Un peu deçue

La proximité le la plage et des rues pietonnes, á 2 minutes á pied. Joli restaurant et restauration correcte. Personnel a l ecoute et serviable. Hotel propre avec du charme.

Hotel, un peu destablisant dés l entree, avec un agencement sur plusieurs niveaux et de longs couloirs. ( parking, au 6 ème étages, bar et spa au 3 ème étage, restaurant a un autre étage... ) Parking cher, places etroites mais indispensable, aucune place pour se garer a l extérieur. Mobilier un peu vieillot, pas de douche mais une baignoire. Le SPA non fonctionnel ( sauna et hamman defectueux..) dommage car nous avons eu deux jours de pluie et aurions apprecié le SPA.

Schönes Hotel leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage war großartig. Die Rutschen sowie die Abendveranstaltungen waren ein Highlight für groß und klein. Das Buffet bietet für jeden etwas an.

Die Pools stanken extrem nach Chlor. In der Anlage haben sich an den Steinwänden große brocken gelöst uns sind fast auf mein Sohn gefallen. An sich merkt man dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Überall sind dürftige Ausbesserungsversuche von Baumängeln

Emplacement de l'hotel , gentillesse du personnel, buffet varié et bon

ascenseurs à l'arrière vétustes ; toboggans pour enfants pas en service ; piscine extérieur peu ensoleillée au matin (froid) ; all in (pour avoir des cocktails franchement a l'eau, et un pain saucisse, j'aime autant allez en ville!) ; sécurité (on nous a volé le portefeuille lors de notre arrivée (le point que je reproche, est que n'importe qui rentre à l'hotel, surtout au niveau du parking car un passage piéton de promenade, arrive sur le parking de l'hotel!) ; badge des chambres s'est désactivé plusieurs fois (je ne suis pas le seul!) ; bracelet pour le all in mais il faut quand même sa carte de l'hotel pour prendre une boisson prés de la piscine ! , lampe de la terrasse tout le temps allumée la nuit (obligé de fermer les tentures) ET piscine intérieur uniquement sur rendez vous et pendant une heure qu'au matin avec les enfants, d'autre part, très vétuste, on n'y a été qu'une seule fois car déçu...

Great location, great food and drink, enjoyed it.

It was clean and enough for the children. Also the food was good for every type of diet. For fussy eaters and special diets. The front of house were amazing - I would say the best in the hotel due to their hospitality and happiness and also I watched one guy help out the waiting staff by collecting plates and making tables. It was good to see they were helping when the waiters were really busy.

There is an assumption when you arrive that you know where everything is and the rules about the towels and all inclusive section of the bar. The bar staff looked so fed up and unhappy - I don’t know if they are overworked and underpaid or just don’t like their job but they were the most unhappy. In fact I was a little apprehensive about approaching the bar as they spoke to people like we should know about these rules but we had just arrived! They don’t notice how long you have been there or even that my children had been ordering food and drink all week with their wrist bands but asked them on the last day to show them their bands. It was like they hadn’t even noticed us. It’s not a good atmosphere with the bar staff sorry. There was a lady cooking food who was so good at it and felt she could do with a hand. She was courteous and polite always. Nice lady. Night time the entertainment started too late - 10pm is normally chilling out time. It might be better to have entertainment 9-11 or 8-10. It was a good holiday, good location. Food was really good and also the choice of drinks was really good. Just motivate the bar staff and maybe have some of the entertainment staff hold a welcome meeting for new arrivals so we know where everything os and what the rules are about the pool. Even a little tour etc. it would create a better atmosphere and maybe lighten the mood on the bar staff who have to continually explain the rules.

the hotel is very clean. food tastes great, I love it the spa is small but looks really nice pools are amazing the lady from reception was really nice and she helped me a lot with changing my room

the hotels rooms are not isolated and you can hear everything is even worse if you room is closed to the bar, you can sleep because of the noise. some of the staff are really rude, especially the ones from restaurant the eating hours are too short , just one hour and half for diner, you have to make sure that you are always in time the snack bar is almost nonexistent I asked if I can take a slice of pizza on the room for my 4 years boy who didn’t like to stay on the restaurant because was a lot to busy and noisy, (we even have to wait to be sitting.) and they was too rude. of course they didn’t care if you have a baby you are not allowed to take anything with you from there , which last year in Greece they was really ok with this I don’t think is worth to pay all inclusive they will still try to take money from you with every occasion

What I really like the staff! they really speak all languages: Russian, French, Spanish. very nice and friendly. With kids it’s might be nice because there are swimming pools and all facilities will work only from 15 June.

actually the hotel is super tired. It is clean. But I wanted to change hotel from the first day. we paid 250 euro for 3 nights and it was so expansive for everything we got. Food sometimes was cold and not tasty. I didn’t want to eat there. Place is good but only for 2.5- 3 stars NOT MORE!

the spa was basic without adequate changing facilities. the chairs on our balcony were changed to old dirty chairs without our knowledge and the reception staff didn’t know why or who had done this, which made us feel this was a security issue

We like the staff. They are really friendly and nice, the WiFi is strong, quiet place for goood sleep.

Perfect vacation

The pool, restaurant and close to the beach

noise, very thin walls, noise of the water pipes and the room doors automatically close, very hard, banging , specially annoying in the middle of the night when people return late.

amazing, loved it all!

the property was lovely, small and quiet (october time) it’s a lovely place to relax, especially as we had gorgeous weather! The staff were attentive and the facilities were lovely, great location too! AND THE BEST SHOWER!! Strong cocktails 🤣

The beds weren’t great, the air con didn’t do much and also I wouldn’t pay for all inclusive for the food as not much option or selection. But still happy to pay for snacks and drinks!

My daughter liked the pool the most. Great atmosphere in the bar/pool area.

Nothing really exceptional but it was good. Entertainment was a bit of a letdown. Food wasnt bad but not great either.

Great location but don’t expect to get a seat in the outdoor area.

Rooms were well cleaned and were spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. location was good. Slides were great.

Pool area totally unregulated. Total lack of loungers or seats and what was there were taken very very early. we spent out time on some stones/rocks near the child’s pool every day no matter how early we got down. We were half board. Had to queue for ages for breakfast. Attempted dinner on first night but again queue was long and slow with no sign of it moving. Some tables had one person from a group holding the table till everyone arrived. very regular so had to eat out every night.

The worst holiday ever

Worst hotel I have stayed in for over 30 years. Bookings stated that it was 4 star with sea view, mini bar, iron facilities, safe. The hotel wasn’t 4 star, I’m not sure that it was even a 3 star. The mini bar was an empty fridge. There wasn’t even water provided. Safe required paying for a key, no ironing facilities and no sea view. Room was tiny. Couldn’t set up my coffee machine that I always take on holidays as there wasn’t enough room. Not enough plug sockets. 2 beds pushed together, so in effect my 16year old daughter was sleeping next to us. Couldn’t read at night as I didn’t have a reading light or bedside cabinet. Shower was useless as head wasn’t straight and constantly saturated the floor. It also had a shower curtain, again thought they were a thing from the past. Reception staff were obnoxious, unprofessional and extremely rude.

Hotel needs a total renovation to be brought into what is expected in 21st century but I blame bookings.com for charging and advertising 4 star accommodation and not delivering this. Very dissatisfied as I use booking at least twice a month.
