About this house rental
The first thing that will attract you to our beautiful home, aside from its gorgeous location, is the "open" feel of the living area highlighted by a completely furnished kitchen featuring top-end granite counters, new cabinets and appliances. This spacious kitchen opens to a dining area seating 10, as well as the large living area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, blue-ray player and comfy furniture. The living area leads to our large covered outdoor deck with hot tub.
Our heated attached garage with ample additional outside parking, a portion of which is under cover, and is on a level lot to provide additional convenience.
The primary bedroom suite located adjacent to the main living area features a King Size bed, super views, a large flat screen 'smart' TV and ample storage space for clothing and extras. The attached bath has double sinks and a large walk in shower with a built in seat for relaxing. The 2nd bedroom is a 'king suite' with king bed, 'smart' TV and attached full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, TV with a built in dvd, and shares a full bath with bedroom #4 which has a TV and 2 sets of new bunk beds. Bottom line is that our home has all the amenities to truly relax, enjoy the tranquility of the mountains and wind down after an active day. Or, if you prefer, the large covered deck with new hot tub provides an atmosphere to read a book, talk with family members and just chill out!

Although Breckenridge is famous for its great snow and winter activities, summer and fall are also excellent times to visit our home which is nestled in a beautiful aspen glen and surrounded by wild flowers. Our location is very convenient to town and all its amenities. It's only 2 1/2 miles from the gondola, supermarket and downtown Breckenridge, as well as the base of Peaks 6,7,8 &9 for convenient skier drop off. A quiet and uniquely beautiful setting, with occasional visits from moose, elk and other wildlife makes relaxing on the covered deck or in the hot tub a truly relaxing mountain experience while enjoying nature.

Our home sleeps 10 people. It is ideal for a large family with children or for a multi-family visit. A car is highly recommended.
During the ski season, don't worry about finding a parking space by the gondola- take advantage of the free, private, in-town shuttle!

The home was exactly as expected, beautiful home with plenty of space. Hot tub was our favorite place to hang out!
Only comment I would make is that the driveway and the short hill leading to the home were not cleared while we were there and our van had quite a bit of trouble getting into the drive after a snow storm

Great house and beautiful views in the mountains. We had awd suv which is recommended to drive up the mountains. Location was secluded enough while still being only 8-10 min drive from Main St. Also enjoyed the open concept between the living room and kitchen as well as the patio. We would stay here again.

Excellent property. Clean, close drive to downtown Breckenridge, close to trails, and the house is exactly as listed. We even had a few moose stop by almost on a daily basis in the early mornings and after dinner.

The house was just the right size for our party of 8. Room set up and kitchen set up was excellent and just the way it was described on line. Might want to include the alarm code in the check in instructions. We were able to contact owner very fast and turn it off. That was the only blip we had...everything else went as expected!

Beautiful home and an Owner that cares
We absolutely loved our stay in Breckenridge. The home is more beautiful in person, the photos do not do it justice. We were easily able to find the property with google maps, as long as we had service, and it was so close (about a mile) to free parking to be shuttled to the gondola. They had plenty of kitchen equipment to cook and lots of space to eat and prep (14 seats between table and stools in kitchen), lots of games and puzzles to enjoy, and the hot tub had a beautiful setup and easy access.
We did get quite a bit of snow and we realized the printout was outdated in the home, however the Owner did send us electronic copy and that had the accurate information for the snow plow. The property manager did call plow and owner, however they did not arrive before we left, but there was so much snow and then a snow squall the company likely didn't have a chance to come.
Everyone was very responsive and the Owner clearly cares about his property and the people that enjoy it. They did provide some soap, shampoo, and toilet paper/paper towels which was very nice surprise as some homes do not provide enough. We absolutely loved it and we hope to stay there again in the future!

STAY HERE!
Richard and Linda have a wonderful place on the mountain! The check in was easy! When we arrived we could not believe our eyes the pictures don’t do it justice the place is beautiful! They had EVERYTHING we needed from extra towels to sugar and spices! It was only a few min ride to Peak 9 our two families totaling 9 had a great time and had plenty of room! Would definitely recommend this property!

Best Family Vacation!
We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect. Plenty of space for all 8 of us. Kids enjoyed the games and bunk beds and the hot tub! Kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook a great family dinner each night! The location was perfect and close to everything we did - skiing, snowmobiling, tubing and all the beautiful sights in Breck!
The owners are also very communicative and super helpful with sharing suggestions and advice that made our vacation perfect!
Highly recommend this beautiful home! We will surely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very comfortable, roomy, nicely appointed, and well-maintained. It's just a short drive to all Breckenridge activities. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area.

