We stayed with 5 ppl on trip to Stagecoach. We did walk home from the festival at night as it was probably too hot during the day. When ordering Ubers, make sure they have paid for the VIP pass. If they do you get inside the gates in 5-10mins.
Would rent it again!

This property was as advertised. Although the house itself is not fancy, it had clean, spacious rooms and everything we needed was provided. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool, hot tub and backyard. The community felt very safe for walking around and was close enough to amenities. Working with the property management company was also great. They were easy to contact before and during our stay. They went over and above for our group ensuring we had enough pack 'n plays for the littles ones and even a high chair. Highly recommend

Host had S.p.A. and pool controls purposely defeated so we had to constantly ask them to heat them. Wouldn’t rent from vaca stays again. 10k with a cold spa and pool. Nice private property for 5 couples

House was missing too many amenities, refrigerator not as cold , no condiments provided and was not told in advance , no hot water at all in the whole house and showers , one room tv never worked , too many broken items to report , no additional blankets and worst of all not able to lower A/C and house was hot as hell , patio furniture not clean and we have too many bug bites they have NOH and have toooo many rules ( my fault did not read that was managed by NOH) will not rent again to have all those many rules you don’t really get to enjoy the stay , I rather go to a hotel next time

The property was nice for a large family with the kitchen/great room and large dining table.

property was not bad overall. we were informed before we arrived that their was a leak in the second bathroom that was described as small. the first night it had leaked under the wall to the next bathroom and soaked the carpet. we later noticed it had leaked into one of the bedrooms beginning to soak that carpet. my guess is it may be a slab leak. other than that we found the rest of the house to be clean and acceptable.

Check in was seamless, instructions and details were spot on.
Interior of the home was clean and basic provisions were included. Spacious house as advertised.
Back yard area needed a thorough cleaning, which we did. Patio furniture, pillows tables and chairs were covered in dirt/ dust after sweeping and spraying off everything it was then enjoyable. Property manager offered to send a crew to clean it but we were in the process and didn't want to wait...
The notebook in the house explained all aspects of the functionality of the property along with some suggestions, very useful.
Nice property, in a nice neighborhood, would consder returning in the future.

What a great house for a quality family stay. This turned out to be a perfect getaway to enjoy some down time with our family.

Overall this property was very nice and was well suited for our group stay. We were a group of 9 staying for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house was a nice size and the location and neighborhood were good for tournament access. The backyard pool area is quite lovely and good for a large group. The interior of the house is roomy and spacious. The interior finishes are a bit dated and the carpet could use some cleaning or updating. The management company was great and very responsive and helpful. We had no issues with check-in. The check-out process was also easy with no cumbersome check-out requirements.

Decent sized place. The Casita was nice to have for those who wanted to be away from the noise of a big crew. The house could use a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. The pool was cold at 78 degrees for February, so the hot tub was the place to be. We had it for the whole month and it worked well for the whole family, but next time we will look for a rental specifically for month long rentals instead of day to day.

We had a combo of kids and adults. The house was clean, pool was awesome, and had a lot of beds and bathrooms for everyone! Would stay again!

I have rented multiple houses via VRBO but this was my first where the property mgmt company was so involved. Vacay Stay kept hounding me for info. Guest lists and requiring me to send a drivers license etc. I will be on the lookout for them and try to avoid them going forward

The bedroom count was a big factor in booking this property. A room for all. We incurred some maintenance issues during our stay. Host was responsive but it did interrupt. Pool is too cold for kids set at 78 degrees in the winter months. Wasn't clear in initial booking. Spa was well used. Would not book again at the Holiday pricing rate.

We really loved this place very clean great location and very true to the pictures. The only improvement would be the temperature of the pool and spa - the pool was to cold to swim in and the spa was ok but definitely did not heat up to the temperature that was stated. Pool great to look at but not good for swimming.

Great but beware of Fees
Short 2 night stay here. The property was as described. Check in was well documented. There team were very responsive. Lots of room to get comfy and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes you would need. Overall I loved this place! Location is central to Salton sea and Palm Springs, which is what we needed. There could be some improvements based on the price and FEES.
Cons:
The pool was a bit murky.
Furniture could be updated.
Watch out for the fan/air relationship. Gets hot if you shut off the fan, or something odd like that.
We paid lots extra between VRBO's service fee and all vacaystay fees.
Overall, the location was great for our needs, but if money is a consideration for your group, be aware of the fees.

Unsatisfied
The property itself was fine, but the furnishings were below par for what I paid. The pool was murky and dirty, and even though the pool guy came he said he didn't have the right chemicals to correct the problem. Another strange problem was all of the toilets were extremely low to the ground, making it hard to use them. The mattresses on most of the beds were old and cheap. And the ac in the back of the house must be old and didn't keep the bedrooms cool. Overall it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Wonderful family getaway!
We had arranged this outing in a central place to make it easy for family from different areas to come together. The house was beautiful, the pool was awesome and the property management company was super responsive when I had questions or needed Assistance. Would totally go back!

