About this house rental
Welcome to CAROLINA HAVEN - a unique paradise that truly has it all. Beautiful, spacious A-frame situated close to the water with exceptional views of the lake - both from the inside of house, the wrap around deck and the exceptional TWO TIER Dock. This paradise is perfectly positioned right off the main lake at between marker #5 and 6 for easy access by water or by land. Located on a quiet cove with calm, glass like waters - perfect for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The two tier dock is an experience of its own - where you can enjoy drinks at the Tiki bar, wade in the 1 foot deep water at the bulkhead or get adventurous and jump off of the top dock into 14 feet deep water. If wakeboarding, tubing and skiing. is more your plan - just 1/4 mile away is the main lake for the fast action. In side this spacious haven you will find a fully stocked open kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms including two main bedrooms, an inviting living room area with fire place and a game room for the kids with fooseball, knock hockey and board games. Right outside the house you can relax in a shaded breezy hammock, freshen up in the outdoor shower, roast smores at the fire pit or read a book in the screened in porch. Located just a 5 minute drive from town for grocery shopping, pizza, shopping and more. This lakehouse truly has it all. Fees include cleaning fee, fresh linens and paper products. (TP and Paper Towel)

Spring break 2024. Took my kids and grandkids, and friends to this lovely home and had a blast. The lake activities were fabulous. The owner of property, Joe, was very easy going, understanding and just a text away. Will be back!

We had a fabulous week at this property. What a great location on the lake. We spent almost every day on the dock fishing or playing games and relaxing. This location was a wonderful halfway point for family in Florida and New Hampshire. Lots of space to be together and space to go off and read or watch your favorite show.

I spent time with friends and family for a summer vacation over the July 4th holiday. The house was perfect and had all the needed amenities and more! The property manager was very informative and responsive before and during our stay.

This place was fabulous! We enjoyed the beautiful house and the lake view was so great from the two story deck. We had many happy hours lakeside!
Kristin was helpful with the reservation and Joe was just a phone call away the five days we were there! He was so humorous and helpful my friends (all in our 60’s) were calling him my BFF.
Young and old would absolutely enjoy this beautiful lake property! I’d love to have my family gather there.

We stayed at this gorgeous lakehouse for my mother-in-law's 75th birthday, along with my wife, our two small children, and my sister-in-law and her two kids. It was perfect for us, and met the needs of my wife's mother who has mobility challenges, by having a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.
The house was clean, well furnished, and the lake views were incredible. We made use of the kayaks available, and they really made for a great weekend out on the water! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Quail Ridge. The house was completely stocked with everything needed to prepare all of our meals. The beds were very comfortable. We really loved sitting on the porch and enjoying our morning coffee with the beautiful lake scenery. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
We had so much fun swimming off the dock. They had plenty of life jackets as well. It was a great family trip and we would love to return.

The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated on a quiet cove just minutes from the main lake, and we loved jumping from the deep water dock! Perfect for our Family!
We love our stay over Spring Break, it was perfect for our family of 7! We had plenty of room, activities to keep us busy (or not). The kids loved the game room! My favorite was the quiet spot on the lake with that amazing view. The location could not be more perfect. The rental was kept very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you so much!

Fishing friends getaway
This place is great! A group of us have been doing fishing trips to various places for the last 13 years and this house was definitely one of the best ones. The people who own it are very helpful with any questions you may have. The house was very clean and very well set up. There was plenty of parking for both boats and trucks with trailers. The location put us right in the prime fishing spots without having to run to far. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice relaxing fishing vacation.

We had a bachelorette party for the weekend, there was plenty of beds and space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, we cooked all our meals there. The only issue was the showers, water goes ice cold quickly, (we even tried to make sure no one used any other water at the same time but still went cold). This house offers a lot of lake activities and bikes, and the top deck on the dock is great for watching the sunset! Hope to be back in a warmer time of year! Thanks for the memorable stay! :)

Lovely get-away for the whole family
My family and I had a wonderful time at Kristin's. It was clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything we needed for a 3 day get-away. The game room, bikes and boats kept all the kids busy and active. The view was beautiful and I wish we could have spent another week at this peaceful oasis.

Best location, host and amenities!
Our family had an amazing time here for Thanksgiving! There was so much for all of us (ages 9 to 72) to do even though we didn't go in the lake. Our first impression was, "Wow, look at that view, right on the water!"
My daughter and I went out on the paddleboard a couple of times, my husband and I took the bikes for a ride around the quiet neighborhood, everyone took the pedal/paddle boats out for a spin (so don't let age or limited physical ability hold you back!), we roasted s'mores at the fireplace, hung out on the dock, and my kids and husband had a blast in the downstairs gameroom. The kitchen is the most well-equipped I have seen in my vacation rental stays. The hosts were very helpful, generous and easy to get in contact if needed. Definitely recommend!

Beatiful location and home.
Great, prompt communications with the owners. Wonderful views. Home had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the boat house deck in the evening. We were there in the off-season but looked like swimming off the dock would be awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boat.
