv, fireplace, bathroom & kitchen. There are games like air hockey and foosball, a kiddie section with books, hula hoops and a stand-up play table.
In the summer enjoy the use of the lifeguarded pool from 8am – 8pm.
Take a stroll down to the pond to see beautiful sunsets and views. Just a short walk straight out of our condo down past the Community Center building. You won’t be disappointed!
Take a stroll (or ski) through the Enchanted Forest. Can access it right from Bromley Mountain or walk out of our building, up the road to Birches Way, make a right ono that road and walk all the way to the end behind the wooden shed you can gain access.
And in the winter this forest is just magical….
For those days the kids want to sleigh ride….please feel free to use the sleds hanging out at our back patio area to the hill across from the Community Center.
Tickets for skiing and the summer adventure park can be purchased on line or on the premises at the base of the mountain.
The Wild Boar restaurant at the lodge has year-round indoor and outdoor bars to enjoy some cocktails, and dining room seating for great lunches! Downstairs will be your cafeteria style dining for more of a quick lunch

We were pleased with our stay and ability to ski in ski out easily. I didn’t give 5 stars because there was a lot of dog fur and my son is allergic. Otherwise, it’s a great place to rent.

This home away from home made us want to stay forever. It is cozy and it has all you need. The easy access to the mountain right out of the back door made it simply amazing for our family, yet still quiet and peaceful, private.

We loved staying at this condo. It had everything we needed for a perfect winter getaway. Great communication with the owner. Clean and cozy. We got lucky with lots of snow and we were able to enjoy the mountain with the comforts of home. Location is amazing. Ski-in, ski-out. Best of all, we were able to enjoy a vacation with our beloved dog. Kids had a blast here. Sledding and playing in the snow right in the back yard. Wonderful place.

My family and I stayed at Laura’s condo for the second year in a row. This property is a true ski-in ski-out on Bromley Mountain. My husband and three children loved being about to ski from the condo and take breaks as needed. The condo is adorable and we loved all of the classic games. Laura is an excellent host and puts a lot of care and concern into her guests. Thank you for another excellent trip. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay and found Laura to be a welcoming and helpful host. The condo is cozy, adorable, very clean and thoughtfully stocked, well beyond essentials. Very family friendly- my daughter loved the bunk nook and we all appreciated that there we plenty of games to play after a full day of skiing.

We just got back from a fabulous stay at Laura’s place. The location was superb and a big bonus if you want that ski in/ski out experience. The kids loved the bunk bed nook and my husband loved the fireplace with plenty of firewood too! We went to Bromley market, which was fabulous, and right down the street. They had a great selection of prepared meals that we brought back to the house, and the desserts were delicious. Laura’s communication was wonderful and you can tell she really takes the time to make sure everything just right for her guests. The binder she created was a great addition with many suggestions for restaurants, shopping and things to do for every season. Thank you again Laura for a wonderful stay. We are already planning a return trip:)

My family had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean, and comfortable condo. Great location…so easy for my 3 young boys to ski all day with easy, frequent breaks throughout the day. The condo itself is very well maintained and stocked. The space is used extremely well so even a family of five had space and it never seemed cramped. The hosts were beyond helpful, thoughtful, and kind. Good not recommend this place enough…thank you for sharing your home with us!

The unit was as advertised. Great location and peaceful. Unit was well stocked. Even though we were there in late September, it was easy to see why it must be a great place to stay during ski season. If you like hills (like me), it's a beautiful area for cycling. Great dining choices in both Manchester (Ye Olde Tavern among others) and Londonderry (New American Grill).

Owner made us feel welcomed from the moment we confirmed the booking! Obviously cares about their home and the happiness and comfort of guests. The decor is comfortable and "vacation-y". Everything was clean and we found everything we needed. The binder with local information was so helpful! All of us, and our yellow lab, had such a nice time exploring the beautiful woods and pond of Bromley Village! Would return if life brings us to that neck of the woods again! Thank you!

