Close to air zoo, the reason for our stay.

Breakfast was ok. Location good for our purposes. Very clean, bed was quite good, room darkening shade was very nice.

Needed a mini freezer on the frig. Coffee was weak, no lids provided. No microwave.

Place was clean. Gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location was good with restaurants near by.

The bathroom light is on a motion switch. It doesn't recognize that you're in the shower and may turn off if you're in too long.

We will definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and fresh smelling. The beds were very comfortable and a great sized tv. There were shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion dispensers in the bathroom which was greatly appreciated!

The room didn’t get cold enough for us.

We have stayed here before so we knew the place. Nothing was really wrong with our room

We were staying in a large group, and some of our group didn't end up with a room even though they had one booked. They said oops we must have over booked. And the rooms they did receive were not clean. It was 10 pm, and the rooms were still not clean.

Newer hotel with nice amenities.

Hallway was a little dirty. Someone left a beer can outside the room which was never cleaned up. I cleaned the shower because hair was left in it.

Inexpensive and adequate for a short stay

Convenient off the highway. Was looking for a low cost room because we were arriving late and leaving in the morning and this got the bill.

From the reviews I was expecting fresh and clean. Upon exiting the elevator on our floor, there were dirty towels and bedding laying on the floor. This was at 7pm so not during daily cleaning times. The same dirty linens remained there until we checked out the next morning. Our daughter said the room smelled like stinky feet. There was someone else’s hair on one of the pillows. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower had orange (rust?) spots and their was a noticeable fingerprint on the wall.

It was nothing that I booked!

I liked how it was right off the interstate.

Well, I booked a king bed off of booking.com and I didn’t receive a king bed when I got to the hotel, there were only queen doubles left. The staff member had no interest in trying to reimburse or help make my stay more comfortable. So not only was the mattress a queen but it was a TERRIBLE quality mattress. I have never stayed in an Avid hotel and based off my experience I never will again.

This Avid location was worse in almost every aspect than the last time we stayed.

Their only hot item, egg sausage biscuit sandwich, wasn't available for every guest at breakfast time. One of those days wasn't available at all. When we came in, I said good afternoon to the manager and he didn't reply back. Our rooms didn't get serviced at all for the 4 days we stayed.
