Excellent Value and Worth every penny

Comfortable and Excellent value and helpful host. All the xtras a welcome change. Toiletries, games, dvd 's , books, tea & coffees. Everything thought of

Great caravan and great communication with owner and would definitely stay there available and great value for money.

The caravan was very clean and had everything you wanted with a good selection of board games, dvd’s, books etc for a rainy day and the shower facility was great.

Pleasant stay and value for money but cleanliness could be vastly improved

Well presented caravan in a fab location for the beach and exploring south wales, with everything you need for a holiday home.

Fully aware this property accepts dogs and I took my two puppies, but was disappointed to find multiple dogs hairs embedded in the sofa, rug and around the property. Furthermore, was notified about a £10 linen charge on the day of departure which should either be made when booking or prior to day of departure to allow guests to take their own if they wish to do so. Fully accept costs of everything have increased but extra charges should be specified either on property info or in booking confirmation. Upon raising this with owner I was then accused of multiple things one of which leaving the door unlocked (be aware the door didn’t always lock for us so triple check) using toilet roll and condiments left out which are clearly for use, yet now implied chargeable or not for use.

Superb

Very comfortable caravan, helpful extras, hand soap, tea and milk. Quiet campsite midweek, close to lovely sandy beaches. Perfect for walks with my dogs.

Porthcawl was a grand place

Location was spot on for beach and sightseeing all around south wales.

There was nothing that we can fault or hated.

Amazing stay

Very homely caravan with all the necessities for a relaxing holiday! It's about three min walk from the beach and 1 min from the amusement centre. The owner is lovely and easy to contact before and during the stay. There were towels and bathroom products available to use. The living room is massive and bright. WiFi was very good, we streamed films on our laptop with no issues. Very silent at night as well! I would definitely go back!

Lovely caravan, had everything you would need, well equipped, clean & tidy. Lovely owner who's very helpful & responds quickly to messages. We had a lovely xmasy weekend as a family of 5 including our little dog. Would definitely recommend. :)

Caravan was very clean and comfortable and where it was situated was really quiet.

Disappointed that there was an issue purchasing entertainment passes that disappointed the children, its hard to explain to a child with autism that she cannot participate in things.

Girls lush few days away.

Location was great. Caravan was ideal for us. Would stay again. Nice powerful shower. Which I loved.

The steps outside were a little slippery when it rained. I think the entertainment passes should be in with the price of the caravan. Paying extra for them is naughty.

Lovely relaxing break

Beautiful caravan, everything you need provided for you including a lovely breakfast hamper with cereals, jams marmalades, face masks, hand gels , cleaning stuffs. Totally wowwed at the overall package. Thankyou for a lovely break .
