Very nice place
The condo was very nice. The neighborhood was pretty rough. Felt safe and enjoyed the night!

Short but sweet!
Only stayed one night. Was very clean, but had some minor damage to some furniture. Pool not as big as we thought but back yard chess was fun! Close to the streetcar and a jazzy day pass only 3 dollars! Found parking easily outside without an issue. Overall great overnight experience.

Place was perfect for our family! With 3 "big boys", the spacious accommodations were great to relax and celebrate our middle son's 21st birthday. My only wish was that we would have at least gotten an answer back on our late checkout request. Yes or no would have helped us prepare for that morning better... especially after closing down Bourbon Street our last night. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and spacious as advertised. It is a newer building but has been mistreated a little. A few dings and dents, broken toilet paper holders, a cracked sink, and so on. No real show stoppers. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great but lacked a decent set of pots, pans, tools, and towels. The full size washer and dryer is a nice touch. The pool and courtyard is fabulous as well. My team had an excellent time reconnecting after 2 years of isolation. We would definitely stay here again!

The ease of check in and check out was greatly appreciated, and they were even able to accommodate and early check in for us. When a child massacred the bedding with vomit one night, we called and had fresh sheets available the next morning. The only things that may have improved the experience would have been 1) resolution of the clogged drain which created a fetid infinity puddle in a prime parking location outside the property, 2) greater attention to the outdoor clutter and occasional debris within the property grounds (again, this may not be within the hosts’ control) 3) blackout shades, or the ability to turn off the outdoor lights that surround each building (3 am and 8 am look the same through the blinds because this lights BRIGHT).
I would return here with ELATION and definitely plan booking this location in the future. The location within walking distance to the garden district neighborhoods, uptown, and the French Quarter, as well as the trolley line, make this property an excellent home base for New Orleans visitors.

Very nice duplex. Gated so felt quite safe. Plenty of room for us all. Only problem we had was the pot selection wasn't very goid and no howls or even a can opener. Had a goid time.

Home away from home during Mardi Gras
My family loved staying at this house during our recent trip to New Orleans during Mardi Gras weekend. The location was perfect and the space fit our needs perfectly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting N.O. with a large group or family.

Almost perfect
Pros: Excellent value. Comfortable beds. Highly responsive thermostat. Street parking was easy to find.
Cons: only 2.5 baths with 1 full bath en-suite to master. Only one thermostat for a whole house of adults that disagree about temperature.

Beautiful home. Place was very clean and in great shape. Looked newly built, updated, with lots of space. Love the hardwood floors, nice kitchen, and tall ceilings. Water was hot is showers. I would definitely stay here again!