Cozy, comfortable and clean condo with ski out access to Bromley mountain. Pool and updated clubhouse is a few steps away for fun in the summer. The place has all you need for a weekend getaway or a peaceful vacation. Just 10 minutes to great restaurants and plenty of shops in Manchester. A short ride to Bennington, Brattleboro, Chester, and Ludlow. Our host was so accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with. If you’re thinking of Vermont as a get away you MUST stop here.

Cozy condo in a lovely setting
Our springtime visit to this ski village was absolutely lovely!. The condo had everything we could have dreamed of for our weekend stay, including welcome biscuits for our dog! Laura is a fabulous host and helped make this a vacation we will always remember fondly.

Enchanted Condo
Easy ski in ski out of a cozy condo on a great family mountain. As a young family with a dog, this is the perfect long weekend escape. The trails are a few skiable yards away from the back door.
The condo had everything we needed, a working fireplace, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo was well taken care of with comfy couches and a few fun family games. The bath tile (missing tile) and bedroom fan (rattling) needed a little work. There is no washer dryer, but plenty of places to hang damp clothing in the condo and right outside in the hallway.
Laura is a great hostess. She made sure we got in with no issues and she even left goodies for us and our dog on arrival.
We loved the Vermont hospitality and loved the place. Everyone wanted to come back. The kids loved the pirate ship and enchanted forest. Dad loved hitting the slopes every day. And mom loved snowshoeing and finishing her book on the comfy couch.

Perfect ski location with your dog
My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves with this ski in-ski out location. We just snapped on our skis and off we went down the slopes. Most importantly, we were able to bring our dog, Bernie, along who loved running in the snow and looking out the big sliding glass door. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed - fireplace, 1.5 baths, ski lockers and a beautiful living room and kitchen to just relax. Laura was wonderful with helpful tips and great communication from beginning to end. We thank you for a wonderful time.

Plaza lookout is the true ski experience
Everything that was advertised and more. Located on the terrain park trail Plaza 5 minute ski to lodge. Easy access to Mt. Snow, Stratton, Bromley and Peru markets and Londonderry .Owner was best communicator I've rented from accessible on cell, vrbo and Instagram. Excellent woodburning stove, firewood,wifi and neighbors. Very informative handbook onsite as well as everything needed to cook.

Nice little condo for skiing
This a very nice place for a family of four. True ski-in/ski-out of the patio door. Excellent communication with the owner. I would have put 5 stars if the kitchen was a bit more equipped for Covid times. More plates needed, dishwasher is old and noisy, we had to run it only when we were out. The oven had something burnt. Also, there is a gap at the patio door, a trip hazard especially when in ski boots.

Winter stay 2021
We had a wonderful visit at Laura’s condo. The location is excellent t. The condo is very inviting, cozy and even nicer in person. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to ski. I will be back in the summer if she lets us stay :)

Great stay at Plaza Lookout
We had an amazing time at Plaza Lookout over the weekend. The unit was extremely clean and well cared for. Tom and Laura were excellent hosts and attentive to all our needs from booking through checkout. They welcomed any questions and made sure our stay was stress free. If you're looking for a true ski in ski out condo which feels like a second home, their place should be on the top of your list.

Central Location
What a beautiful location! And a seamless check-in / check-out process. We were able to observe the major snow making operation we were situated right next to; the unit was so quiet and was centrally located to shopping and eating in both directions. Our dog , as well as us enjoyed all the amenities provided. We will be back !! Thank you so much Laura!

