Breakfast was very good, several options and the food was very tasty

The tent was cool
The location is terrible and not close to anything. Common areas were really weak and staff not very helpful.

Loved the entertainment and the location and the folks working there. It was perfect can’t wait to do it again
Maybe cut the wood to smaller sizes it was tuff to get it to burn

Location was amazing. Loved the live music and evenings round the campfire.
Our son’s tent leaked quite badly after heavy rain.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very responsive. The common space was welcoming.
The shower was too hot - not a common problem! I could find no way to regulate it reliably.

Tented lodges at the seaside, comfortable beds and a bathroom cabinet in the tent.
also a oven for woodfire in the tent.
Temperatures drop in autumn too low for sleeping in a tent. The stove is too small to really warm it. We had a very uncomfortable freezing night. Our tent was in the back and we could hear the noise from the street. This does not give you a feeling of being ‚in nature’.
Then there was no warm shower the other morning, they had forgotten to check if there is gas left for the geezer.
Dinner and breakfast must be paid separately. For me it was not worth the money.

The location of the facility was very good, with a common area that faced a bay. Nice breeze and not too cold at night (mid-September). A very quiet place to stay, with no light pollution to interfere with the night sky.
I was led to believe that the individual tents had AC power provided. This was not the case. I use a CPAP every night and was unable to do so.

The location is the best. Tent setup is spacious.
Free s’more kit is nice for kids. Fun activities. Super
nice staff.
Not very infant friendly. The common area has high
chair but not changing table. No camp fire by the tent
is a big disappoint for a “camping” experience. The
fireplace in the tent is not very easy to get fire start.

The view, food and ambiance was great.
Showers in the room were hot and cold intermittenly. No hot water for the sink to wash hands.

The small tent was very bad smelling with a lot of mold on the walls causing the bad smelling. Very, very unpleasant!

tents in the trees, we had tent 62 and it was nice and private
a note about how to change the water temperature for the shower would be nice.

able to disconnect and truly relax. I thought it was a very unique experience.
thought it was a bit overpriced for the stay. food was good but also felt overpriced. it was trying to be gourmet and ecologically friendly. felt a little pretentious.

The facility is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The main tent area is a wonderful area to hang out - inside and out. All the staff was friendly. We loved the trivia, smores, and games that were offered.
The kid tent smelled humid and when it rained, water did come in. Also, I have stayed in other similar experiences and they have had electricity for fans and phone charging within the tents - but what was given as an alternate worked pretty well.

Such a unique property. Loved the tents with wood burning stoves. Amazed that hot water shower, sink and toilet could be so fancy for such a rustic accommodation. Enjoyed meeting other travelers around the fires.

We loved this property. The view is amazing. This was our second Under Canvas experience this year with the other being Moab. We loved them both but the restaurant on the property made this one all the better. More convenient to just stay and enjoy!!!
Nothing we didn’t like!!!

My partner and I appreciated the nice card acknowledging our anniversary. The young woman that came to restart our fire was exceptional.
Loud voices of drunk people returning to nearby tents in the pitch black was a bit unnerving but it settled down once they fell asleep.

It was beautiful wonderful setting nice people very accommodating.
It started to rain and it rained the whole time nothing anyone could of changed.

Not much. But the biggest problem is that they advertised as being right outside of Acadia and it was a 45minute drive. And one day we had no water. They didnt charge us for the day but it still was a massive inconvenience. The place is totally lacking in ambiance

Fun travel to Bar Harbor

The tents, nestled in the woods, are decked out in style and comfort with keen attention to every detail. They are built with a deep respect for Mother Nature. The common area was situated on the water so that all guests could enjoy the coast. We were pleasantly surprised to find the guests to be very international. The staff is extremely helpful and energetic, offering many ideas for touring in the area.
Not a thing.
