Relaxing!

Front desk guy was amazing (can’t remember his name but his name tag did mention he was the night auditor). Room was spacious. Bathroom was large. Very nice room.

Clean and convenient location. The room layout was nice and spacious.I loved the fire pit out front.

Despite having paid in full on booking.com, the hotel placed a hold on my card for the full booking plus deposit. Initially, I did not notice, but luckily my CC company reached out to me to verify payment for two hotel transactions. I spoke to the manager and she made a note on my account to release the hold upon check out.

Tony, the Assistant Manager, was excellent. He allowed us to check out later at no additional charge so that we didn't have to rush back from our college tour.

One broken elevator on the property, a missing bathroom sink cabinet in our room, and a stained carpet in our room.

Great location and great staff. But routine care seems to be neglected.

The location is great for visiting our family. It is right off the interstate and close to everywhere we need to be.

We have been coming to this property since it was new. Every time we come, it seems a little bit more neglected. We’re seeing spots on the carpet, stains on tile in the bathroom and corners that have buildup of dirt. The shower sprays in all directions. There is one stream that constantly mists right in your eyes and another stream that bores into your skull when you’re trying to rinse your hair. The desk chair in our room is so wobbly that you can’t maintain your balance without having both feet on the floor.

The breakfast was decent. This is the second time we have stayed at this location.

They need to equip the room with more towels. They only put two in the room, and we had a party of 5 that needed showers. We had a late check in after a long day of travel, and it was inconvenient to have to go to the front desk to get more.

The breakfast was ho hum. Could have done more to keep it warmer.

Weak water pressure in sink. Piston on door making it difficult for one person to move bags in. Short linen on bed if you are over 6'. No door or partition separating toilet from rest of bathroom, so only one person can use at a time.

Convenient stop just off I-10 in Tallahassee.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of tasty choices. The reception staff was very nice. The location is very convenient for those traveling on Interstate 10.

There just happened to be a bus load of students eating breakfast when we went to eat. The area was not being maintained- there were no spoons, the salt and pepper bin was emptied, the tables were not being cleaned. We didn’t mind the crowd, but thought more hotel staff was needed in this area at the time.

Staff very nice and helpful !Location safe ! Hotel safe! But my room was not quiet. Next door water system or refrigerator water system connection’s was very lauded ! It was horrible. I was waking up in the middle of the night with this loud voice. It was so dirturb.