Cute and Cozy Mountainside Condo - Perfect Getaway!
What a perfect family getaway! Laura is an amazing host! She truly ensures you enjoy every minute of your time at her place! She was so thoughtful in providing fabulous welcome gifts that even included bones for our dog. She gave us tons of recommendations on hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and activities to do in the surrounding area and provides a binder that includes all this information along with her personal favorites. The condo was equipped with everything you’d ever need and attention given to all the details. There were lots of games for family game night, a microwave for movie night popcorn, and even dog bowls for our Chelsea. We enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches with her soft blankets by the fireplace. The condo is immaculate. The location was perfect on the side of the mountain. We stepped out the sliding door and started hiking up Bromley Mountain. The views were breathtaking!! We were lucky enough to enjoy a sunny fall day and even their first snowfall of the season. Bromley is just beautiful! We truly enjoyed our family getaway and were grateful to bring our dog. We’d love to return to this perfect condo again! We highly recommend Plaza Lookout. Thank you Laura and Tom for sharing your happy place with us!

Perfect weekend retreat
We had a lovely long weekend at this clean and cozy condo. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the thoughtful touches upon our arrival. I really appreciated how accessible and accommodating Laura was before, during, and after our stay. The location and views were great for catching the end of peak foliage. Our dog loved the easy access to the trail, and my husband and I enjoyed having our morning coffee on the patio.

Everything was as advertised, a great location convenient to activities, restaurants, tourist areas. Our best experience ever with VRBO. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was fully stocked, cozy and comfortable and we really appreciated the cleanliness.

Laura is an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay at her lovely property. The location was wonderful, so close to many of our favorite places and great for walking and exploring the beauty of the area. Laura provided so much helpful information, both when we had questions and in the information provided at the property. We had a great stay!

Perfect dog-and-kid-friendly cozy touchdown space for late summer hiking
We loved this condo's location on the side of Mt. Bromley. The condo itself is pretty small but doesn't feel small, it's cozy and well-appointed. The carpets had just been professionally cleaned. The kids loved the bunkbed nook. Our first day we found the little woodsy trail that led to the gravel mountain road and hiked up to the top of the mountain. It was a strenuous hike for our school-aged kids but they did it and were proud. Our dog joined us and was thrilled to be off-leash, like every other dog we saw on that hike. While walking within the condo village we always had him on-leash, though. Our kids swam in the heated pool (80 degrees!) across the street each day. We also hiked the Lye Brook Falls Trail, again very strenuous for our kids (5 miles round trip and 950 ft elevation gain) but we did it and the falls were gorgeous. Very crowded trail though--loads of dogs, all on-leash due to crowds-- and recommend getting a very early start. We went into Manchester and spent alot of time at the Northshire bookstore twice (dog-friendly!) and ate takeout pizza and ice cream, we did not eat indoors anywhere due to Covid. Our one issue with the condo is that there is no laundry, and no laundry facilities on-site. We did use a laundromat on the main rd into Manchester Center which was fine for us. We planned to use the fireplace but never did bc it was pretty warm while we were there. Overall it was a perfect little getaway and both of our kids give a thumbs-up and say they would definitely stay there again.

Summer stay
We had a great stay at this Bromley condo. Everything we could have needed was provided. We took a beautiful hike to Lye Brook Falls nearby. The next town over of Manchester has a wonderful park to explore with a very scenic rail trail to bike or walk. My kids loved swimming in the large pool at the resort and my dogs loved the long walks after dinner around the lovely pond on the property. A great place to stay for every season!

What a magical week!
This was a perfect family vacation, especially during these rough times. The place and setting were stunning, and the rental unit was perfect for our family of four. The kids didn’t want to leave their bunk beds today when it was time to leave, and our dogs spent countless nights relaxing by the fire and enjoying their walks and nature. The pool was a great bonus for our kids! Highly recommend!

Fun for the whole family
This was our first family trip since the pandemic started. The condo offered everything we needed for safe and fun adventures. From sleeping in bunk beds to playing tic tac toe, our girls have memories to last a lifetime.

Family July 4th visit
This was perfect spot for us over long holiday weekend while visiting family in the area. The property is clean and well-cared for. It was comfy for my teens/young adults and me.

