No nos gustó nada limpieza instalaciones atención cargo a la cuenta sobre un monto no acordado en la reservación decidimos retirarnos se nos quedaron unas camisas en clóset regresamos a recogerlas y nadie sabe nada ni el gerente ni housekeeping no recepcionista y tampoco tenían intención de ayudarnos ahora a esperar que nos llamen para ver si aparecen la camisas

Do not stay at this specific Hilton Hotel DoubleTree Tallahassee.

The Lobby of the hotel was beautiful. The Front Desk attendant was professional.

The hotel did not have rooms clean nor available at 11:30pm that night even though Check-In was 4:00 pm. People had been sitting in the lobby from 4:00pm waiting for rooms when I arrived. DoubleTree offered another location as an option and I stayed there instead. The other hotel charged me again even though the DoubleTree promised they would send the documents and payment. I couldn't reach a manager nor receive a response to my calls nor email. 3 Days later the money was refunded to the credit card for the alternate hotel.

Horrible. Never again with this location or Booking.com👎🏾

The lobby was pretty & clean.

The one front female at the desk was rude & unprofessional. No manager was available on the property. My reservation was refused though I had a printed copy in hand. Called Hilton customer service and supervisor said there was nothing they could do. Had to find somewhere else after traveling from Atlanta. Missed my niece nursing school pinning graduation ceremony, the only reason for my trip. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Will never stay here again.

The staff was kind and welcoming

The room was clean, but not to the standards you would expect after paying almost 500$ for a hotel stay. The hotel itself is old, so I cannot fault them for that. But the state of the room was shocking. The floorboards were covered in dust. Around the bottom of the shower was caked in wet dirt from other people showering. The ceiling of the shower was caving in, and pieces of the ceiling were on the floor of the shower, as the ceiling was peeling away from lack of proper ventilation.

It feels like a once great hotel that is now failing. It needs some money spending on it.

View, bed and shower all excellent. Staff all excellent.

No signage telling you to check in before trying to park. The Pool was not open, one elevator broken, bar not open Sunday night, no breakfast on Monday morning (we had pre-paid), TV service was rubbish, no TV guide and no on-demand movies, Only one scrappy piece of soap, and no bathrobes as promised in upgrade offer. Not one piece of information in the room about the hotel and the local area.

Overpriced and does not meet the standards of a Hilton franchise.

The location of the hotel is great.

The rooms are outdated. Some of the staff are not very welcoming. Amenities are pretty basic. I had no soap or shampoo in my room. I asked for them to be delivered to my room. They had none. I waited for them to be replenished for alnost 24 hours. The breakfast is awful. All and all, it is overpriced and does not meet the standards of a Hilton franchise.

The woman at the front desk was rude and had no idea about good customer service.

The location, the cookies, the roof top bar, the premises were clean,

The woman who checked me did not give us cookies or offer water bottles.. I am a Hilton member, I metered my car until 6:00 pm Friday and then the area was no charge for metered spaces but she charged me for parking knowing this… the gentleman corrected her mistake… there was no maid service and our room did not have toilet paper or soap.. and the toilet seat was broken. I paid 244 a night to over look the parking garage roof.

Decent

The location was wonderful every place we visited was within 2 minutes. The bed was comfortable.

I booked a balcony room and come to find out this hotel doesn’t even have balconies. So that’s false information/advertising. So we received an overpriced room when we could’ve paid a cheaper price for the same room.

The design was nice. Room comfortable

There were very few employees working so they seemed overwhelmed. The coffee bar in the lobby was never open which was annoying if you depended on it for coffee. There was a private party at the rooftop restaurant both nights so it was not open to guests

The staff was professional but my room was deplorable

The esthetics was not inviting as a premier hotel

I assume they was not finished, my room ac unit didn’t work and then find a key card in the bed, then the bathroom was half ass Done not clean then rust on the bathroom and peeling of the ceiling in the shower. Food left on the refrigerator also . This was my first time in this hotel and this was horrific.

A éviter, ils réservent la même chambre pour plusieurs clients!

A notre arrivée, la personne de la réception nous a informé que notre réservation avait été annulée car il y avait eu trop de réservation par rapport au nombre de chambres! Il nous ont offert une chambre dans leur second établissement qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux critères de la chambre initiale, nous avions l'impression d'être dans un motel! Pour terminer, nous n'avons pas eu droit au petit-déjeuner car le service ferme à 9h30 et nous nous sommes présentés à 10h! Nous n'avions pas été informés des horaires du petit-déjeuner! Pas d'indemnités et pas d'excuses pour ça!

Truthfully this was the very worst Double Tree I have ever stayed in. Staff did not care.

There was no breakfast, The cook had an emergency and there was no food available according to the Cashier. That was Sunday. This morning they were not even open. There were more irate guests than just me. The bar was late in opening and the kitchen had very limited Pub fare. Of course the Bar Tender was apologetic. On Sunday they closed about 8:30. There was no Coffee in my room (Rm 1514) I was told they only provide a microwave if requested. It never came. Truthfully this was the very worst Double Tree I have ever stayed in. I compared the Hotel in Portland as a comparison and they were far superior.

Love the decor of rooms. Bed was comfortable.

We first asked for a quiet room up high. We would be extremely tired from working as we were there putting down flooring for a home all weekend. They suggested us to stay on the 12th floor. They put us right next to the ice vending machine and near the stairs. It was very noisy. We got no rest due to people using the machine and slamming doors. We also asked for a nice view which we did not get. We stayed 2 nights. The second night we woke up smelling smoke ( smelling like burnt popcorn) coming from the hallway. We had to call the front desk to report this. It continued throughout the night. We also asked for our room to be cleaned on Saturday when we returned from working. It was never cleaned!! Paying for 2 nights in a nice Hilton Hotel is unacceptable for this kind of treatment. We also were called 2x after 10pm when we were trying to sleep asking for a card to be put on file. There was already a card on file and the charges were already taken out. We will not stay here again or refer this hotel to our friends!! I was very disappointed as I’ve stayed at Hilton Hotels many times and my father is a member. He will be canceling his membership I’m sure after I tell him of our experience this past weekend. We should get a complete refund!!

it was my sons graduation. they hiked up the prices. hotel is not worth $642 a night.

Location was good.

not much choices for someone that doesn’t want a full breakfast. only has a buffet when there and the coffee being sold didn’t not provide pastries, so not much choices.

ok but it could have been a lot better!

The location.

We came for our 20th anniversary. We get to our room & find out that we are attached to another room with a family & kids screaming & talking loud all tines of night. I've traveled for year's & never had an attached room unless I specifically asked for it with my kids! We basically had to blast the TV TO DROWN OUT ALL THE NOISE!! Not exactly the romantic vibe that we were going for!!!
