Summary:
LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Roami is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play.

The Space:
The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Laundry is free to use.
2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.
3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room

Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps), and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib and stair gates are provided upon availability.

Always start with the positive right? The unit was appropriate for 5 adults. Kitchen was updated and functional. Now the not so positive. Parking was bad. We paid the extra 49 a night and we often had trouble parking. The toilet was not secured to the floor, there were large clumps of hair on the floors throughout, one bed had dirty/bloody sheets on them, the air conditioning does not cool the back bedroom which in my opinion is reason to never rent this unit. After numerous attempts to resolve this without success we went and bought a fan from Walmart. This rental was a disappointment!

Check in was ok but our direct support staff immediately was off the clock. We get to our room and we have no towels. The phone support said that would not improve for 5 more hours. At 10pm we were delivered only a portion of the towels needed by the 5 guests. By morning the toilet paper was exhausted and there was none in the lobby. Another call and supplies came hours later. This was not 5 star service.

This was a really nice apartment style building with good amenities. Check in was easy. We found a free parking spot a couple of blocks away and just left our vehicle there for most of the four days, Ubering or walking to the Superdome, French Quarter and other areas. There are a number of nice restaurants within walking distance of the building. Tip: give yourself a whole day to visit the WWII museum; it was incredible!

First off, I didn’t receive check in information until i reached out to someone and it was already after 4. I finally got in the building g and to my unit and it had a wet smell. The building was lovely and the rooms were exactly as pictured but the floors were FLITHY AF. I got out the shower and ran to the other side of the unit and my feet were dirty. We paid all that money for cleaning fees to stay in a dirty unit. My friend had to change her sheets on the bed because they were dirty.

The location was great and easy to go to places from the unit. We parked on the street without issue, but remember to pay the meter! The only thing i wish was in the kitchen were dish towels and pot holders.

We stayed Thursday-Monday. This was a nice hotel room on Thursday night. Friday night there was beating and yelling in the hallway and we believe the guy was mustered around the corner. From there is smelled like weed and or incense all the time. Parking wasn’t great but we did park on the street and felt safe with the car parked n the street overnight. There may have been “Parking lot” around the corner for $25 but not sure if it was safe. Overall we gave it a three due to the cleanliness of the room. From there everything was seamless. We would stay here next time if we were assured the property had a weed guard on duty. And to those thinking I’m a weed hater. Do what you want where you want just respect other people’s request. A indoor hotel isn’t a place for it.

Wonderful property! Walk to Convention Center for Basketball Tournament! Clean, roomy, modern. Beds were low and a bit soft couch needs to be replaced - seems old. More seating would be great. Pool was advertised but 12 blocks away…. More kitchen dishes etc would have been helpful. Would recommend!

My friends and I came here for my birthday celebration. We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, big enough for the four of us to all be comfortable, and we were close to the heart of New Orleans. When we needed extra towels, we did have to wait a bit since housekeeping wasn’t always around. But outside of that, we loved it and we would definitely return.

The property was very nice and the location was perfect for the Convention we were attending. The only issue we encountered was a shortage of bath towels - plenty of hand towels and wash rags, but no bath towels. We had to use hand towels, which was not ideal.

The location was perfect not too far from Bourbon Street. The apartment was cleaned and had everything. Just be careful when closing your apartment door it sometimes did not close all the way. The 24/7 customer service was great as well.
