Lovely comfortable stay , great location, good value for money & superb staff at desk especially the night gentleman

v comfortable bed with good support pillows ! Lovely lady for cleaning services.

No restaurant & no room service other than for basic breakfast. was booked for 2 bathrooms but was given different room. They gave us option later when pointed out but we were too near finishing up our holiday, wasn’t worth the effort. This was not made clear at booking time that we needed to specify we had booked for 2 bathrooms room !

The hotel looks immaculate and modern. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome for our one night in Pistoia. Great location, extremely comfortable in the Italian summer heat with individually adjustable room temperature, big confortable bed, it was great.

Looking forward to coming again! Our son is living in Pistoia (working) and great location for him.

The breakfast was perfect. Just the right amount of food - and very healthy options. The staff were so friendly and obliging……..I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Local places to eat were great (we tried three different ones).

There was a leak (NOT a flood!) in our ensuite. Every day around 6pm the floor “developed “ a puddle near the shower (even when we had not used the shower),Really odd! We used a couple of towels each day to mop it up (which makes extra washing!) A small bucket and a mop kept in the room would have solved the problem. No way did it spoil our stay though - just thought I’d mention it for future reference.

Stylish and comfortable

The breakfast was extensive and served by staff. The front of house staff were very friendly and were able to provide advice on parking and the city. The hotel appears to have receved a recent renovation. It was very conveniently situated in the centre of town. Although not so convenient on market days (wednesday and saturday) when the road is closed in the mornngs and car access impossible.

We loved everything about Palazzo 42 and wouId not hesitate to recommend it.

We loved this boutique hotel and the staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Our room/suite was wonderful.

There was nothing about this hotel that we disliked. it was so beautiful and we loved the design of it.

Well organised, modern, good facilities, very clean, pretty good breakfast, quiet for location, very helpful young staff, all in all an excellent place to stay.

Nothing really, only booking.com should make it clear that one might have to pay for parking when advertising parking as available. As it happened by chance, I did not have to.

Perfect for a little city break

The location was great and the decor was fab. It was clean modern and airy and the bed was huge!! A lovely size and style of bathroom with a big shower. The staff were all very friendly and sympathetic to my attempts to speak Italian 😂

The breakfast was a little sparse and the air conditioning while fine for me was too weak for my other half. The temp of the shower wasn’t hot enough for me.

Perfect place to stay!

Hospitality and service excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The location was perfect for a stay in Pistoia and I would recommend this place for a base to see the many beautiful sites in Toscana

Perfect stay. Exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect from check in, to helpfulness with parking, breakfast, to room comfort. Best of all it was so quiet even though my room was street facing - the most peaceful hotel I've stayed at and right in the Center of everything.
