o Each Floor has - 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen, Dining area and Living area (so twice considering Unit 1 & Unit 2)

o Central HVAC in each unit (controlled individually)
Entire Unit 1 and Uni 2 Living Spaces only.
Ample parking Parking in on street each side of the street and on the side for A LONG Vehicle. Use Church Parking only to unload.
You will get a code to access the home.
Everything! Shops, food, grocery etc. 10-minutes to Mt. Rushmore!
NO PETS - $75/night charge per pet + $55 extra cleaning fees. Ask First