Great Location
The house was close enough to walk to Coachella and still far enough away to not be stuck in all of the traffic. We loved the layout of the property and all of the amenities. The only downfall was the temperature of the house. We are used to keeping our home at 65-67 degrees. Only being able to set the temperature to 74 degrees made it difficult to sleep at night.

Nice comfortable home.
Had an issue with getting the pool and spa heated for the first three days of our stay

We gathered for our Father's 80th birthday. It was a great family time and the house was perfect for it.

Beautiful property
The rental process was easy and fast. I contacted the property management office a few times with questions and they took the time to help me out.
The house was really comfortable and the backyard was great. Our family enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the backyard.
One thing i would suggest if you do rent this property and you have little ones or teens, is to bring games with you. The property does have a ping pong table and a mini pool table inside but it’s missing most of the items required to play.

Small getaway
The house was perfect for a small getaway. The backyard and pool were so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Birthday vacation
Great stay at this location. Overall very clean and cozy house. A few cooking trays and pans weren’t cleaned from previous visitors. The staff was very easy to get a hold of to ask a few questions on the use of the pool and a few other things. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again. Only complaint is the master suite the window coverings let in a fair amount of light since the room faces towards the sunrise. So in the morning at 530am when the sun rose, we did as well as the room was not dark at all to be able to go back to sleep. Maybe some added window covering to make sure the room isn’t bright in the morning especially that early. All 10 of us staying enjoyed the location and everyone talked about how nice the property was. All the info online match how it was in person. Thanks for an enjoyable stay for my birthday.

Great Spring Break Hangout
This was a great spot to spend a week for spring break. Our family had a great time hanging out in the pool, visiting nearby attractions, and playing games around the spacious home. Most importantly, the management company was responsive and took care of things right away when we had minor issues with the spa and grill.

Great family getaway
We had nine family members ages 23 to 86 plus two small dogs stay for three nights and we were sad to leave. Very comfortable, spacious home that was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Pool waterfall added extra fun, encouraging play even for the older set. Gated neighborhood is safe and good for running/walking.

First things first, the property was great. Everything about itwas as described and very nice. I would certainly consider staying at this property again (except for the fact that it is managed by Vacay Stay). The issue with Vacay Stay started out small, but at everyopportunity Vacay Stay dug themselves deeper into a hole to the point where it became about principle. So while I would rent THE property again, I won't rent it (or any other property) as long as it is managed by Vacay Stay. So, here's the story. We left on a Friday afternoon (after requesting and being offered a let checkout for $150). Whenwe got home we noticed we'd left a laptop charging cord. Sowe texted the Vacay Stay number and mentioned it. They saidthey would check on it. Less than 24 hours later (Saturdayevening) they said they found it (and sent a picture of it)and would ship it on Monday. Now, here's the good part. FIVE days later they text backand say they found the charger and they'd send it for thecost of shipping and handling plus $25 extra. Now, I getthe shipping fee, but after spending a bunch of money on arental, it (well, and the charge for a few hours late checkout) really is ticky tack. The worst part is this all camefive days later after they'd already promised to send itout days ago.Vacay Stay then started claiming they had to go back to lookmultiple times and it was a lot of effort, etc. Then theysaid they sent it and charged my credit card for the fullamount. Then they back peddled and said they didn't chargemy card, but had sent it. Then they said they hadn't sent it after all. Now, is a 1-star review really justified? Nope. But itwill get people to read the review and make up their ownmind.Bottom line: place was great, we had a good time. VacayStay needs to work on their customer support and relations.

Excellent Weekend Getaway
We had an excellent time at the Bellagio. The place is very clean, features two large refrigerators and has substantial sleeping / outdoor space. The pool and hot tub were both stunning and are as impressive as they appear in the photos. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for the weekend.

Nice place! Good AC!
First of all, the techs handing the problems were very friendly! Everything was nice and neat, which was a great start. But unfortunately we had numerous problems with the lights in the pool and jacuzzi turning off at night, the heater for the jacuzzi not turning on, same with the pool, the garbage disposal for the sink being stuck on arrival, and most importantly the hot water for the showers not working, tech needed to be sent twice, idk if it was ever fixed because I took a freezing cold shower before they came early in the morning. We definitely overpaid for the amount of problems we faced and the amount of amenities we paid for but didn't get to enjoy. Not to mention the ridiculous charges for late/early check-in.
Also, vacay stay shouldn’t charge more for this place for Vrbo customers, they should adjust prices accordingly.
