Fantastic corner location overlooking Fireman's park! Comfortably sleeps 9. Just 4 short blocks to beach, 2 blocks to town shops! Enter into open airy new Dining room with air conditioner. ( seats 8) Comfortably appointed Living room. 1st floor bath and master bedroom with AC.
Upstairs find bedroom #2 with 2- twins and 1- full also has dining/game/activity table for 6, AC & cable TV. Bedroom #3 4- twin beds also has dining/game/activity table for 3, AC & cable TV. Plenty of convenient storage for clothing. Kitchen has everything you need including take-out menus ! The 1st floor features a Game room providing air hockey, foosball & ping pong for night time fun ! The 1st floor laundry room has washer/dryer/ Iron & board/ folding table. Private backyard complete with lights! There is plenty of space to leave your beach toys, 4 boogie boards , 5 beach chairs (provided) even room for your kids bikes ! 2 adult bikes provided! ) New beach buggy to easily transport everything to the water! The house has an amazing location: only a couple blocks from the beach and about a 5-10 minute walk to asbury park, so we didn’t need to drive or Uber anywhere all weekend. The host Colleen was very helpful and friendly, she called before we arrived to answer any questions and checked in over text throughout the weekend to make sure everything was going great. The house is a family home and it very much feels that way. Lots of chotchkies and memorabilia throughout the house. The host also provided beach towel, beach passes, chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys, and basically everything else we needed for a nice beach day!

house was in a perfect location. Convent close walk to the town, Beach ,restaurants and activities in both Ocean Grove and Asbury park. Host was readily available for any and all questions. the house is great! Perhaps maybe a few less very cute things on the tables etc would be better but overall we loved it. a definately greta place to come visit a family friendly town> Highly recommend it for a fun visit

Loved our stay . The owner is so accommodating and the house was terrific . So close to beach and both Ocean Grove and Asbury towns .
Bikes and chairs were a huge plus as well as clean towels , sheets , ect . Everything we needed was there .

Great location, cozy family house! Loved that sisters and family had shared spaces. A little walk to the beach but good shopping on the way. Excellent parking because house faces a park instead of other houses. Owner very quick and easy to communicate with. Overall great experience and would recommend to friends and family

We really enjoyed returning to Ocean Grove after a bunch of years. The house is well located on a park. It’s walkable to both the beach and the Asbury Park restaurants. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, badges, bikes, etc. The air hockey and foosball are fun too. And the hostess was very thoughful and welcoming. Altogether a great long weekend.

We went for a concert in Asbury Park and decided to make a short beach vacation out of it and it was wonderful!
We have rented through the other apps several times and this was our first VRBO. Loved loved the house and experience. Coleen is an absolutely wonderful host - so kind and tentative and realistic. The house is so cute and roomy that we felt like we were at home. The neighborhood is super cute and everyone is so friendly❤️
We are looking at dates to book again for 2024.

Our host was excellent and responsive. Ocean Grove is a community with Methodist roots, so it is a calm and charming area, sort of the opposite of Asbury Park next door. The beach is beautiful. We had a great time, loved sitting on the front porch. My only complaint is that the house has a ton of little decorative knickknacks everywhere so in order to put a cup of coffee down, sometimes we had to move some decorative objects to around. The beach cart is a little worse for wear, but we really appreciated having all the beach gear. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

My husband and I live on the west coast and rented this property to meet up with his east coast dwelling brothers and mother. The house was very clean, well stocked and had a personality all of its own. We had a lot of fun playing and hanging out at the house and exploring the town that it was in.

Colleen's house is in the heart of Ocean Grove, within walking distance to the beach and Asbury Park boardwalk. Colleen is a very accommodating host and provides games, bikes, BBQ, and beach chairs, and is available via text if you need anything or have any questions. The house itself has a homey beach vibe that has a lived-in and family feel, which is part of the charm and reminds me of the shore houses of my childhood!

We had a VERY last minute stay and our host was super accommodating. She made she we knew everything that was in the house and it was very clean when we got there. The walk to the beach was not bad and we had three little ones who definitely enjoyed the park across the street and the porch! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Ocean Grove House
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. The host was amazing. She was so responsive and thought of every little detail to make our stay perfect. Perfect for kids. My son loved the ping pong, air hockey and fusball table! Also so many fun family games. I can’t say enough wonderful things!!

Sweet cottage at the beach!
Colleen worked very hard to make our week at the beach great. Our teens loved the Wii and the game tables! Her home is an easy walk to the beach, Ocean Grove village, and all that Asbury Park has to offer.
