The space
Recently built beautiful townhouse is set in the heart of Kensington Village, close to all the activities the region has to offer. The property has a warm & cozy ambiance, a modern stylish decor where soft whites and greys blend seamlessly with the lightwood fixtures, large windows to let in a lot of natural light, is very spacious with 3 floors of living space and can easily accommodate a large family or a group of friends up to 8 persons. All the luxuries you need are here for your relaxing stay.
The configuration of the house is the following: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den, living room, kitchen & dining area, game room, and laundry room.
Stepping inside the house you will find a spacious well-lit living area with a comfy couch & chairs, large Smart TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
Moving forward there is a modern well-equipped kitchen that has enough space for several people cooking at the same time. Coffee & tea facilities, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, utensils, double fridge, etc. everything is at your entire disposal. After cooking, enjoy delicious breakfast or dinner at the dining table that comfortably sits 6-8 people. On the ground floor, you can also find a half washroom and a den that furnished with a convertible sofa bed.
2 bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and luxurious ensuite bathroom with soak tub and glass walk-in shower. The other bedroom offers queen size bed & privately accessed washroom. Pristine linens, plush pillows, smart TVs are provided in both rooms. The upper level also offers a laundry room where you can find washing & drying machines.
The lower level of the home is featuring another bedroom with 2 twin size beds which is very convenient for families with kids. Another full washroom can be found on the lower level as well.
If you feel like spending some quality time together with friends/family there is a game room that boasts plenty of seating for all! Unleash your child while playing foosball or enjoy a film while relaxing on a comfortable sofa!

The location was fantastic, walking distance to the restaurants & stores in Kensington, and easy access to the city and travel outside the core. The house was new, clean & nicely furnished and decorated. Mattresses & linens were great, excellent laundry facilities, good supply of towels, toiletries, laundry & dish soaps etc. Thoughtful assortment of amenities to meet all your needs. We stayed 5 nights.

The Kensington condo is lovely. Well set out, spacious and bed was very comfortable. The fan in the master much appreciated as well. Prince has thought through all the details and created a lovely home away from home. Neighborhood great, close to cafe and restaurants down the road. Definitely recommended for your Calgary stay!

We had a great visit for our annual girls only weekend at this property. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The Host, Prince allowed as an early check-in and a later check-out which was GREATLY appreciated. Thank you again. The only feedback would be to change the basement bedroom listing from two twins to one king. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home and we hope to be back next time.

Great stay close to Kensington. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Place was well furnished, clean and great layout.
We arrived in the dark and it was hard to get parking close by. Finding the garage in the back was not fun, driving and pushing the clicker until you find the right one. Would be awesome to have numbers back there or a key pad for easier access upon arrival.
Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were bright and well appointed.

Great family property. We had 2 grandparents, 2 parents , and 2 grandchildren ( 9 and 11). The kids loved the lower space with their own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and foosball game.
Parents/grandparents enjoyed the top floor with master bedroom and Jacuzzi tub, second bedroom ( ensuite) and roomy laundry room.
And we all enjoyed the main floor living/dining/ kitchen ( roomy and well appointed).

Kensington is a nice area with great access to downtown and the river (if you like to walk, it’s really lovely). This townhouse is comfortable and in an easy area to walk from to restaurants, grocery, etc.

Large, clean place that accommodated a big group of friends and kids nicely. Would definitely return. The only comment is we had trouble with the TV and music player - would recommend leaving more detailed instructions on how to use in the house.

Bright, modern home away from home.
We were so happy with the accommodations. We were in town to celebrate our son's wedding. My three grown sons and I stayed. We had the groomsmen come in the morning and get ready for the wedding. It was the perfect setting for a small get together before the celebrations started. Great place. I highly recommend this!

Best place to stay when coming to Calgary
First of all wanted to thank the owners of the house for making it a smooth check in process . The owners did an amazing job explaining every question in detail and was easy to communicate. The house was nice place to stay for few days. Happy I chose this place to stay and will definitely book again in the near future if I come to Calgary again.

We stayed here while attending my daughter’s wedding . Property was roomy and spotless and centrally located close to reception venue . Host was accommodating for three little under 5 yrs . We would definitely stay here again when needing family sized accommodation .

Location and cleanliness

Modest and Modern
This property was great! Super clean and modern with all the comforts of home. It was better then being in a hotel since it came with all your basic kitchen requirements, bathroom essentials and laundry soap, which was a bonus.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

Pleasant stay
Neat, tidy, spacious, new build house in good central location. Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and I appreciated the garage. Layout was perfect for our family of five. No concerns with traffic even though it faces on to a main road.

The house was in excellent condition just like the pictures
Clean and well equipped. The two car garage was a little too small for two cars because I drive a large SUV but thankfully nobody else needed to share the garage with me.
