About this house rental
This custom 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home has everything you need for a week or a weekend away with friends and family. With cool white tones throughout with accents of soft blues and driftwood this home invites you to forget the hustle and bustle of work life and just feel the sea breeze in your lungs as cares melt away.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
The first floor has covered front and rear entrances that lead to a large drop zone with a wide bench, storage bins and hooks - plenty of space for all of your beach gear (conveniently located near the laundry room). There is a fully private outdoor shower located just off the private driveway you will have a place to leave the sand behind. With extra parking in front of the home the whole group will find this beach gem a fantastic location for any time of year!
The first level also has two large king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a unique bunk room for six with an entertainment area and bunk bath for the kids so the adults can enjoy the main living space for entertaining and socializing. Head upstairs for a luxurious entertainment space sure to make any party happy.
The second floor has a convenient coffee and wine bar with beverage refrigerator adjacent to the chef's kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to cook a quick lunch or an elegant dinner. With a dining table for ten and an island seating for six more you can all enjoy meal time together! If that grill master is feeling inspired there is a large grilling deck with an 8 person dining table for delicious barbecue.as you enjoy the Lake vistas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. It was the perfect house for our stay at Cinnamon Shore. Although we spent much of our time at the pools, restaurants, etc., we loved the large and open living spaces as a place to gather at the end of the day and in between activities. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. We would happily stay there again!

We had a lovely stay with three total families at this house. It was beautiful and fairly well stocked with adequate kitchen supplies which helped with cooking. This particular unit is very close to the central lawn area, which was convenient, and the beach was also a short walk away down Grand. We rented a golf cart which was very convenient. We had a terrific time and will likely return here in the future.

We’ve stayed at several Cinnamon Shores Vacation Rentals, this was by far the one we liked least. Upon arrival, the home was dirty. We contacted the office and they were truly sorry and would send housekeeping the following morning. We declined this offer as we are 2 families with 6 children that wanted to sleep in during our vacation! After our first night we all awoke to find cockroaches not water bugs running around EVERYWHERE. Spare yourself and stay at a different better maintained home.

Took the family down for spring break. Natural gas was out for the area. Cold showers and no ability to cook in the residence for three days which added $800.00 in eating out costs during the week. Called and went into the office on four different occasions to speak with someone from management and did not receive one call back...crickets...not one returned phone call...

This house has it all! Our family celebrated Christmas while staying here & it comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 6 children. I love that each bedroom has a king bed and your own bathroom attached so every room feels like the master! Also, they had everything available that you could possibly need. The house was very clean upon arrival and not one single issue during our stay. I would love to book another vacation at Seas the Day in the near future! Also, location is wonderful, close to everything but also quiet no one is located behind you and convenient rear entry with garage for easy parking.

The house was very nice and well decorated. Had a great wine fridge that helped with cold storage. But we learned that we prefer the living area and kitchen on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. Would have liked an ice maker in the refrigerator, fans on the upstairs porches, doors on the bathrooms in the downstairs king rooms, a full length mirror downstairs and/or mirrors in the bedroom area, bench’s in showers and they need new skillets. We would also like more shade at the pools - umbrellas and bench cushions at CBar. Overall, a great house and resort! We enjoyed Dylan’s & CBar. Tried to go to Lisabellas on Monday evening but they were closed. Guess we will have to come back next year for that!

Seas the Day is very well located being only a short walk to the Social Circle and the restaurants & shops. That said, it farthest from the beach and pools but if you have a golf cart it makes it an easy trek to those places.
It has 2 King bedrooms with baths on ground entry floor, along with a 6 bed bunk room that has a nearby bath as well. Also the laundry room is on the ground floor. There is a back entrance to parking in front of the garage however the garage itself was not assessable to renters. The front entrance has ample parking as well. The 19 step stairs lead to the second floor which has a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. A large island separates the kitchen from the living area and is perfect for buffet style dining. Off the kitchen is a back porch with a large picnic table and gas BBQ. There is a porch off the living area that faces the front and has a spiral staircase to a lookout perch. Also on the second floor is a King Master BR with a separate walk-in closet and full bath. Unfortunately, the MBR does not have a dresser drawers so had to live out of suitcase other than clothes that hung in closet. There is a nice vanity in the walk-in closet for the ladies. The bath was spacious with 2 sinks and walk-in shower. There was an assortment of games in the bar counter (in the living room area) which also included a wine cooler and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, small appliances, pots and pans. The kitchen and dining hanging lamps has some specialty light bulbs which were out and the maintenance team did not have them as they said they are on back order but the ceiling lights were just fine. We had a couple of small issues with some other items and the maintenance team did action those fairly quickly. One issue was we felt the floors were really dirty upon arrival. The maintenance team sent a person over the very next morning to mop and vacuum so very pleased with their response. Cell service in the house was good.

We walked in to the sounds of a calm and serene place. We found beautiful colors and comfy furniture to rest on. There was lots of cooking supplies ready for some amazing meals and comfy beds for us to sleep in at night. The location was great as it was close to the town center where we were steps away from ice cream, food, coffee and shops. We would totally stay again!

Overall great. The house is super nice and has everything you could need to cook in it. In a very good location but you really need a golf cart if you go to the beach as it is to far to walk with everything. Property was clean. Big DRAW BACK was there is A LOT of construction going on in the back deck area. Crews work all week and the week-end. Sometimes hard to get around the back with all the construction cars parked. Someone left the door to the garage from the house open, we opened the door and the garage door. We realized right away it was their private stuff so we closed it all back. We got over 4 phone calls during on stay about this and various other things and people from office just showing up. This could have all been taken care the first time they came. We offered them to come in and check everything out but they declined so therefore we kept getting calls on other things. My problem is, this was the offices fault yet we were the ones being put out. Truly, we kept wondering if the owners had cameras all over us.
I would recommend Cinnamon Shores to friends but the next time have them come in first and make sure everything that is suppose to be locked is.Also, would ask if there is construction going on near the place you want to stay. As for attractions, we only went to the beach.

The home itself is beautiful. But right next to a LOUD construction site. I was told there was construction down the road and they were "mainly done" and I wouldn't hear it when I booked this property. SO not true! It was so loud even with all the doors and windows closed. The property manager (after many phone calls and having to speak to a supervisor) worked with the owner to allow us to move which was a big expense to us. The house was actually not very clean either. I was also told when I booked this property there was a salt water pool on site heated to 90 degrees. Also not true. While management did allow us to move and were kind, we had to fight very hard and it took up a great deal of our vacation.

Perfect 2 weeks at the beach
We loved staying at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. Walking distance to the Great Lawn and restaurants. There were many subtle touches - beach towels, extra linens and family games that made for a wonderful stay.

This was the perfect house for my large group. It was well equipped to cook and grill for all of them. The drink fridge was perfect to keep the Gatorade and water cold so the large fridge could stay full of food. The kids loved having the game cabinet options. The bunk room was the primary reason for choosing the house so all of the boys could be together, entertained and downstairs so the upstairs master bedroom could be a separate oasis. All had an excellent stay; We will be back!!