Beautiful house with all the amenities
After a lot of research, I selected this house for a recent Colorado ski vacation for two families with ski-hungry teens. The house and experience lived up to the reviews and pictures - the house was very comfortable, roomy, clean, and well equipped for us. The owners have put a lot of TLC into this home and it showed, from the well maintained hot tub, to comfortable beds, to decorative touches that make you feel welcome.
We were a short drive to town, the Breckenridge gondola, or the highway for other resorts.
I highly recommend this house for families looking to have a wonderful Colorado visit!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location!! #SlayThePow
So firstly I have to say that Dick and Linda are absolutely amazing and that their meaningful and overly helpful advice made our trip to Breckenridge that much more enjoyable.
That being said, the property was awesome and exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and were very happy with the proximal placement of the house in relation to the gondola and activities of the town. We were very happy that we took up Dick and Linda on their recommendation of a 4×4 SUV as it was an absolute necessity for our travels throughout our vacation. Nothing that we did was overly far and we were able to fit nearly all of our activities into our 5 day 6 night stay. We skied, went on sleigh rides, explored the city and surrounding areas and had an all around amazing time.
As a first time driver in snowy conditions I was a bit nervous but found that Dick and Linda's reassurance that the roads would be plowed and well kept was 100% factual. We had no problem getting to and from the house at any point and the driveway of the home was very accessible throughout our travels. The hot tub was an amazing relief after each and every one of our days of skiing and snowboarding and the home was indeed very well conditioned and insulated during our stay. All the rooms in the home were clean and well kept but one of my favorite features in the home was most definitely the speakers throughout the house that fed to the central unit in the living room area. All of the amenities that we needed and even more that we didn't were located in the home. I am a executive chef and cooked for the majority of our stay. All of the utensils and cook ware that you could ever need were located in the nice, beautiful residential kitchen. The central market grocery store and ski equipment rental were in very close proximity to the home and were both very accommodating and well stocked. I'd recommend the ski north rental location. Another helpful tool is the binder that Dick and Linda kept in the living area. There was a lot of useful information within this binder including things to do in and around the city as well as useful information regarding the home. We rented a extended Expedition and there was plenty of space to park in the garage when neccessary.
I could go on and on about the home and the beautiful city of Breckenridge 😊 I fully recommend and endorse this home for your stay in Breckenridge and we will undoubtedly stay in this home for our next ski trip in Breckenridge 🗻☃️🛷

Perfect Winter reteat
We loved the home, very spacious, yet homey. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the deck every evening with the grill, hot tub, or just a chair and a beer after a day of skiing. Plenty of beds for our group and wished we could have stayed longer. Owners were very nice and very accommodating. Location is quiet and yet not out of the way. Got to downtown in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home!
I rented this house for a reunion with some friends and their families - everyone was pleased with the choice. The home was comfortably furnished (as opposed to being filled with the cast-offs one sometimes finds in rentals), pleasantly decorated (great care has clearly been put into the mountain/western theme), well-stocked, and spotlessly clean. If the pictures fail to capture anything, it would be how spacious the place feels, particularly on the upper level. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. I cannot wait to return!

Honestly I can't say enough great things about this house. The views are spectacular! Dick and Linda have this home stocked very well! I would suggest visiting the house before going to the grocery store. Many kitchen spices, ect are there already.
This was our second visit to their home and we truly love this house and the owners. Breckenridge is a great town to visit.

The property is very spacious with a spectacular views all around the house. We been a group of 8 people, but you'll feel very comfortable if you'll be there in a group of 10 adults. Very large open style living room, beautiful kitchen and a large dinning table will make your stay very comfortable. The hot tub outside is amazing, we use it every day during our winter vacation . The owner and property manager are incredibly responsive.Highly recommend! For sure will be back for another vacation in Breck.

Wonderful cabin on Peak 7
Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's vacation on American Way. Our hosts Richard and Linda were incredibly accommodating. The home is nicely appointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds and bathrooms.
We did encounter an issue with our shower, which was immediately addressed by the management company with the full support of the owners.
I would highly recommend this home for family get-togethers. The main living area is a wonderful space for relaxing after a full day on the slopes. There is even space for a dedicated games table!
We will be back!!!

Another Amazing Stay!
This was our second time staying in the beautiful, Peak 7 Home, and, once again, we were not disappointed! The home is large, roomy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a dream, and probably the most well-appointed of any we've ever rented across the country. Our multi-generational family had plenty of room, having 4 bathrooms certainly helped! Everyone, from the oldest to youngest, had a great time. We all enjoyed the spectacular views from the deck while soaking in the hot tub, and had loads of fun playing games at the huge dining room table. One of our best mini-vacations yet, due in large part, to this wonderful home. We definitely will be returning! Thank you, Dick and Linda, for sharing your little slice of paradise!

We stayed at this beautiful home for Spring Break with 9 in our group. The house is beautiful and it accommodated our group easily with the open floor plan. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and tools. We ate all our meals at the house. After a day of skiing, the hot tub was a very nice treat and in a great location on the deck. The owners were especially nice to work with and ensure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the house. We ski 2-3 times each year, and this is the best home we have rented!

Just Perfect!
We were a group of 9 and we were so happy this this house! It felt like home from the minute we arrived. From the decor, open floor plan, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds (with lots of pillows), easy drive to downtown and the slopes, great outdoor hot tub that we enjoyed every night after a day of skiing - no complaints whatsoever and we wouldn't change a thing! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. It it obvious that he is very proud of this house and he has every right to be - it is a beautiful home nestled into one of the best ski resorts in the country! We will be renting this house again! P.S. We especially appreciated the discount arranged by the owner at Alpine Sports for rental ski equipment!

We recently stayed at this wonderful home over xmas 2012 break. The bunkroom was perfect for our 3 teenage girls.College age son had own ensuite bedroom as did our oldest married son and wife. My wife and I had the spacious master bedroom upstairs with brand new bathroom. New Kitchen was fantastic with adjacent huge dining table which easily fit our group. Kitchen is also open to large comfortable family room with new TV and fireplace. Kids enjoyed the nice hottub on deck. Definitely need own car as slopes a 10-15 minute drive away. Owner was easy to get along with and was easily accessible if any issues.Highly recommend.

My wife & I stayed in this property during September. The home is very beautiful, spacious & very comfortable. The wrap-around porch is particularly enjoyable and includes an outdoor fire pit, barbeque grill & large hot tub. Great for relaxing & enjoying the scenery.