Wonderful Ski-in, Ski-out Family Vacation
We wanted to do something special for our daughter’s 16th birthday. A family of skiers, a ski-in/ski-out vacation sounded like the perfect gift for our daughter and family vacation. The description for Laura’s place sounded wonderful. Laura was so responsive to my messages, answering all of my questions and so happy to share her insight regarding her home away from home, the mountain and surrounding area, so that when we arrived we’d know exactly what to expect and where to go if we needed anything or wanted to dine out, etc. Still, we were so pleasantly surprised and appreciative for how truly perfect—warm, cozy, neat, clean, charming, convenient, inviting, true ski-in/ski-out—the Brennan’s place is.
We are a six-person family; our dogs came with us, too. There was so much space, storage, room to sleep, eat, chill, and even do work or schoolwork. The entire home is cozy yet there’s plenty of room to breathe and not be on top of each other. We all enjoyed playing the many vintage games together and watching a little TV at night. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook every meal with ease. There was enough room for all of us to sit at the adorable kitchen counter/table. The decor is also so nice with country/rustic and mountain-themed touches.
Ski-in/ski-out was so neat. The mountain is just so beautiful and Laura’s place made it so that we could enjoy every moment of it. Our dogs seemed to love watching the skiers fly by, too. Loved that there were enough hooks to hang up everyone’s skiwear out of the way so we could be nice and organized and ready for the next day…space to put wet ski boots and skis right outside the door, too, or in the ski closet. Everything was just so easy and for a family of six with kids ranging in age from 9-18, this was just so nice and appreciated.
As if all of that weren’t enough…Laura went out of her way to make this trip so special for our daughter and for our family. Our daughter was so surprised with beautiful birthday decorations throughout the entire place and a special gift for her, too—so thoughtful and generous. She left special treats for our dogs, too! We're all so grateful.
We have stayed at many a B&B, hotel, etc. This was perhaps the most wonderful stay our family has enjoyed and we are all so thankful to the most kind and gracious owners for sharing their home with us and allowing us to have some peace, relaxation and fun together.

Fantastic relaxing ski weekend!
Fantastic condo with ski in/out for Bromley Mountain. Perfect for staying out of the ski lodge with Covid. Great ski/boot storage options too. We have skied this mountain before and this time we had tons of fresh powder and no wind! The view from the back slider was gorgeous-snow covered pines with the sun sparkling through the branches. The condo was cozy and we played most of the games that were there. The beds are really comfortable and the special gifts Laura left for us was a nice touch. The nearby Bromley Market has the best chocolate chip cannolis and we also tried various Vermont ales. The location is easy to find, the property is well maintained as it snowed for 48 hours! The neighbors are friendly too. I communicated with Laura and she was fabulous! She responds instantly, and she has great suggestions/recommendations. It was a pleasure communicating with her. We love skiing in Vermont and plan to stay again hopefully next year.

Great family ski vacation
We stayed for a week with our two kids. The condo is fantastic -- the beautiful views from the living room makes it feel like a secluded place in the woods, but it's located right off the plaza trail for easy ski in/out access. The layout is very well thought out with the bunk beds tucked away in the living room and plenty of storage and space to relax when not skiing. Bromley is a great mountain to ski with a young family and there is so much else to explore in the area. Laura and Tom are great hosts and we can't wait to go back again!

Beautiful and Relexing condo
This was the nice and quiet condo for vacation. It has everything a small family could need. My daughter likes the twin bunk set very much. There are some local trails in the neighborhood. The homeowner was very nice and helpful, and replied quickly for any questions. My family had a nice and peaceful vacation there.

This was the perfect condo for a long weekend in the mountains! Located slope side, the condo is immaculate, exactly as described online, quiet, and has everything a couple or small family could need for a weekend if skiing or just enjoying every season in Vermont. The homeowners were super welcoming and helpful, offering suggestions for local activities and their personal number should I have questions or needs! This is a gem!
