Tolle Lage, guter Vermieter.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter: schnell, konkret, nett. Den Schlüsselcode bekommt man vorab; in unserem Fall bekamen wir sogar KOSTENFREI einen Garagenstellplatz fürs Auto, bis zum Abreisetag 15:00 Uhr! Super! Der Weg ins (Outlet) Zentrum ist 3-4 min, also auch perfekt. Frühstück haben wir uns selber mitgebracht, ein Wasserkocher war vorhanden (mehr benötigen wir in diesem Fall nicht).

Einzig die Versiegelung der Duschwanne zur Wand war irritierend schlecht. Alles andere war gut bis perfekt.

Fürs Outlet, eine perfekte Lage. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, für uns was es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Sehr sauber, tolles Bett, im Zentrum gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal und half gleich bei Fragen weiter. Toll! Empfehle weiter.

Das einzige was störend war, war im Bad der extreme Guli Geruch von Rohre ( musste Badtüre stets geschlossen halten u Fenster auf) der mit Desinfektionsmittel evtl beseitigt werden müsste. Ansonsten wäre dann alles perfekt.

Super convenient and comfortable home for outlet shopping

Apartment is spacious, well maintained, quality furnishings.

No elevator for heavy luggage.

very clean, very close to the outlets, convenient,

difficult to find parking. we stayed for the second time and each time a child running over our heads in the upper floor woke us up… this is the only weak part

relaxing, peaceful and refreshing!

The location was amazing. very close to the stores and you could easily go everywhere by walking. there is also a private parking spot.

I wasn’t disturbed by something, but I noticed that it was very easy to hear almost everything from the staircase ( humans going up and down and the conversations that were taking place). But it was extremely quiet the other hours of the day.

no personal contact, no warning about parking tickets in not marked areas in front of hotel, instant coffee included milk and sugar, would have been nice to have this separate

overall, bed was comfortable with a good location.

very conveniently located with a 2 min walk to the Outlet. availability of cable TV (Amazon Prime & Netflix)

there were many small bugs found around the floor and one was even found inside the kitchenette cupboard.

The apartment is really near the Outlet. The room was clean.

There are no appliance for cooking or to heat the food. The occupant above us, I think they were a family, and a kid was screaming loudly and woke me up and I can't return to my sleep because I can hear them talk while going downstairs.

Perfect

Contactless check-in, fast response to our question, perfect location close to McDonalds so you can leave your bags in the apartment in a couple of minutes and carry on with your shopping, nice and clean, living room couch was OK for one night, free parking place.

Location is perfect when coming specifically to metzingen outlet.

There were no any soap or shampoo to shower! I had to use the handwash:( No staff to welcome you...keys were left in box... Matress in room 4 wasnt that comfortable...

nice apartment for a fair price!

Great value for the price! equipped apartment in the center of the village. Clean and spacious.

no heating! I was cold. just one duvet available and quite thin. they have a little radiator but is not enough. Also would be nice to offer shampoo and conditioner.
