About this apartment rental

La Florida is located in the Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen just minutes away from the old Harbour by foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars & Playa Chica beach within walking distance. There is a supermarket next door. The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's pool. Sun beds are provided for pool side relaxation. The apartment is on the south side of the complex on the first floor with a sunny balcony that enjoys sea views. 15 minute drive from Arrecife airport.

Access to the apartment is made simple & flexible with a key lock and our management company are at hand if help is needed. The main town of Puerto Del Carmen is a 15 minute walk away and the Biosphera shopping centre is a 5 minute walk.

Nice little property, needs a little bit of an up date, but nice and clean. Great to have the supermarket under the hotel. Pool was nice and clean (no sunbed wars) very quite, which its what we wanted and a short walk down the hill you have the pubs and restaurants. Lots to pick from. Didnt really go to the strip much, as there wasnt much need for us to go that far, as we had all we needed just down the hill Would we booked again? Yes we would. We did do the slingshot tour, which we booked while we were there. 3hrs a little bit too long. But was great to see different places.

got this apt at a reduced rate as was told by the owner before we booked that workmen were on site doing a vast update.fairly noisy some days but it was to be expected and did not stop us enjoying our holiday.the apt is basic but everything you need however i did have to give it a good clean dirty water in the bucket was left on patio with a filthy mop which i replaced windows were also in need of a good clean but i am sure a lot of that was from the building work that was going on .the apt was a fabulous base but does require painting and although we do not go away to watch television some English channels are certainly a must these days .

Good central location. Comfortable and well equipped. Only 5mins walk down to the centre of the old town. Had a peaceful relaxing stay in this apartment which is great value for money.

We had a lovely three weeks in this comfortable apartment. It is in a good location; very close to the wonderful old town area, with its' huge range of bars and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The La Florida complex is extremely well maintained. It is spotless. The nearby SuperDino supermarket is a godsend-- so convenient. The balcony area is a suntrap and at times we were so grateful for the large umbrella. Contact with the owner is first class and you feel well looked after. We enjoyed our stay so much that while we were there we booked again for next year.

The apartment is well equipped and located, it has all necessary for a comfortable stance, supermarket very near, a lot of kind of restaurants and shops. It has very good communication to visit any point in the island. The owners are very polite and helpful.

We were very happy with the size and location of the property. Cleanliness was a problem the floors were dirty and the patio area and the little garden was overgrown with weeds. We went to change the bin under the sink and there was a soiled nappy from the previous renter's. These comments are made to help improve your quality. We planning to return to same property next year.

Sorry we were very disappointed with this apt !! view is half a building and wee sea view balcony hadn't had good clean in ages ! overall we paid to move 5days into our holiday!

Good position, supermarket is invaluable underneath, easy walk to new and old town. Decent size pool, no bins on complex area. Washing machine useful in bathroom but is narrow to pass and the bedroom door very tight and difficult to open and close otherwise lovely clean apartment.

Excellent property great location. The accommodation has everything you need and there is a supermarket where you can buy anything at the end of the roada. Everything around the accommodation was spotless, with a great pool

This is as great apartment in a very central area. Five minutes walk will bring you to the harbour (Old Town) or the Biosfera centre in the other direction. 7 or 8 minutes to the Strip (New Town) The apartment itself is a home from home. We have just spent six weeks there. Very efficient oven and hob, good sized fridge freezer and new washing machine. Balcony with sea view is a sun trap and very sheltered and private. Overall a great experience. We're were sorry to be leaving and love to go back.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were particularly modern. There was excellent communication from the owners with clear instructions for access. The airport bus, 161, stops just up the road and there is a well stocked supermarket below the complex. My only suggestion for improvement would be the soft furnishings. I enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment has everythingthat you need for your stay. Lovely private sunny balcony. The complex is spotless as was the apartment. Good shower. No air con but a large electric stand fan is provided. Good WIFI. Good supermarket next door. The bedroom could perhaps do with an update but all in all very good value for money.

We had a loverly time, everything you needed was in walking distance albeit up hill on the way back. Very nice to sit on the balcony with a drink and take in the view. Just one point for future booking it would nice to have had a bath mat as the floor got very wet when having a shower.

Great communication with owners giving us all the info we needed. Apartment was great for us, half way up a steep hill with all the facilities we needed. Brilliant walk in shower with excellent water pressure, bedroom spacious and lounge comfortable. The icing on the cake was a fantastic sea view from the balcony. We will definately be staying there again.

The owner was great. Answered all are questions and kept in contact. The only small thing was we needed clean towels. We had to contact the owner to get in touch with the guy who looks after the apartment. We never saw him other than that. Unfortunately there was no room service

We found the property down the road of SuperDino. It was tricky to find a parking space close by, so we parked around the corner. Property was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Shower good. Kitchen and lounge fine. Kitchen worktop, patio doors and bathroom walls could do with a deep clean. The corridor could do with some hooks to hang up jackets. Shower didn't drain away quick enough, toilet wouldn't flush away with one flush. We got replacement towels and bedding once after contacting the property manager. Terrace is nice, although it isn't sunny at all times. All in all we had a nice stay.

We didn't arrive at the apartment until 10pm, we had requested a personalized welcome pack and sure enough everything was there many thanks to the local Management Team. the apartment was immaculate and a perfect size for 2 adults. We already knew the area but this location was excellent close to all amenities and with an extensive range of groceries the Supermarket was on our doorstep. Although located close to bars, restaurants and shops the nose levels were practically zero. Only one bad comment and that is the road is steep coming from the Harbour area but taken at an easy pace was OK (we both are in our 60's) Many thanks to Oliver and his team for an excellent week's stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the owners could not have been more helpful. Instructions on entry were great. The only prob was our first day. The apartment had not been cleaned . Ants were crawling over the floor and furnishing. We found a newspaper underneath the couch outdated . Floors werent swept. Soon sorted floor cleaner and ant gel from local shop didnt see another ant in apartment. Enjoyed our stay wouldnt stop us going back .

Lovely apartment perfect for couple or small family. Quiet location with supermarket right outside. Clean and quiet pool area. Within walking distance of large shopping mall and taxi rank. Walking distance from several beautiful harbour restaurants and 10 min walk to beach but only about 3 euro to main beach in taxi. Had a lovely relaxing short break with my daughter and would highly recommend. Would definately book again. : )
